It's frustrating to know that Japan received an update for their Ranch to support Platinum, however the rest of the world has to go without. I have so many Pokemon i need to store away from breeding to make room for the other ones I bred.
I know Japan shares a lot of their events, but they decide to keep a few for themselves (celebii, pokemon ranch, etc.). If they're going to share more then a few than why not all?

I hate it. mad Since forever I've had to trade anything I want for my ranch from platinum to my old diamond, it drives me nuts. gonk
Concerning events, I don't care much for those.

Indeed. My ranch is jam packed to max capacity and any breeding experiments requires me to release all except for one which is staying in my PC boxes which is now growing crowded again.
I think Hayley needs to share that barn! xd

It just infuriates me. Yeah the Japanese created the game, but one of their main fundamental aspects of the game was its connectivity and ability to share your experience with other fellow pokemon trainers. How it keeping their updates promoting this?
The Ranch update included the support of platinum, the capacity expanded to 1500 from 1000, and some new toys. I would of loved to have all that stuff. :/

And that's not taking into consideration how much we even had to pay (with actual cash) for this Wii channel that is nothing more than just additional Pokemon storage so I think it's only right for us to be given this and any future updates as well. Though I don't see how us ranting about it is going to make any progress? I'm still going to wait and hope we get the update soon, that is really all we can do.

You're right. Ranting like this accomplishes nothing. But it makes us feel better, yes?
And hope is all we can do. Just hope we're not putting ours hopes too high.

I've never bought the game, but I want to! The only thing stopping me is the compatibility with Platinum...

this maybe irrrevilent to the thread here but I looked up on how to EV train my pokemon.
Now, back on topic I know what your saying. The Japanese do that to every product they sell. for example in Manga business we get most comics all late, and they had it for like 6 years. Far as I'm concerned there way ahead of is before ever giving us any thing , it's like giving us leftovers or something.
But still, I like Japan, even though I haven't been there.
