Mission 3: “You too. . .”
Members dispatched:
Larwn Desch Rita Kaze Molly Zuichi
-Ars Arcanum After fixing up a weapon that has been used beyond its threshold, and sending it to a Pelipper to give it to the requester, Larwn wiped the sweat off of his face, and hopped over the front desk, “Phew alright no more customers for today, I’d better Close it up and return to the Guild before more people show up.” With that, Larwn grabbed the key to the Blacksmith and closed it down,
After a few moments, he saw a Pidgey and a Chikorita; holding a mission Request. Larwn; after working for who knows how long, gave them a shallow look and walked aside, the two Pokémon followed him; causing Larwn to Serpentine to dodge them, however that didn’t do much as he thought, so he veered to the Right, only to be blocked by the two, their persistence besets Larwn as he gave into them, “Alright what’s the mission?” Larwn grabbed the paper as he scanned through them. After a few moments with constant grunting, he tossed the paper aside as he told them. “Right, well, let’s do it.” With that, Larwn hastily walked towards the Guild to grab his bag, while the two Pokémon went to the client’s Location.
Mystic Forest Entrance.
The two Pokémon waited for Larwn patiently and observantly, they wanted to see if he’s a friendly Pokémon, and more importantly, see if they can get more information. “. . .Molly are you sure about this?” the Pidgey asked the Chikorita, “I mean, the Gabite’s Menacingly evil from the looks of it, and looks like he belongs to a group of Delinquents.” The Chikorita looked at the Pidgey with a confident look, she wanted to prove themselves that they have a connection and they know something that the other members don’t. “I’m sure Rita, sure we just recently hatched, but I think we can prove ourselves.” Molly said with a weak, but an encroaching smile.
“Right then, you ready to get going ladies?” Larwn asked the Two Pokémon behind them; causing them to shriek and causing them to cover up in an oak tree. (Great, not even the first few floors and he’s already scared us.) “Y-Yeah we’re ready, just doing our normal routine of. . . Tree parching, Rita told Larwn, flying down, however she didn’t help Molly so she fell out of the tree, “Ow. . . Thanks for the Assist Rita!” Molly tried to move her legs, however being a quadriceps doesn’t really help as she was flipped upside down. (Ugh. . . This is going to take forever. . .)
-Ten minutes, and one flipping later,
F1 Slots: 4.5
“Alright Ladies, My name’s Larwn; Larwn Desch, and I’ll be your guide for this trip, on to your right you’ll see A pack of Metapod, sitting there, waiting to break out of their cocoons into Butterfree, onto your left you’ll see a school of Polliwag swimming about for the trip, and finally up ahead, is a Stantler waiting to get his a** kicked!” Larwn held on to the Antlers of the Stantler as he was trying hard not to get impaled, then with a turn he flipped the Stantler sideways and used Dragon Claw to Subdue him, “Phew, also watch out, Deer around here” Larwn laughed a little as he continued on; (Is he always like this?) Molly thought as they continued onward.
F2 Slots: 4
“So I said my name, what’s yours?” Larwn told the two lovely but spunky girls, “My name’s Molly; Molly Zuichi! A Pleasure to meet your acquaintance Larwn Desch,” Molly used her “Pseudo”-Arm; which was a vine whip, while Larwn brought out his as well, “Charmed, oh and nice Pseudo you did.” (Huh. . . Molly Zuichi, where have I heard of that name before. . .) After that he turned to Rita, with a weak, but growing smile which really brought out his fangs; causing Rita to quiver a little. “My name? Well its Rita Kaze,” After hearing Kaze, the Smile turned into a shocked expression. “You mean THE Rita Kaze; the one Czar Kaze always talked about?” Larwn asked her; Causing Rita to whimper in fear, “Um. . . Yes, please don’t defame me for being a lowly sister to him.” “Why would I defame you? Czar’s one of my best friends, and of course I have higher respect to the Kaze Family since well, they helped me many times,” Rita looked at Larwn with a content look; still fearing for his size though. “I see, well. . . That’s good to hear, how about Molly? Mr. Desch?” Rita asked Larwn. “Please. . . Call me Larwn, no need for Formalities.” Looking at Molly he quickly remembered something, “Oh I remember now, Czar always talked about you too; you’re Czar’s-“before he could finish, Larwn was attacked by a Treeko, and a fast one at that. “Argh get it off get it off!” Larwn grabbed the Treeko and tossed him down to the ground, only to see it rebound and began to fire off Bullet seeds at him, “Ow, OW! Quit it!” Larwn was being pelted by seeds in a quick and relentless function, he tried to get him by using Dragon Claw, only to be pounded by the Treeko’s Huge tail; sending Larwn Flying towards a Tree. Rita caught track of the Treeko and Promptly circled him in a tornado, then Molly shot Razor Leaves inside the Tornado; causing the Treeko to fall to the ground; defeated, seeing Larwn beaten up by a benign Pokémon, they couldn’t help but Belt out laughing, Molly brought out a vine whip to help Larwn get his bearings as they pressed onwards.
F3 Slots: 3.5
“Damn, Little bugger caught me off-Guard,” This time Larwn took extra precautions as he looked around and peeked at every corner; making sure he wasn’t ambushed like last time, While walking, Molly was buffered at what Larwn said, mostly because he didn’t finish his sentence, Looking at Larwn he asked him. “Hey Larwn, about what you said back there, was I Czar’s, Um. . . Czar’s-“Molly was rudely interrupted as a Munchlax was eating something rather loudly, “What?” Larwn asked her, “I said, am I Czar’s-““What? I can’t hear you!” “I said, AM I CZAR’S-“ Not taking it anymore with the Munchlax’s eating Molly used sunny day and solar beam at the Munchlax while yelling out, “SHUT UP FATASS!!!” She basically torched the Munchlax as he fell to the ground. “Alright, forget it, let’s move on.” They shrugged and moved onwards.
F4 Slots: 3 “Urk, well this is a tow to hoe, we can’t see anything from here.” Larwn examined the area, there’s moss and vines in the way, Rita however, began to hover in the air while she said, “Nonsense, I’ll cut out a path, thanks to Czar’s teachings, back then (while we were in Tisuki) he taught me how the move Air slash can be used to cut weak things like tree vines, and how the move gust can clear off any signs of moss,” Rita began to formulate a Gust to clear off the Moss while she sent off an crescent air wave to cut the vines in half. Looking at Rita, he was impressed, “not bad, for a 1 day old.” Larwn laughed as he continued on. “I’m 14 you know!” Rita yelled out, sending off more Air slashes, Larwn ducked as the Slashes missed him, but hit a poor Tangela in the background as he fainted. “But how, you were hatched from an egg,” Larwn told her; moving on.
F5 2.5 Slots
“Well, this isn’t going to be easy to explain . . . But Rita and I, we were humans once.” Molly told Larwn. After a long and arduous stare at both of them, he sighed and gave off a sympathetic smile. “Oh no, not you guys too? Geez, we seem to get more ‘Pokémon who were humans once’ Pokémon then others. “Larwn continued on as he swatted a Ratatta off of his face.
F6 2 Slots, “Wait, what do you mean, ‘you too?’ Larwn,” Molly wanted to get more information; why did he say “you too?” When they never even caught a glimpse or even acquired information about Pokémon cases such as Molly and Rita. “Because. . . We have one on our team, more importantly. . . He’s our leader.” Larwn was aiming at a Seedot; blocking his path using the move stone edge, after getting a clean shot, and felling the Seedot, Larwn pressed onwards.
F7 1.5 Slots, “Wait. . . The Team leader was a human once?” Molly asked Larwn, “So there’s Pokémon like us. . .” Rita said quietly as she flew beside Larwn and landed on his shoulder. “Well, I don’t know, I only know that the team leader and you guys were human once, I’d bet there’s more popping out, I don’t know why, but from the looks of the Guild, they don’t take kindly to humans, so we’re going to have to keep it quiet. . .” Larwn looked at Rita and Molly nodding, and then Molly looked slightly to her left and saw another Treeko jumping towards Larwn. “Larwn look out!” Molly fired off a Razor leaf, to send it off-track, however that didn’t stop the Treeko firing off Bullet seeds at Larwn. “Ow, OW!!!” (geez he must be using an infinite ammo code on these seeds,) Rita flew off of Larwn’s Shoulders and fired off an Air slash, however with a lucky shot, the Treeko Deflected the Air Slash, using Bullet seed, this caused Rita to be infuriated. “Alright Gex, you want to fight, fine we’ll fight,” Rita used Mirror move as she copied what the Treeko did, and as a result, Seeds were flying everywhere; mostly at Larwn though, however Rita had the advantage; she could fly, so taking the air she flew around and was able to dust off the Treeko as she stopped in mid-air and veered to the right; close to Larwn, who was covered in seeds.
F8 Slots: 1
“Here eat this,” Rita scrimmaged through the bag and pulled out an Oran berry. After seeing this berry Larwn ate it, and felt his strength returning, soon enough he returned to his Old, Rugged, and Well-Mannered self. “Thank you Rita, Well. Come on, let’s get moving. The sooner we get our client the better; I’m tired of getting pelted by seeds.” Larwn looked forward and pressed onward, however both Molly and Rita were tangled up thanks to a Tangela, “Larwn, help I’m getting a feeling that this won’t be comfortable for us!” Molly yelled out while Larwn just stood there; watching on what’s going on. While watching he blushes a little, Rita; who saw him blushing was not too happy. “Larwn, this isn’t one of your fantasies or fetish desires so stop staring at us and help!!!” Rita told Larwn, as he snapped out of it “Um. . . Right,” His blush reduced a little as he used Dragon Claw to subdue the Tangela, not before kicking him up in the air, and using stone edge to cut off the tentacles that was wrapped around Molly and Rita. “Heh, My apologies, shall we get moving?” Larwn gave of a weak chuckle as he moved on. F9 Slots: 1
“Awright, we’re almost there, let’s press onward!” Molly ran forward in front of the group; using sunny day to brighten up the day, There all she could do was fire off a Solar beam in a straight line, looking ahead; scorch marks were seen on the ground and in a line, looking forward she saw a Poliwag, a Munchlax, a Stantler, and a Ratatta in the path of the Solarbeam; unaware of the solar beam as they fell prey to its scorching heat. Looking at her team, they were dead silent and just staring at her. “What?” she asked them, after another long and arduous stare; she pressed on, “Tch, what’s their problem?” While behind Molly, Larwn and Rita whispered to themselves, “Next time, don’t approach her when she’s in a fit,” “Right. . .”
F10
Slots: 0.5
“Hey Guys, I found the client,” Larwn had his hands wrapped around a Caterpie, while Rita looked at the client; wide eyed, “Aw. . . It’s so cute; I could just eat him up.” When Rita said that, the Caterpie began to sweat and took Cover in Larwn’s Arm. (Right, I should remember, Bird: Bug Pokémon, not a good match.) “Right, ready to get going guys, we’re done here.” Larwn asked them, however he looked at molly; that was paying her respects to the Celebi Statue, once finished, she looked at the Group, “Now I’m ready, let’s return to the Guild.” “Wait; hold on a minute, Larwn. I was wondering, whose the team leader?” Larwn looked at Rita, frowning a little bit he said, “The Team leader’s Your brother, and Molly’s special someone.” “Wait, he’s the team leader?!” Rita was shocked; she would of never thought that she was in command of her brother. “Yeah, but don’t approach him just yet, unless you want to tear your hearts in two” Looking at the pair, they had their heads dropped down, “. . . Too late I see, well he lost his memory, so I doubt he’ll remember you two. . .” And with that Larwn raised his Badge and teleported themselves out of the forest.

As the three and the Caterpie returned to the guild, the Caterpie stared wide-eyed. He was not their client, that's for sure. "Oh, my god! Where am I!?" he cried, looking around frantically. Hopping out of Larwn's arms, he glared at the Gabite. "Thanks a lot for taking me from everyone and everything I know, loser!" He then hopped out the door, slamming it on his way out.
Soon after, a sheepish-looking Rattata and Munchlax entered, both of whom wished to join the team.
Meanwhile, at the entrance to the Mystic Woods, another Caterpie sat curled around a String Shot TM, waiting. He sighed; although he had received notice that the mission he'd made - to escort him home - had been taken, nobody coming and going had even noticed him. Sighing, he took the TM and slowly began the long trek on his own. He certainly wouldn't be relying on rescue teams for help from now on. And he'd been so dead-set on joining one, too...
[ You have an odd habit of capitalizing random words - it's confusing.
Also, the reason you didn't receive the TM or Caterpie recruit is because it was an escort mission, not a find-and-rescue mission. So although it was long enough, you didn't fill the terms of the specific mission. ]

((Yeah, after reading it through, I got confused myself, also I didn't have time to edit, and when I'm posted this, I didn't see that this is an escort, (school gets to you, ugh. . .) )) Larwn Desch Rita Kaze Molly Zuichi "Well that was weird, wait a minute. . . Larwn can I see the mission request?" Larwn handed her the mission request, as she read through it, immediately she groaned; seeing an error, "This, is an escort mission not a search and rescue." Rita explained to him. "What? that's impossible," Larwn read through the contents of the mission again, this time he carefully read it, and of fine print, showed the words "Escort"; Causing Larwn to metaphorically turned to stone and began to corrode away"Next time, I'll make sure everything's set so we don't waste our time. . ." Looking at the Munchlax that was close to her, she said. "Well, I guess you can join us. . ." Rita, Molly, and the Munchlax began to walk away while Larwn was withering awayOh man. . . I screwed up big time. . . Larwn felt he epically failed as a leader. . .

While Team Polaris had promised to grab themselves an easy mission the day after the fiasco with the Mercenaries and training for war all that all stuff, everyone was exhausted and no one felt like it. So they spent the last four days just lounging around. One of the most important things they had to resolve was the fact a new member hopped aboard the team without anyone's consent. Neither of the three were able to convince the Cherubi to leave though -she just wouldn't seem to take the hint- and finally, they gave in and allowed her to stay. Now, on the fifth day since they had said they would take a mission, Incultyr decided that enough was enough. They needed to stop being lazy and get a job done, even a small one. So this morning, the Larvitar dragged Morana with him to the Bulletin board, and the two scoured it for jobs. "This one." Morana told her partner, and ripped a mission off. Incultyr was surprised to see that her partner had taken one down so quickly without asking him, but he quickly recovered and read it over. "Hey, wasn't this one on the board the day we took Altus's mission?" Incultyr asked, and Morana nodded. "I guess most people didn't want to do such an easy mission."Rolling up the paper, Incultyr tied it to Morana's collar as was their custom now. "Alright, let's go alert Altus and get to the Woods. This shouldn't take us more than a few hours."--- "Remind me why you're coming with us again?" Incultyr asked, an dangerous edge in his voice. The purple Cherubi didn't seem to catch onto the hostility though, and simply answered, "I'm part of the team, so I should come too! Besides, I need a cut of the rewards~"Incultyr glared at the annoying little thing as the land around them slowly turned into forest. "All rewards belong to the team. You don't get a 'cut'." He explained, and motioned for Morana to get closer. He took the Mission Statement from Morana and read it over again. They had to find an egg Swellow had lost. They had visited their client, who had been pretty hysterical about losing that egg. They managed to calm her down enough for her to give them the cloth she had been carrying the egg in. Fortunately, she had been walking through the forest, so she didn't drop the egg while flying or anything. Well, all that aside, they had the cloth, and with it, the egg's scent. The egg had been out in the forest for more than a week, but Morana claimed she could track it down. "Alright, let's get this over with. Swellow said she had been walking by the creek the whole time, so we should follow it." Putting the Mission Sheet back onto Morana's collar, the four pokemon went forwards. It didn't take them long to hear the rush of water, and they found the creek. Unfortunately, they also found about three Poliwags splashing around in the water. The three turned as they saw the group, and none of them looked very happy. They also didn't seem to be in a mood to let them get anywhere near them, because the moment Morana got within three meters of the shore, one of them jumped onto land and spat a glob of water in Morana's direction. With a yelp, the fire-type quickly jumped back before any could get on her. She was terrified of water. Absolutely terrified. Incultyr growled and took a step forward in front of Morana, gathered dark energy as he went. The confused Polkiwag just stood there as Incultyr strode right up to him, and then slammed the Dark Pulse straight into him. The first Poliwag collapsed. The other two jumped onto the shore angrily after their fallen friends, the two of them spitting bubbles at Incultyr. The Larvitar didn't think much of them- until they hit him and popped. Oh god they actually hurt. The second one started doing a bit of an odd dance as he dragged his fallen friend back towards the water, and Incultyr understood a moment later as rain began to pour down from the sky. Oh great, rain dance. He's sick of rain dance ever since that fight with Jasper. Unlike the last time, he didn't bother trying to counteract the weather effect. Instead, he stepped up to the second Poliwag, ignoring the water it spat at him, and he simply picked the little thing up and chucked him into the water. Beside him, several glowing blades flew past and dug into the first retreating Poliwag, and he fell into the water with the unconscious one he was dragging. Turning around, Incultyr regarded Chronicler, whom he presumed was the one who used that last attack since he's never seen glowy blades being thrown by Altus or Morana before. "Magical Leaf." Was all the Cherubi explained. The leaves at the top of her two heads began to glow, and the rain started to weaken and stop, almost suddenly. The sun streaming through the canopy seemed a lot stronger than before. "And that was Sunny day." She explained cheerfully. Shaking his head, Incultyr simply just turned and headed down the creek. Maybe Chronicler would be of some use after all. They travelled slowly on account of the fact both Incultyr and Chronicler didn't exactly have very long legs. They were left relatively in peace though, until about twenty minutes later. A vine had tangled onto Incultyr's feet, causing him to stumble and fall. As Morana and Altus rushed forward to help him, two figures dropped down from the trees above. The Four members quickly moved back-to-back and they faced the pokemon that had ambushed them. "Aw damn, there's four of 'em." The one in front of Morana and Incultyr complained. " 'an this one's a fire type!" "Aw shush and stop complainin'." The second one scolded, and looked the group top to bottle. "Now give us all yer stuff and we'll let y'all be." Altus nudged both Incultyr and Morana behind him, and whispered "They're Treekos, grass type. Go for it Anna."That was all the houndour needed to know before she opened her mouth and sent a ball of roiling fire at the first Treeko. It squealed as the fire smacked it straight on, and the Pokemon caught fire easily. Flailing, it ran into the stream and was carried off by the current. Behind them, Altus had jumped forward and attacked the second Treeko with a swing, which the grass-type blocked pretty well. They two exchanged several blows before both of them backed off, eyeing each other warily. "Not bad." Altus commented, having had a better feel for his opponent. "Ya too." The treeko replied with a toothy smile. Altus crouched down and was ready for another round, but to his surprise, the Treeko had taken the lull in the battle as an opportunity to spin around and run for it. "Wait fer me brother!" He kept yelling as he ran down the side of the creek. Shaking his head, severely confused, Altus turned around and the entire group continued forward. Nothing really hard had popped up yet. Having more members really does seem to make a difference. The group stopped quickly for a snack, splitting a single apple into quarters before continuing on. They stopped often to let Morana sniff the cloth and then the ground, as she was starting to pick up on the scent. Suddenly, during one of their now-frequent stops for Morana to check the scent, she began sneezing. Violently. Several times. The reason was apparently when, a minute later, a small yellowish-green pokemon popped it head out of the bush. "Shush, be quiet! I'm trying to take a nap here!" It scolded. Morana recognized it as a Shroomish, but she sneezed again before she could tell the others. As it continued to angrily scold the group, Morana sneezed more and more, which just riled it up further. She backed up as much as she could so that she wouldn't smell the spores in its body as much, but it didn't help too much. Finally, Chronicler shoved past Incultyr and tore a piece of grass off the ground with the mouth of her second head. It passed it to the mouth on her main head, and she began to blow on the grass. Instead of the usual crude sounds that come out of blowing on blades of grass, a gentle, lilting tune coming from the grass. The angry Shroomish stopped mid-sentence stared at the Cherubi for a moment. It swayed back and forth and then, without warning, toppled over. It was definitely asleep, with the really loud snores it was making. "Alright then, let's continue!" Chronicler said cheerfully, all the while making her leaves glow again. She had been sustaining that Sunny day move this entire time. Altus helped guide Morana along until she finally stopped sneezing. Her eyes were watering and her side was painful. Oh god, she wasn't sure what was worse now, water, or sneezing fits. They continued along, and this time, Morana was insanely careful about what she was sniffing. Her sensitive nose was still aching from that last run-in with the Shroomish. She perked her ear up as she caught a whiff of the Egg's scent again. It was very strong. "Guys, I think it's nearby." She told her teammates, and then stuck her nose to the ground, trying to follow where the scent was coming from. It led her away from the stream, and the others followed her closely behind. Eventually, She stopped. The smell of the egg wasn't overpowering after a week's worth of being here, but she could tell it was near. Looked up, she had led the team into a small clearing with several tall trees surrounding them. Little to no branches came off of their trunk near the ground, so everything was actually pretty open. And up above them, there was silk. Tonnes and tonnes of silk webs spreading from one tree to another. All of it was isolated to about three of the trees. Moran approached the silk carefully, and sniffed at some that was near the ground, stretched between the trunks of two trees. "Hey, watch it, what are you doing!?" Taking a step back, Morana looked around for the source of the voice. "Above us!" Altus pointed upwards, and Morana followed it to see several angry caterpies on the silk and branches. She also saw, nested in the crook on a low branch, attached to the wood around it with more silk, was a pokemon egg. The pokemon egg they were looking for. "There it is!" she pointed out, just as a Caterpie near her spat a glob of string shot at her. She dodged it easily, and backed up so that she and the other formed a tight defencive group. "We need to get that egg without smashing it." Incultyr pointed out. "Who here's the best one at climbing trees?"He didn't even wait for a reply as he pointed at Altus. "Alright, getting the egg is your job." Considering everyone's anatomy...yeah. Only Altus can do it. "The rest of us, keep the Caterpie off of them. Chronicler, can you put them to sleep like you did with the Shroomish?"She shrugged. "I can try."Good enough. So she grabbed a piece of grass like last time and began to blow on it. Incultyr threw a dark pulse at a Caterpie that was crawling in Altus's direction, and knocked it off of its perch. Altus had reached the tree and jumped up a bit before grabbing onto the branch the egg rested on. Pulled himself up, he stood by the egg and pulled the silk off of it. One Caterpie jumped off the trees and landed right in front of Morana, startling her. "No, please, don't take the egg!" She pleaded, to Morana's surprise. A few other caterpie (the ones who weren't half asleep from hearing the tune Chronicler was playing) by now had moved onto the branch the egg was on, but Altus, with the egg held securely in his arms, jumped. He ran back towards the rest of the group. "This egg doesn't belong to you." Inculty growled, stepping forward to face the caterpie. It backed off, seeming to shrink under his glare. "I-I know...but...it belongs to that swellow...we saw it slip out of the cloth she was carrying it in...we thought that if we keep her egg, she wouldn't eat us..." Incultyr shook his head and grabbed their explorer's badge. "You don't even know it's actually her child. Besides, what would you have done when the damned thing hatched?"Unable to answer, the caterpie only sat there looking at them sadly as their badge teleported them in a flash of white light, back to the guild.

The Swellow stood before the team, wings flapping joyously once she laid eyes on the egg. "The egg! Oh thank goodness!" The bird seemed pleased for a moment that it was safe and then her smile fell. "Oh, but what am I to do? The Daycare already got another egg and they cant take anymore. Wait! Perhaps you can take this egg! Yes! Yes! A splendid idea! As for your other reward take this!" The Swellow extended a bag full of evolution inducing stones. "Pick whichever one you want!"
Rewards: One Grass type egg. [Hatches in 4 days.] One evolution stone of your choice.
Bonus: 1000 PD!
The next day at the guild a Poliwag, a familiar Treeko and a very disheartened Caterpie appeared to ask to join Team Polaris.
[Have I mentioned I adore reading your missions? ;3]

(Thank you ^^ I really enjoy writing them too~) Morana&& Incultyr&& Altus&& ChroniclerAs far as Morana knew, no one in their team yet needs any stones to evolve. So she grabbed a Fire stone for no better reason than that she was a fire type and thanked the Swellow before the flying-type went off. Morana turned to face Incultyr who stared at the egg they had rescued. "And what the hell do we do with this?""We take care of it until it hatches of course!" Chronicler piped up, excited. She skipped over to the Larvitar's side, admiring the egg. Incultyr shoved her off with a growl. "We don't have time to take care of a baby. I'm taking it to the nursery."Morana frowned, her ears flat against her head. They had decided to let go of the last egg they had received as well, though it had pained Morana. They had more members now though, they can take care of it... "I think we should keep the little one." Altus spoke up. Incultyr glared at the Riolu, but he didn't back down. "I think it would be a good experience, taking care of the little one." Altus explained. "You don't have to take any responsibility for it.""I will, pick me! I'll take care of it!" Chronicler said excitedly, jumping up and down. Altus took a quick look at her and added as fast as he could, "And I will too."God knows what Chronicler would do with an egg. --- The next day, three Pokemon were waiting at the door when Altus left their room in the West Wing. "Oi! We have some recruits here!" he yelled back into the room. Grumbling and mumbling sleepily, Morana and Incultyr got up and walked over to the door. Chronicler continued to sleep undisturbed in her little hammock up in the corner of the room. "Whadayya want?" Incultyr asked, his sentence slurred beyond recognition by a mighty yawn. "Can I join yer team? Ma brother 'aint tha happy with meh and I thought I'd go with ya guys." The Treeko said, a big, kinda stupid look on his face. The poliwag glared at him, as if he knew and disliked the Treeko a lot. Behind the both of them stood a very quiet Caterpie. "We're not taking any new recruits." Incultyr explained to them, slightly irritated. Why do these wild Pokemon swarm them after every mission? "We've just gotten two new recruits, as well as an egg to take care of. We have enough on our hands as it is."The Poliwag and the Treeko eventually left, both looking irritated at being turned down. Apparently, they had thought the team would have been thrilled to gain more members. "Damn its getting crowded in here." Incultyr muttered, turning to shut the door. Altus however, stuck his foot in to stop the door from closing. The Caterpie was still there. "We already told you to go away." The Larvitar growled. He's obviously never in a very good mood in the morning, especially since he had been woken up. "I...please, let me join." She said in a quiet voice. Incultyr glared at her, but Morana was the kinder of the two. She stepped forward and lowered her head so that she was looking eye-to-eye with the bug type. "Why do you want to join so bad?" Morana asked, and the caterpie seemed to draw together her composure. "My name is Crown- I am the heir to the throne of the Monarch line." She explained proudly. None of Team Polaris knew what she meant though. "The Queen, my mother, have sent me to learn more of the ways of the Kingdom of the Sun after your exploration team went into our territory yesterday." Altus was going to point out that Mystic woods was a part of the Kingdom of the Sun, but Morana cut him off. "Ah, so your family led all the Caterpie we saw yesterday?" Crown nodded. "Please accept me, as a sign of peace between the Monarch kingdom and your Team. We can learn much from each other." Morana looked back over to Incultyr. The Larvitar had buried himself in his pile of sand and was fast asleep already. "Um, well...welcome to the team I guess then."(Despite all of my attempts to keep the growth of my team as small as possible...here comes two more members ^^; )

Ⱦeam Ðaɍksţaɍ ~✭ XXX XXXXXXX—¤÷(`Nadia & Vincent´)÷¤— A little Poochyena and an intelligent Abra just recently joined the guild and started an exploration team right away like the other members do. They both discussed and agreed that they would pick a simple mission, since this is their first time doing a mission. And so they did, or at least, they thought they did. They've packed everything they needed and they we're quite excited to experience their first mission, especially Nadia.
They visited the client first, Meowth. "Thanks for coming guys, I thought no one would've took my mission. Actually, maybe a lot of exploration teams have taken my mission, but they've always failed. So good luck finding my lost amulet coin." She exclaimed. By the time Nadia opened her mouth to say anything about the mission, Vincent already cut in front of her. "I see. Don't worry, we, Team Darkstar, shall not fail you." He promised. Then, he glared at his partner. "What?" She asked, confused. "Well..your a Poochyena, can you sniff out her amulet coin before we left?" He replied. She suddenly frowned. "I'm a Poochyena, but that doesn't mean I could sniff out things like most Poochyenas could! Some can't, including me." She shrugged. "Fine, then." He said, quite frustrated. He thought that every dog-like Pokemon could sniff out things. They both soon left and rushed to Mystic Woods.

Nadia soon arrived at the entrance of the forest where their mission takes place. She was wearing a black bag that is full of their supplies. She soon stopped and stood in front of the forest, glaring blankly at the mystical forest. 'This forest..it looks almost like..magic..but its called "Mystic Woods" for a reason though.' She thought for a moment. Then, a shadow figure headed towards Nadia. As the shadow figure approaches, Nadia soon looked behind her to find out it was just Vincent. He finally caught up with her, panting. Then again, he isn't the fastest runner. "Why..didn't we just..walk..instead of..running?" He said, trying to catch his breath. She dropped a sweat and starts to explain why she ran here. "Oh, I'm sorry, I just felt really excited and I wanted to get here more sooner." Vincent looked at the forest and it seems quite peaceful. Peaceful enough to actually make him enjoy this. "So the mission is to search for Meowth's amulet coin that is hidden around this forest." The little Poochyena said, reminding her partner the mission. They both nodded at each other and began to enter the forest.

The sunlight from the sun was shining brightly in the skies, shining everything in sight. The tall trees were waving quietly, following the direction of the morning breeze. Like what Nadia thought before, this forest almost looks like magic. They both walked slowly so they could see every inch of the floor to see if there's an amulet coin laying around the ground. "This place looks so magical, isn't it?" Nadia remarked. "Yes." He simply replied. The two teammates kept walking and walking through the first floor, checking every step. Suddenly, Naida stopped, leaving herself behind from her teammate. She started to wonder why would many explorer teams have failed to do this mission, its not like the mission is cursed or anything, right? This should be a peaceful forest that many explorer could enjoy the serenity. Vincent looked back at his partner that was left behind. "Nadia, what's wrong?" The Abra asked. "No, nothing, just wondering about something." "Fine, but remember, we shouldn't be playing around." He shrugged. Nadia looked down sadly. Her doggy ears drooped as she whimpered a bit.

They both have reached the second floor of Mystic Woods and yet Nadia was still wondering about what Meowth said. "Vincent, I've been wondering, what does Meowth means when she said 'they've always failed' Could have something happened to the team? something, that's...bad?" She finally confessed her paranoia. Nadia can't just keep wondering about what that Meowth said and keep it to herself. He stopped once again but with an unsure look. "..How should I know, he never did tell us why.." He said. Nadia was concerned about this in the first place. What if maybe something bad could happen to them during the mission? "..But.." He continued. "I'm sure there is a logical explanation why they failed. Let's just think positive and try our best." He reassured her. "Your right, we shouldn't get threatened by this. We're an explorer team now, we have to be brave."

As the team searching and continued to walk further and further into the woods, they found a bush with a delicious looking berry growing on it. "Hey look at that berry over there..!" said Nadia. She gestured her paw at the berry to show her partner the bush she was talking about. Vincent then turned towards at the bush and went near it. The Poochyena followed. "My, that does look delicious." He said, glaring at the berry that is shimmering under the sunlight. He was about to claim the berry when a Munchlax dropped on him. He groaned. "Vincent!" She cried. "That berry is mine!" The Pokemon shouted in anger, pointing at Nadia. His eyes were flaming with flames of rage. For Nadia, its odd seeing a Munchlax angry, its quite cute actually. Before the Munchlax could say anything else, Vincent's eyes suddenly fluttered open, showing a blue glow. He pushed the Pokemon into a nearby tree like a piece of thrash using his telekinesis. Nadia soon ran towards him. "Are you okay?" She asked with a worried tone. He struggled to sit up. "Yes, I'm alright for now." He reassured her. They both then looked at the Munchlax who attacked the Abra. He glared at them before he leaped and charged at them. When his halfway from both the two teammates, Vincent teleported himself with his signature move "Teleport" behind the Pokemon and used his telekinesis to hold it from hitting her. Nadia looked at the situation and decided it was time to show her strength. She ran towards it with her snout open. "Crunch!" She shouted, attacking him. The Munchlax soon frantically flail in pain. He slowly fainted from the fierce bite and Vincent let him loose from his telekinesis. Sometimes, they both can be really great at team work. "We have to get out of here fast before he wakes up and attacks us again!" He exclaimed. He grabbed Nadia's paw and dragged her to the next floor.

"Crack" goes the sound when the fallen leaves was stepped on. Some of the leaves been falling lately even though its not even near fall. How odd. Nadia sat down for a moment, looking at her little paw. Seems she looked a bit hungry. "Its already been an hour already and we haven't found that amulet coin. Can we have a break now?" She turned to him. "No, maybe we shall take a rest later at the next floor." He said. "No! I don't agree! How come your not hungry yet?" She argued. Vincent simply looked away and thought for a moment. "What if I'll let you have the biggest apple in the bag. Other then the big apple." He turned to her and grinned. "Fine..." She rolled her eyes. They finally stopped arguing. "Then it settled. Shall we?" He chuckled. The Poochyena then sighed slightly before following his lead.

Nadia looked so relief she's on the fifth floor. Her stomach have been growling ever since and she cannot wait to nibble on some grub. Vincent just smiled at her. The Poochyena then sat below a tree, waiting for her partner to catch up with her below the tree. "Let's eat!" she exclaimed. She dropped the bag she was holding onto the ground, revealing some berries and apples that was inside it. "Here's the biggest apple we have inside the bag." He said, holding out an apple he snatched from the bag. He throwed up in the air and fell right into Nadia's mouth. "Yum, that apple was delicious." She smiled. Vincent grabbed another apple from the bag. Not too big, not too small, its just a normal sized apple. The Abra then munched it slowly, enjoying the taste before he swallow it. After, they had their break, Nadia grabbed the bag and packed their stuff. They were ready to continue their search, satisfied with what they've eaten.

The sixth floor, and still no sign of the client's amulet coin. The Abra looked both sideways then onto the middle. Still no shiny amulet coin. He sighed. Nadia looked at her partner, and sighed too. "Haven't seen it too, huh?" He asked, historically. "Maybe we have a better chance if we split up." He said. Before he could said anything else, a Stantler suddenly appeared from a nest. It charged directly at Vincent with full speed. "Watch out!" She warned him before she swiftly went in front of him, replacing him with herself. Causing him to hit Nadia instead Vincent. He frozed in shock. 'W-Why did....she..?' he thought. The Poochyena ended up falling onto the ground unconscious. That blow she took really hit her hard. "Get out of my property!" Vincent turned to the Stantler with rage. "Shut up!" He shouted. His eyes glow red as multicolored circles are released at him. "Psybeam!" Shouted Vincent. Luckilly, for the Stantler, he easily avoided it. "Take down!" The Stantler shoved his head and charged at Vincent. "Reflect!" He created a round, blue barrier that surrounded him. The Stantler bounced off from the barrier as soon his antlers touched the barrier. Soon, the barrier slowly faded away. While the two boys battle each other, Nadia beggining to regain her consciousness. She shook her head as she slightly groaned. She looked at the two battling each other. "W-What is going on..?" She murmured. She quickly got up onto her feet. "Hey! Look over here!" She called out the Stantler. Vincent turned to her confused. As the Pokemon looked at her, she winked gracefully at him. Then, multiple yellow hearts were shot at him. He suddenly looked at her with a lovey-dovey look. Nadia grinned then giggled. "Dark Pulse!" She exclaimed. She fired a black and purple circles at the Stantler from her snout. Vincent turned to her and added the move "Psybeam" into the combo. The Stantler fell down onto the ground from taking too much damage from the combo. As soon as he was down, the two teammates headed towards the next floor.
Floor 7 Belly Slots: 3.5
The two finally came to the next floor from their second battle. They don't seem to want to get into a brawl against some Pokemon living in this forest. Vincent turned to Nadia with a concern look. "Are you alright back there?" He asked. She smiled at him before replying his question. "I'm okay, you don't have to worry about me, though. Let's just focus on the mission, now." Likewise, they started to scan every step they had, making sure if there's an amulet coin laying around the ground. As they were halfway through the floor, they both chatted a bit. "About the 'spliting up' idea..forget it. That wasn't a very bright idea. That would just cause more trouble for us both." He said. A drop of sweat fell from his face. "This is the first time I heard you thought a not-so-bright idea." She laughed. All he could feel right now is emberrasment. He just smiled at her and hid his emberrased feeling from her.
Floor 8 Belly Slots: 3.0
As they reached to the eight floor, they weren't unaware of a Pokemon following them. Here's a hint, its fuzzy and its one of the Pokemons they fought in this forest dungeon. When they finished searching the whole floor. They started to lose hope and thought it might be lost forever, despite the fact its already the eight floor and still no sign or clue of the missing amulet coin. But they're luck is about to change as they continued onto the next floor. {{Sorry, my mind just went completely blank all of a sudden...}}
Floor 9 Belly Slots: 2.5
A figure was hiding up ahead. The same figure that followed them through the forest. As the team made it in the center of the floor. The figure decided it was time to show them his presence. "Challenge me to a battle!" A voice was heard by the team. A voice, but where did it came from? Was the question this two had in their minds. Then suddenly, a Munchlax appeared in front of them. Nadia was shocked seeing the Munchlax here. "Uhh..no thanks." Was her final answer, narrowing her eyes to the Munchlax. Vincent turned to her and back at the Munchlax. "I don't think your much of a challenge, besides, we're tired of fighting Pokemons right now." She mocked. The Munchlax's face turned red as he started to curls into a ball and rolls straight at them. "Get behind me!" Vincent said. He formed a large blue barrier that surrounded him. As the Munchlax hit the barrier, he bounced off and onto a tree like what happened to their last battle. The barrier soon faded away. "Ugh! I'm stuck! Get me out of here!" The Munchlax pleaded. Nadia and Vincent laughed as soon as they realized he was stuck on the tree. They both thought that was very funny. "Heheh..this fight is good as over." She murmured as the team moved along to the next floor.
Floor 10 Belly Slots: 2
"Maybe this is why the explorer teams always failed.." She said, sighing. Vincent turned to her. "See? there is a logical explanation." He said, grinning. "Okay, your right." She said, admitting. The two continued their search until they stumbled into a dead end. "Well, its a dead end, we should head to the othe--" Nadia's sentence was cut when she fell into a hole in the corner of the dead end. "Nadia?!" Vincent called out to her. He followed her through the hole. "AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!" They screamed on top of their lungs as they fall through the hole. Leading them into a floor.
Floor 12 Belly Slots: 1
Through the hole, the team landed on a whole new floor. Nadia fell first, then followed by her partner that landed on her. "Owch, your heavy." She muttered, shoving him off her. "Sorry.." He murmured, dusting himself. Nadia shook her head before looking around. In front of them were a small creek. and in the other side, was an amulet coin! "Vincent! Its Meowth's amulet coin!" She exclaimed. Nadia soon ran to the river. When she was about to jump over the river, she was shot with water by a Poliwag that jumped from the river. She fell backwards while the Poliwag landed safely to the ground where the amulet coin is. "If you want this shiny item, then you have to go through me first!" He said. Vincent looked at Nadia. He knows that she would be okay, a Take Down couldn't beat her, not even a Hydro Pump. So he isn't too worried. "Psybeam!" Vincent shouted. His eyes started to glow red and multicolored circles were released to the Poliwag. The Poliwag jumped a few steps and shot another Hydro Pump at him. The two move collided each other but Hydro Pump is much stronger then Psybeam, its a matter of time when the Hydro Pump hit him. Nadia looked at him and added her move with his Psybeam. "Dark Pulse!" The Psybeam and Dark Pulse joined together into one beam and hitted the Poliwag. His Hydro Pump is no match for their combo. The Poliwag struggled to get up. He jumped and shot multiple blob of mud at the two teammates. They both tried to dodge them all but Nadia was hit by one. She fell down, covered in mud. "That's it! you've cross the line!" She shouted in anger. Like most girls hate is; getting their appearance ruined by a blob of mud. She charged at him angrily. "Double Team!" She started to run quickly and multiple copies of her could seen. The Nadia copies tried to move in different directions, confusing the Poliwag. As the real Nadia got close to the Poliwag, she jumped accross the river and she bit him more fiercely then when she bit the Munchlax. Soon the multiple copies disappeared and the Poliwag slowly fainted. She let go of her grip and shook some of the mud of her fur before grabbing the amulet coin with her snout. "Got it! Let's go!" She walked near Vincent as they disappeared back to the guild.
