HAY SPROCKETS~! Friendly neighbourhood vice captain here, with a deep and pressing question for you all~! I want to start a secret santa for the month of december within team sprocket, but I need to know how many people would be willing to participate. In addition, I'd love to have some help planning and organizing it! Coolness.
Idea: Set up groups of prices. Why? To ensure people get what they give. For example, people in one group will give and recieve presents in 1k=10k price range, another in 11k-20k, another 21k-30k, etc. That way, it'll be fair and no one will get gyped.

Jutzu How would we 'organize' and 'plan', exactly? Well, we'd have to determine a way to assemble gifting partners in a random, fair way. :3 decide the price range and such. Simple things, and I wouldn't need many people ^^ but a little help is appreciated. amusedandconfused: That's a good plan, but I'd hate to assign people to certain price groups D: I'd rather establish a minimum amount of gold spent, and then let them spend as high as they want. o 3o Why should someone who is 'poor' not be able to get awesome gifts? :3

Actually, that's what the MADG did during their SS, and it worked out pretty well. So that'll probably be a good idea. Although Thilath does have a good point.

THI >3 I would luff to gift sprockets >D But we would have to like, draw names or something. OR have all the sprockets who wish to participate (we cant just go and do it to the whole guild) be assigned a number {they dont know}and everyone picks a number?

How I've usually seen it done on Gaia is pretty simple.
The participants place their names on a list. Then the holders of the SS randomly assign Santas. Mostly by use of a random number generator or something of the sort.

I'm in, but I've been off and on so infrequently that I don' think I'll be able to help.. D=>
Aeon has a good idea for assigning santas, and I agree with Thi for minimum price, and everything after that is just you being kind. People shouldn't feel cheated if they know that there's a minimum, and everything after that is luck/kindness.
