Chapter 4: Beginning of the End

Fifty years had passed since the Sword of Malice was locked away on its pedestal in a undisclosed location. It was then brought to the group's attention that Children were being born with magical abilities that were never present in the world of Quasar ever since. Families, not knowing what to do or even what was going on, believed their children were possessed by evil demons. The societies where these children were born were so rejective of these children that they would banish the families from their town or even kill the children in front of their faces.

The God of Time along with President Sheridan and Lord Sesshomaru built a gigantic floating city. This city was a sanctuary for the prosecuted children. The city is capable of holding close to ten million people; The Children rescued, and at times their mothers and fathers which helped in their rescuing, made this their new home.

Close to two million people now inhabit the giant city and like all big cities, troubles are arising. Yet the City still continues to float all across Quasar in hopes of saving and protecting the children that are being killed mercilessly.

The troubles were getting so rough that the people that ran the city asked the God of Time to allow more people to come in to help with running the city. A request that was filled as the God started pulling in more people from different parts of the multi universe once again. This time however He asked them if they were interested in comming.

The Segregation that has happened from "The Normals" and "The Cursed" has gotten many people on both sides thinking about a total destruction of the opposing side. The leaders of the floating city of Sanctuary are now working over time to prevent such things from happening; however, everyone knows that eventually things are going to boil over, and when that happens, a massive struggle for survival will ensue.... Can such a fate be prevented? can war be averted? or will the intolerable cries of those suffering below because of such primitive ways of thinking cause the whole world to go to hell and back?



Rules. MAIN RULE: ANIME AND VIDEO GAME CHARACTERS. MAKE YOUR PROFILE USING A ANIME / GAME CHARACTER FROM WHICHEVER ANIME/ GAME YOU WANT! NO DOUBLE CHARACTERS (more then one person with the same character) **** NOTICE**** ANIME Is anything that is Animated!! However the only thing that we do ask for is that the Anime your getting your character from weather it be American or Japanese, that they at least employ some Japanese styles such as shadowing and other items. As far as video game characters, nothing goofy like... Spongebob or something thats just to childish to be taken seriously.

ONLY ONE ORIGINAL CHARACTER IS ALLOWED. This is a trial phase and if things go well we could allow maybe 2**********



1. Keep as clean as possible *since i know most of us already know what certain things are I advise you all to keep it at least PG16 PG17 max*

2. Romance is allowed. O.o you can be BF and GF. Heck if you all want to you can even marry.If your ganna take it to a diffrent level with your significant other.((note if you have more then one profiles then you cannot make them bf or gf or marry them, Partners are only to be made with another player))... dont describe anything just say they woke up together the next day after a wonderful night or something that is PG ok.*that should be enough to get the point across* *BONDS happen with a symbol of Union! AKA: A kiss!*

3. Pics are allowed as long as they arnt dirty ones. If your in doubt Use Photobucket pictures. Gaia put the link in there for a reason so why the heck not use it.

4. Swearing is allowed to some extent. Use restraint on the words dont make it a habit and use these words on every sentence. once every now and then is ok since we pretty much hear these words at a very young age. and the whole freedom of speech and what not...

5.You may have 4 profiles, however the profiles cannot have any relationships with eachother beside's friendship. (they cannot become boyfriend or girlfriend or marry or anything like that.) They cannot revive eachother only your partner (which has to be another player in the RP) can revive you!. Forms of Bonds can only be shared with other players no exceptions!

6. No advertising.

7. No begging for stuff like your life.

8. The powers are limited to what your anime or video game character can have. and you are only allowed ONE special power per character that you made up. ONLY ONE. and it cant have a instant kill thing. If your married or dating, then you can create 2 extra powers that can only be used when your with your mate. and 1 extra power that can be used with close friends
Original characters have a power limit. as well so dont try to go and control everything and anything!

9. ABSOLUTELY NO GOD MODE Everyone has limits even anime, video game, and Original characters. They can all die and they all get tired. Dont let the Guardians/Gods of Quasar catch you trying to be a GOD or they will have to correct you on your mistakes.

10. Forbidden powers are immortality, and anything that causes instant death.

11. No Power stealing * if someone calls their power blue storm, you cannot choose that name for your powers.*

12. You can combine powers with your wife, husband, BF, GF, or even your friends. This makes you stronger

13. The Guardians/Gods Decide when your character has received too much punishment and dispatches their soldiers of death to collect your soul. all you got to do is just fight.

14. Revival is possible however you need to have a BF/GF or Wife/Husband to do this. *only one is allowed maybe two depending on the circumstances *

15. Please be literate.

Type: Half Hylian, Half Human.
Weapons:Sword and shield, but perfers two swords. his armor is made of the same material his father's is but it covers more of his body. he is skilled with alot of weapons and shares the weapons his father has when he isnt using them.
Powers:Charged arrows, Spiritual powers, Elemental sword.
Special power: Oblivion. Alexander charges his swords and rushes at the enemy, when his sword slashes at the enemy and cuts it, the cut is followed by a chain reaction of small explosions that engulf the body of his enemy.
Gifted power: Default Healing
Character Background: Alexander was just a child when the past events occurred. he trained under his father and Croix, and he loves to hang out with his sister Oomizu even though when he was younger she would experiment on him with her weird inventions and potions. He is awaiting graduation so he can get into the rescue task force.

Background: Heavy was defending his base. Just as it was about to be over runned, someone asked him if he wanted to come and help this other world. seeing the high probability of being killed in a few seconds he took the offer and ended up in quasar.

Character background:Raguna had just finished saving Whale Island from falling to the ground below and was going back to his normal life of farming when he was contacted by Emmet telling him that they needed help in the farm lands of their world. Raguna being a natural farm hand, agreed to help. upon reciving further info, he also agreed to help save the children of Quasar.

Powers: Able to summon over 150 persona's to aid him in battle. each with different skills and abilities, however each with a specific weakness.
Special Powers razz ersona Awakening. Souji is able to travel into any TV he comes in contact with, making it easy for him to escape tough situations. But the TV allows him to perform his special ability called Persona Awakening. Where if he brings someone else into the TV, that person is allowed to face his or her's other self, and upon defeating their other self, they are granted the ability to wield 1 persona.
Character Background: It has been 2 almost three years since he helped his friends solve a horrible crime spree. Life had returned to normal. He was on Summer break from college checking out the girls at the beach along with his friends from Inaba: Chie, Yukiko, Rise, Yosuke, and Kanji. Right before departing to go back home to the city, he got called forth to this world to help the children.

Special Power: Tempest (waving his sword in the air he summons up a powerful storm that rains down thousands of bolts of lightning )
Character background:Lord Inutaishou just returned from Feudal japan with his new sword forged from the fangs and bones of 10000 powerful demons. he is the son of Lord Sesshomaru and his Human mate Kagome. upon his arival he went to go visit them in the flying city and has now decided to participate in the salvation of the children because of his father's changed ways and his mothers' insistance.

Weapons: bow and arrows, a sword, various masks from Hyrule, Nina's Magic Computer, and any weapon she can summon from said computer.
Powers: Din's Fire, Naru's Love, Charged Arrows, Spin attack, purification, shooting different sacred arrows, magic (both ligh and dark), specailizes in many forms of fighting
Special power: Holy Judgment
Gifted power: Power over Death.
Character Background: Oomizu was one of the original members to help Quasar. She was born into the world when the first group came to save the world and helped out a lot with the second saving. She faced many hardships while in Quasar, such as losing friends and even her godmother Nina, but when it ended she went to live with her godfather Jack Spicer in his world to both attend college and help with the Sheng Gong Wu fight going on there. After a while, though, she returned and is now living within the walls of the floating city, helping by either healing those who are hurt or doing her job as a teacher.

Extra info: Her younger brother is Alex, and she quite often speaks fondly of him even though he could testify that she uses him for many different experiments... in the name of science. Link and Kikyo, her parents, could also list how many ways Oomizu could be counted as evil.

Age: Very early 20s (Assume 21?)
Type: Human
Weapons: scattergun (basically a shotgun)-- It's got six shots, and takes typical shotgun shells.
Force-a-Nature -- Another kind of shotgun, this one looking like it's sawed-off. Two shots, slower to reload, but does more damage and also knocks enemies back.
Pistol -- twelve shots, and it takes clips, which Scout can reload in, like, a second.
"BONK; Atomic Energy Drink" -- He drinks it, he'll run faster and can't be hit with anything. Drawbacks = can't attack, can't achieve objective (like capture intelligence, point, push cart, ect.), and has a small slowdown period after speed wears off. Like an energy crash.
Aluminum baseball bat -- Uses this to jst beat the crud out of anyone in his way.
Sandman -- He hits a baseball at an enemy, stunning them from 1-8 seconds (Depending on ascending distance). Scout loses 30hp while the Sandman is equipped.
Powers: Double Jump, occasional Tripple Jump
Special power: Ima Freakin' Blur -- Gains even more speed than usual for some reason.
Character Background: The youngest of eight boys from the south side of Boston, the Scout learned early how to problem solve with his fists. With seven older brothers on his side, fights tended to end before the runt of the litter could maneuver into punching distance, so the Scout trained himself to run. He ran everywhere, all the time, until he could beat his pack of mad dog siblings to the fray. A fast-running and fast-talking kid from Boston with a penchant for baseball and grievous bodily harm, the Scout flies like a butterfly and stings like a shotgun blast to the face.

Extra info: It was revealed that RED Spy was sleeping with his mother, and BLU Scout still hasn't gotten over his grudge of both finding this out and having been killed by the sneaky frog multiple times yet.

Name: Megurine Luka

Type: Human-like voice synthesizer.
Weapons: Whip or anything she can get her hands on (even forks).
Powers: Very strong, skilled in fighting, and fast with very good reflexes.
Special power: OMFG, Tenatles! >w< - Luka gains the ability to summon to her little octopus version of herself, whom she'll call Luka-pus.
Character Background: Luka is from a group known as Vocaloid, which is a program that takes songs and synthesizes them to be more electronic sounding. Due to it's popularity, characters were created to match up to some of the voices. Being one of the first three characters to be designed, Luka is branded as such with a "03" on her left arm. She quickly grew popular with her creation and is also the first bilingual vocaloid (and the first to not have their outfit be based off of school uniforms). She was taking a break from the latest vocaloid project, Project Diva, while enjoying some frozen tuna when she found herself some where she'd never been before... But she just thought maybe the set had changed while she wasn't looking and didn't seem to really care.

Extra info: Luka is very powerful and tends to be a little over-agressive towards men, so it is no surprise when you see one of her fellow Vocaloids (always one of the men) pinned under her foot, in a head lock, or just being treated like a rag doll for doing something stupid like stealing her underwear.

Type: Human-like voice synthesizer.

Special power:Can summon exploding eggplants.
Character Background: Gackupo was actually trying to find Luka since she had gone missing. (Well, that's what he thinks. She didn't tell him and made the others promise not tot tell him before she left so he wouldn't follow her.) Emmett came to him and mentioned Luka being in the world already, so Gackupo ignored all but the mention of Luka and jumped right in!

Extra info: Gackupo is often seen either hanging with the boys (Kaito and Len) or being beaten up by the girls. Also, he cries easily and makes a big deal out of little things.

Name: Meiko Sakine

Type: Human-like voice synthesizer.
Weapons: Bare fists, any objects nearby, and A microphone stand
Powers: Strong, fast, good reflexes, skilled in fighting, and can hold her liquor.
Special power: Smooth Talker- She can get just about any one to do as she says by the sound of her voice. It doesn't help that she carries around her own microphone and stand to amplify this.
Character Background: Meiko's from the same world as Luka and Gakupo. In fact, she's the real one to blame for Gakupo coming to Quasar. She told her younger brother (she and Kaito are supposedly more related to each other than the others, but who knows) about Gakupo being worried over their pink-haired friend, which caused Kaito to tell Gakupo. In the grand scheme of things, this was her excuse to come to Quasar. Hey, she wasn't needed any longer for Project Diva. She'd done her part. Why not have a vacation?

Weapons: Cell Phone, bare hands, and teeth (one very sharp canine)
Powers: Scare people to tears when angry
Special power: Beware the Glare- When Neru gets mad, she glares, and these glares can produce electrical discharges that could cause damage to others if one is not careful.
Character Background: Neru had been in the bar with Haku in their world when they saw one of the other famous drinkers of Vocaloid slinking off through some portal. Oh, that set her off to think some one else was having fun without her! She grabbed Haku and dragged her along to Quasar.

Extra info: She is very fast when talking and hardly sensors herself. She also has an obsession with texting, so she may or may not be listening/ caring to what others are saying to her.

Name: Yawane Haku

Age: Believed to be over 25
Type: Human-like voice synthesizer.
Weapons: Sake bottle
Powers: Good at hiding and very tolerant to alcohol
Special power: The Great Depression- Just by being in Haku's presence, people suddenly feel the urge to either cry or cause themselves harm. No, it's not really any sort of magic she gained. Haku's personality is just like that. (Think of her as Vocaloid's Eeyore.)
Character Background: Well, being one of the two "non-real Vocaloids", Haku and Neru weren't really involved with the Project Diva project as much as they would have liked. Neru was complaining about it while texting as they were in the bar when Neru said she saw Meiko going some where. And, of course, Haku was dragged into this unwillingly. Not like she could have said no to her blond friend...

Extra info: Haku has very low self esteem and turns to crying and drinking her sake rather than confront people most of the time.

Name: Soldier ((allegedly Mister Jane Doe))

Age: Late-40s to mid-50s
Type: Human
Weapons:
Rocket launcher, Direct hit, shot gun, Buff Banner, Gunboats, Shovel, Equalizer, Pain Train, and grenade
Powers: Rocket Jump, high stamina, and versatile.
Special power: "I'm a Rocket Man" - Receives just a little less damage from his Rocket Jump... Still takes out a chunk of health, but at least it isn't the usual 40%.
Character Background: Though he wanted desperately to fight in World War 2, the Soldier was rejected from every branch of the U.S. military. Undaunted, he bought his own ticket to Europe. After arriving and finally locating Poland, the Soldier taught himself how to load and fire a variety of weapons before embarking on a Nazi killing spree for which he was awarded several medals that he designed and made himself. His rampage ended immediately upon hearing about the end of the war in 1949.
On a side note, he's mostly here because he sees Medic, Scout, and Heavy as MIA back at the base. He honestly wouldn't have come if he hadn't known half of his team was already here... Though, learning he gets to kill new people (and that they'll stay dead this time) was an added bonus.

Extra info: The Soldier apparently has no grip on reality, to the point of apparently thinking that the severed heads of people he has killed and carefully lined up on a wall are recruits, and gives them rousing speeches.


Name: Hiruko

Age: unknown
Type: Baku
Weapons: His Cane and he carries a brief case, but he'll never show what's inside or use it against any one.
Powers: Using his cane, Hiruko can make some one go into a deep sleep and enter their dreams. When he is done with in the dream, the jewel at the end absorbs the dream so that he can eat it.
Special power: Sleep Now, Leave this World Behind- When he says this, the person (or, here in Quasar, people) the end with the jewel is pointed at wih fall into a deep sleep where the nightmare haunting them will be the dream they have.
Character Background: Hiruko stays at the Silver Star Tea House towards the end of Taisho Era Japan. His job as a baku is to go into the nightmare of his patrons and discover what it was that caused the dream to begin with, whether it be a supressed memory or some other reason. He's had many interesting patrons, but even more interesting is his past. He pretty much has none to his memory. He showed up in place of Mizuki's brother, Azusa, who had been the previos baku or the Silver Star Tea House.

Extra info: Being a baku makes for several interesting points. He cannot be created nor destroyed (becoming a baku is merely a transfer of powers), but he can, however become extremely injured and survive (has jumped off of cliffs and down other reckless things just to make nightmares more bloody, therefore tasty). He also can't drink or eat real food and feels pain when in sun light.

Name: The Spy (and that's all you need to know)
Played by: Ruki XXIII
Age: Old enough, but not too old.
Type: human
Weapons: Revolver - six shots
Ambassador - larger revolver, with the etching of a naked woman (naughty bits covered by fans she's holding) on the side, said to be BLU Scout's mom. Fires six shots, does less damage than revolver, but more powerful on headshots.
Electro-Sapper - Disables electronics, then saps power until it's destroyed.
balisong Knife - no explanation needed, I hope
Cloak and Dagger - Cloaking device, turns Spy invisible. Charges when he stands still, even while cloaked.
Dead Ringer - Cloaking device. Drops a false dead body when Spy takes damage. Recharges quickly when not in use.
Disguise Kit - Holds paper masks inside, which, when worn, completely disguises Spy as any of the other classes, either his team or the other's. Conveniently disguised as cigarette case.
Powers: Does not having died of lung cancer despite his near-constant smoking count? No? Then none.
Special power: The Invisible Man - can now attack while invisible.
Character Background: A master of disguise, misdirection, and the byzantine details of who really runs things, the Spy is a double reverse quadruple agent whose reflexive suspicion is entirely justified. He is a puzzle, wrapped in an enigma, shrouded in riddles, lovingly sprinkled with intrigue, express mailed to Mystery, Alaska, and LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU! but it is too late. You're dead. For he is the Spy — globetrotting rogue, lady killer (metaphorically) and mankiller (for real).

Extra info: I'm apologizing in advance for my fail French accent. It's really impossible to type out all the little differences, like how he turns "weren't" into a two-syllable word. So I'll be focusing on the biggest differences, like not using "h" sounds (with some exceptions, since he sometimes says it) and not using the "th" sounds (again, with some exceptions, since he sometimes says it).

Name: The Medic
Played by: Ruki XXIII
Age: Guess.
Type: Human
Weapons: Syringe Gun - self explanatory
Medigun - shoots a blue beam that gradually heals any damage taken. Quick enough for it to take a few seconds, but not quick enough where you'd be continuously shot at and not die. After building up a charge (charges by healing), will be able to "uber" an ally, making him or her, along with himself, invulnerable for a short time.
Bonesaw - again, self explanatory
Blutsauger - upgraded Syringe gun. Takes small portion of health taken from enemies and gives it back to him.
Kritzkrieg - different version of Medigun. Still heals the same, but instead of making him invulnerable when fully charged, it will make anyone he's healing do twice as much damage with any attack.
Ubersaw - a bonesaw modified to fit sharper blades and a syringe, which collects... blood, I guess, to add to the charge of whichever healing gun he's using.
Powers: Slowly regenerates health over time, thanks to constantly handling the different healing guns. Won't make much of a difference while he's being attacked, but if he finds a place to hide, it's usually quick enough where he's ready to go before someone finds him.
Special power: It will be Excruciating - effects of uber and kritz charges last longer. More like 60 seconds, instead of the usual 8 or 10 or whatever it is in the game.
Character Background: What he lacks in compassion for the sick, respect for human dignity, and any sort of verifiable formal training in medicine, the Medic more than makes up for with a bottomless supply of giant needles and a trembling enthusiasm for plunging them into exposed flesh. Raised in Stuttgart, Germany during an era when the Hippocratic Oath had been downgraded to an optional Hippocratic suggestion, the Medic considers healing a generally unintended side effect of satisfying his own morbid curiosity.
Unlike the others, Medic didn't get to Quasar because of the gods. Until quite recently, he was, in fact, working for their enemies. First taken back to the floating city by a concerned Heavy, Medic is slowly (but surely) transitioning from prisoner to one of the team.

Well, okay, maybe a tad more, since Medic's a bit more consistent with his accent than Spy is.

Type: Hanyou. (Half-Demon)
Weapons: Tetsusaiga (a large sword that was passed down from her father, Inuyasha), two small iron fans, and a plethora of kunai and other ninja weapons.
Powers: Cutting Whirlwind Technique, Summoning Technique: Whirlwind Dance, Cyclonic Boom, Wind Scar, and Backlash Wave.
Special power: Darkness Falls: A power that can instantly cloud the skies with a screen of darkness, limiting enemies to use other senses except for sight.

Character Background: Tomoe is the younger, twin sister of Kratos, daughter of Inuyasha and Temari. From when she was younger, all she remembers is this young boy with dark eyes, who could always make her feel better. But fate tore them apart but she still knows that their destinies will soon become intertwined once more. But until that day, she has trained relentlessly with her bother, Kratos and her parents, learning the arts of fighting as both a demon and a ninja. She has lived in Quasar all her life and knows it like the back of her hand, well, when she pays attention to it at least.

Character Background: Toph is the only child of the wealthy Bei Fong family, who are very protective of her, viewing her blindness as a disability. They assume that she is weak and vulnerable to everything around her. But she ran away from them at a young age to prove to them that she wasn't as weak as they thought she was. She soon she met the blind, earthbending Badgermoles that inhabited the caves. By imitating their movements, Toph came to harness her own earthbending abilities, becoming a master in her own right. Soon she met Aang and the rest of his party and began on a journey of adventure before finally ending it a few years later by defeating Fire-Lord Ozai. Afterwards, she departed from the group and returned to Ba Sing Sei as an elite guard and warrior, expanding her gifts and earning her the right of "Earth Master".

Special power: God's Intervention: A very powerful song that actually is deemed as a cry out to God, calling for his power. From there, she could give each memberof the group a power boost or give a single individual a power boost beyond immagining. It's usually only used in a life or death situation with a deadly and very powerful enemy. And because of the vastness of this power. It can only be used 3 times within her lifetime.
Character Background: She was traded among families like a trophy for most of her life, so her self-confidence and feeling of self-worth is extremely low. She has a spectacular soprano singing voice, and as such began her young life singing with a Portuguese orchestra, but when it was discovered that her singing voice had healing powers and marked her as an Apostle, she became an object of pursuit.
After the death of Rosette and Chrono, Azmaria continued to be a missionary and a nun to keep up Rosette's work. She continued to sing in choirs all over the world, bringing joy to those still hurt by the wars of humanity. When Emmett heard of all of her good deeds, he decided to contact her, telling her that there were even more children who were hurting in Quasar. And because of her holy powers, she could be an essential component against battling the FoQ and other unholy organizations.

Character Background: Born in Eiyō, the capital of Konan, Nuriko possesses superhuman strength and is later granted a pair of bracelets that transform into strength-increasing armbands by Taiitsukun. His true name is Ryuuen Chou, based on the star Willow. While prone to jealousy, quick to anger, and possessing a calculating tendency, Nuriko is very level-headed and compassionate and shows the most concern regarding Miaka and Tamahome's relationship. As a "woman", Nuriko is infatuated with his fellow warrior, Hotohori, but as a man, he also loves Miaka Yūki. While initially jealous of Hotohori's love for Miaka, Nuriko and Miaka become close friends. After Nuriko comes to terms with the fact that his cross-dressing resulted from the unyielding pain of losing his sister Kourin, he concludes that he had been trying to live his life as Kourin would have, not as he would have. This revelation allows him to finally allow himself to experience life as a man. Nuriko is the first of the seven Suzaku warriors to die. Although he still has strong feelings for Miaka, he chose to leave the afterlife back home and help the children of Quasar. Yuzuki is programmed with all of the data that Minoru could remember about his sister; what she liked, what she disliked, as well as her habits and behaviors. She was preparing Minoru dinner as she walked outside to pick some herbs for what she was preparing before the god Emmett approached her. She looked back to Minoru before she followed the man, knowing that the other children would need her more than he did.

Character Background: Gumi had been missing everyone who had left for Quasar, especially Gakupo since he is considered to be her older brother and mentor. And even though she has begun to gain widespread popularity around the globe because of her new, innovative style of voice, she decided to join the group in Quasar since she misses everyone like crazy. So when Emmett approached her with the offer to help out her fellow friends in this crazy new planet, she took it up without a moments notice.

Character Background: Victoria is the eldest daughter of Vyse and Motoko, she also having two younger brothers still in there teens. The three of them have all been working together inside of the Coelation of Quasar's Chosen, fighiting the FOQ as much as they can on the actual planet. Every day is a living hell, all of them living in fear since they have to resort to guerilla warfare a lot of the time. Most of the time, they are the ones who smuggle children out of distressed areas controlled by the FOQ before handing them over to the orphanage in the floating city. But now, tensions are at an all-time high and Victoria has been sent to the floating city by both the CQC with some influence by SPI to help out the group up there in any way she can.

Character Background: Carlisle is the son of the son of Dracula, Alucard, and his human mistress Rosette Christopher. Both were in the last group of mercenaries sent to Quasar to recuse the planet from certain doom and he respects all that they have done for this planet. As of late, the son of Alucard has been working as a rouge before he was picked up by Stone Pyre Inc. and trained to become a mercenary for the company. Although he does jobs that both help and hinder the FOQ, he's just enjoying the fact that he's getting paid. But on behalf of his mother, he decided to visit the floating city as well as his younger brother, who has been laying low in the city for quite some time.

Character Background: Also the son of Rosette and Alucard, Raphael has been hidden away in the floating city for as long as he could remember. His parents made sure to send him here when he was just a child and the siege on all those deemed "not human" began to be executed by the FOQ. Although he grew up living in the orphanage, he was fine with that because his mother was always able to come and visit him, his father too when he had the time. But lately the visits from his parents have dwindeled to almost nothing and he is finally "old enough" to go out and start helping the new group of heroes defend the floating city and stop the FOQ hoarde. But with the arrival of Carlisle, Raphael has become a bit suspicious of his brother's motives for being there and if he's really there to be with him.

Character Background: He was being irritated and made fun of by Francis. Insulting him and shouting profanities at him as he was being mocked when he was asked. Hearing that Alfred and Matthew had already joined, he decided it was neccessary to come along so that A- Alfred didn't mess up and B- so that Francis didn't make things worse.

Special power: When a build up of concentration is donated, Hisoka can focus an empathic energy and take all the negative emotions within a ten meter distance around himself and concentrate the overpowering emotions into a single blast of energy at the enemy, though this attack he can usually only use once, maybe twice in a battle. It takes up too much energy and tires him out.
Character Background: Hisoka was working on a case with his partner Tsusuki which, much to Hisoka's displeasure, ended up in a sweets shop because of his partner's rediculous sweet tooth. He had gone to take a step outside and get some fresh air instead of breathing in the aroma of sweets when he was asked to help in Quasar. He accepted without second thought, and was brought over.

If she is unconscious 'Inner Moka' comes out though if she is knocked out too, then it would be like normal and she would return to consciousness whenever one of them woke.

Character Background: Nerwin is the daughter of a high Elven Priestess, and a loyal Human knight. Nerwin lived a happy life with her parents until a great war came, and to save their home land and the child they loved, Nerwin’s parents sacrificed themselves to end the war. Nerwin had no living relatives or friends of the family so at the age of 7 she was orphaned. Knowing she could keep never little of her belongs and mementos of her parents she was forced to sale all but her mother’s spell book and robe, her fathers shield and sword, and the clothes she wore on her back.

Powers: strong sense of smell, sharp hearing, using venom she can make weak poisons which she than can use on her blades. Poison wares off after one or two hits. Best effect is if dagger is poisoned shortly before using it.
Special power: when deeply angered, her nails grow in length becoming very sharp, as well as her canine teeth growing into fangs, which she than uses to fight her enemy. She does not return to normal until after she has calmed down.
Character Background: when Luna was born, her mother was told that Luna would be the only child she could have. So Luna grew up never knowing much more than how to love and care for her family. At age 17 her mother became pregnant. Unable to afford a midwife let alone a doctor, it feel upon Luna to help her mother while she gave birth. Her mother ended up having twins, a boy and a girl, she had done what the doctors had said was impossible, however her mother’s body could not stand the strain and she died shortly after giving birth. Luna unable to get a job learned how to steal. She taught her brother and sister how to hide when she left them. For 5 years she stole food, money and clothing to get her family by. When her brother and sister where 5 she turned them over to a child safety organization. She knew as long as they stayed with her their life’s where in danger so when they were old enough she turned them over so that she would not have to worry about them anymore. She was in the process of running away with some stolen goods when she was ripped from her life.

Just before his capture, he managed to escape and arrived in Quasar. his ability to manipulate ppl quickly gained him power among the humans of Quasar. The humans being afraid of anything different looked up to Hitler to free them from the Chosen, who held magical powers or birth differences that separated them from normal humans. because of this overwhelming fear, he became leader of FOQ and with taxes from the people, he managed to buy his own Portal machine from SPI which in turn allowed him to bring in any weapon and funds from different planets and different times.

His name is Francis Stone, but don't ever call him that (unless he has a very good reason to not kill you). He goes by Hotstreak, and first arrived in Quasar the second time heroes were needed. Having quite a rap sheet, he decided to stick around in a place that didn't want to lock him away, especially since he ended up falling in love. Not really getting the hang of this hero business, he decided to start up a company, not specializing in anything specific. It turned out to be a great idea, because soon after the war between "normals" and "cursed ones" started, and many on both sides didn't really care. Soon he employed them, his company flourished, and many an underhanded deal could be carried out without worry of police interrupting. Thanks to he and Hitomi, there were now three superpowers in Quasar; Federation of Quasar, the people of the city in the sky, and Stone Pyre Inc.

Character Background: Born as one half of the twins that Inuyasha and Temari bore, Kratos grew up as a noble fighter. He learned from both of his parents on how to fight in the ways of a ninja and a demon. And since he and his sister are both part-demons, their parents warned them about letting loose their inner demons and how harmful such an act can have, even for a moment. Nevertheless, he has always kept a close eye on Tomoe, like a watchful guardian, for he promised his father that he would protect her at all costs.

Extra info: He is very protective of Tomoe and he lost his right eye in a battle with a demon to protect her. However after finding Toph, he trained with his father for 11 months and got his eye fixed to maximize his chances of getting with her.
He allowed his demon side to take over and nearly killed Toph while raping her. He would of killed more if Lord Inu hadnt pushed him off a ledge. Who knows if he survived the fall to the ground a mile below


All her life, Hitomi was always after the bad boys. As a teenager, she was ripped from Japan and sent to Fanelia. It was there she learned of her psychic gifts and met her fiance, Van Flanel. But while on Earth, during one particular race with a friend, she flashed through a portal and landed upon the planet, Quasar. But instead of asking to be sent home, she stayed and made new friends in the human form of Kirara as well as Gear, who got ripped from Minnesota. She did find a romance with Grimmjow, but quickly after it began, he disappeared from sight. Then she met Hotstreak, who was different than she imagined. Sure he was a bit of a brute, with them always fighting and her actually getting burned by him, they began to date near the end of their stay. But instead of returning to either of their worlds, they both stayed in Quasar. As Hotstreak began to put a company together, Hitomi worked more on honing her psychic abilities, actually go so far as to be called one of the more powerful beings that don't lay within the floating city. But she did help with the company, being Hotstreak's support the entire time. Although she doesn't necessarily support the FoQ, she doesn't find a reason to hate them, as long as they don't interfere with their company.
