I walked in and unpacked. I flopped down on my new bed and sighed. "Guess I'll be alone for a while...At least I'm used to it," I said in a somber tone. I yawned and fell asleep.

Cinders came into the cabin singing the word 'Apollo' under her breath repeatedly, she grew quiet when she saw another girl sleeping and set down her bag deciding to push off unpacking for at least a few months and sat down to look at the girl, her head cocked to one side.

My eyes blinked open a few hours later. There was a girl sitting next to me, staring at me. I yawned and stretched my arms and legs. In a still-sleepy voice I said, "Hello. I'm Kalia. I take it you're my sister, huh?"

"I guess," Cinders answered slowly, her eyes wandering round the cabin, "I mean, it's kinda weird referring to dear old Apollo, who the world stopped believing in a good couple o' years ago, as a father, both of our fathers apparently.
And getting round that, it does I guess make us sisters . . ." She was still working this out when she remembered to introduce herself, "And I'm Cinders by the way, nice to meet ya," She said, holding her hand up for a 'fistbump'.

"Like . . . about three seconds. I was claimed as soon as I came really." Cinders answered, she was still suprised by how fast the claiming had been, the satyr who brought her said it could have taken ages.

I sighed. "Pretty much the same." I got out my keyboard and started playing Carol of the Bells. I sang along with the tune. "Hark, how the bells, sweet silver bells. All seem to say throw cares away..."
