I would have to say Sailor Moon, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto. The top one would probably be Saturn, as I relate to her the most.
Why so many? I relate to each one in its own way. My love (moon), my brains (mercury), my independence (jupiter), my loneliness and strength (saturn) and my matureness (pluto).

Sailor V (from the manga, reason: she kicked butt and had a microphone attack with an enemy...very cool) and Sailor Uranus (I love her attacks and her personality).

Saturn. Long story short: I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic when I first saw Sailor Moon, had no friends, and identified strongly with her.
After that, Chibi-Moon. The Hotaru/ Rini friendship strongly resembled my friendship with the girl who got me into Sailor Moon in the first place.
And last but not least, Jupiter, who physically most resembles me. Same hair/ height/ build (inasmuch as you can determine "build" in a shoujo anime...), and she is tomboyish, which I've always been, and kicks a major amount of butt that I have always wished I had the strength to kick. ^^

Jupiter. I've always loved the power of lightning. I also look like her--long brown curly hair, and eyes that are hazel and look green sometimes. I also love roses, and my dad went to cooking school, and I want to learn. In addition, I took some martial arts. One guy wanted to be my boyfriend because I look like her! Though I am 2 inches shorter than Sailor Moon and have a rather flat chest, despite being a 4th year college student.
And I love pink...Jupiter's favorite color is reported to be "sugar pink."
I do relate to Saturn and Ami. I have poor health, not many IRL friends, and am a gifted/honor student

Her school had high demands to meet, and I remember reading somewhere that she was highly intelligent (not quite to Ami's inhuman abilities, but still). Plus I'm a rabid reader.
