Most of us know that Jim Morrison's death is a mystery, but what do you think really happened?
I have no idea what to believe anymore after even reading all these articles on the possibilities of his death. It's insane surprised

I really dont know. For a while i thought he faked his death, but then i was never really sure. I guess even if he did fake his death, hed more than likely be dead now, but not necessarily.

Demonshadow79 Fiddle Playing Johnny An autopsy was very much needed. Indeed, an autopsy would be needed to put all the stories to rest. Exactly. I found it odd that an autopsy wasn't even performed...I mean, seriously...it would have put a lot of those old rumors away or at least eliminate a few. Knowing the alcohol Jim did and the drugs that he was involved in, I don't think he would've even made it to 66. I could be wrong, of course. If Jim did fake his death then I'm sure he'd be smart enough to pull it off. There are just a lot of conspiracies on the topic. I honestly believe he's dead though. Some seem to refuse to believe that though. It's like those who think that Elvis Presley, Janis Joplin, John Lennon, and Jimi Hendrix are still alive somewhere.

my cousin visited france 15 years ago and took a picture of his grave in paris. she gave a copy to my father who was a huge doors fan from back in the day. is he really there....i don't know. it's all a mystery, and it makes me wonder if foul play might have been afoot. who knows. if he isn't dead, i'll bet he's wandering around in the american southwest, dropping by the reservations from time to time....there's a song about an indian that met him once but i can't remember who did it or what it was called...i'd better ask my uncle about it when i see him.

I wanna go to Jim's grave some day. That'd be cool. A lot of people do wonder though if he's even in there. I read some article online about a bunch of conspiracies on Jim Morrison's death and I'm like, "Wow o_o I would've never guessed some of these." I read the whole article because I have no life xd Even if he was alive today, I'm not sure if he would've made it to 66. Then again, Steven Tyler made it to 61 and stuff so it's possible that he would've. Jim didn't come across as the type that intended to live a long life. Even if it was said that Jim was a rather shy person as an individual, he wasn't on stage at all and seemed to really crave the attention. So I don't think he'd hide away all his life.

at heart i personally believe he's not dead, but in the real world i believe he's passed on to a better life. I believe it was just his reckless life style of, LSD and, alcohol so frequently. then there is the matter of how he had a passion for death. Anywhos, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! : )

N3W WAV3 K1D D3V1N i dont think they preformed autopsys then and i think it was alcohol posioning First signs of an autopsy have been recorded in ancient Egypt. So it's very unlikely that in the 20th Century they didn't perform autopsies. Two reasons that an autopsy wasn't made might have been: 1.] Authority bearers didn't notice any sort of evidence that potentially might have invoked his death prematurely by another human being. 2.] Since Jim was an American citizen it might have come to an international mix up which didn't allow the autopsy to happen.

Keith Richards is actually 66, drug abusing, alcohol consuming, non-brain eating zombie and he is still alive. Mick Jagger too with all the previous stated characteristics. Merry belated Christmas to everyone who celebrates.

Seeing to it that modern establishments (not limited to modern only) are very nonfunctional, irrational, ineffective and very "humane" my theory is very likely to have happened.
