The markets of the mist village. Various items like shurikens, kunais, fuma shurikens, and other ninja tools can be bought here. Basic tools are cheap, while expensive ones like explosive tags, fuma shurikens, and flash bombs cost more.

 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninAs Sai arrived at the Marketplace, he quickly ducked down an alleyway, looking around for someone whose identity he could steal for his small visit here. After waiting for a few minutes he saw a young Chuunin walk by, presumably on his way to the baker shop off this street. With the speed one would expect of an assassin, Sai reached out from the shadows and pulled the man into the alleyway, snapping his neck instantly with a quick twist as he slowly laid the body down to the ground and removed his personal effects...kunai, shuriken, scrolls, and other assorted items that might be useful.
After staring at the man for a minute, Sai performed the henge no jutsu to copy his features exactly and melted his body into water using his Complete water Vanish technique. With his secondary disguise in place, Sai shifted back into the shadows and into stealth as he hastily made his way to the Mizukage's Office.

Sosay walked down the streets, looking over everything around her. "There's more food shops then anything else!" she commented. Finally she came upon a store that sold just about everything. As she opened the door and walked in, a bell sounded. Sosay closed the door behind her and walked in. A little girl about the age of 9 walked up to her with a smile and asked, "Hello madame! Is there anything I can help you with?!" Sosay looked down at her and returned the smile. "Yes! I'm looking for a long red scarf. Would you happen to have one?!" she asked politely. The girl nodded and wandered off, leaving Sosay standing alone. A few minutes later the girl returned, holding exactly what Sosay had asked for. "Thank you soo much! That's what I want!" Sosay said while digging in her pockets for some money. As the girl passed Sosay the scarf, Sosay handed her plenty of money and a little extra, just for the girl. Sosay then wrapped it around her neck and walked out the door, the bell ringing again as she opened and close it.
She walked back out into the snow covered street, her face half buried in her new scarf. Sosay looked up and down the street, not knowing where to go now. She then started to walk down the street, peering into every other shop she passed.

Axel wandered through the snow covered streets, placing his hood on to remain warm. This snow was rather bothersome, but he used his fire element to warm hismelf up inside out. Seeing Kai's sister along the road he waved to her, and despite the fact that him and her brother would seem at odds against each other constantly, the last mission that they had gone on created a sort of trust and respect between the two. "That's a pretty scarf," he commented sincerely.

Sosay stopped as she spotted the guy who was fighting with Kai at the dojo when she was there. "Thanks! I just got it." she replied. Sosay placed her hands together and brought them up to her mouth and blew, trying to warm them up a little. "He seems to act differently when alone. she commented to herself, smiling gently. "So what might you be doing on a cold day like today?!" she asked, hoping he didn't think she was nosy.

Axel removed his hood and snapped his fingers, igniting a ball of fire in hands as he held it out to Sosay. "It'll keep you warm," he told her. "Well, after my brother, Kai and me returned from the assasination mission we made our report to the kage. Kai should be at the dojo right about now preparing for the chuunin exams, and me...well I was going to buy some more explosive tags, since I ended up wasting some during the mission."

Sosay smiled and held her hands out to the ball of fire and warmed them up. "Thanks!" she replied, her voice sounding sweet. Sosay listened to what Axel had to say, she remained quiet and listened. "I see. So he plans to go and try to be a chuunin..." she paused to laugh a little, "He's younger then me and I'm still a genin. But I'm proud that he can become this strong with the past he's had." She sighed as she pulled her hands away from the fire he held out. She looked at Axel with a saddened expression but then smiled quickly. "I'm Sosay by the way. I don't remember if I've mentioned my name or not." she stated, changing the subject.

He continued letting his chakra flow out of him, fueling the fire as she introduced herself properly. "I'm Axel, sorry about earlier back at the dojo. I know I can be a little hardheaded sometimes. But tell you what, I promise to look after Kai at the chuunin exams and prevent him from getting any serious injuries. Surprisingly, I'm a medical shinobi so keeping people healthy is my forte," he laughed as he thought about the mission. "Not that he'll need it, he is a fairly strong shinobi. It's good that you're proud of him, cause he'll need the support of his big sister."

"That's okay. I'm use to people acting like that." she replied. Sosay looked at Axel and smiled. She took a step back and bowed. "Thank you Axel, for your promise. I can tell your one to keep your promises." she thanked. Sosay stood up and looked around the area, wondering if there was anything interesting in this village since she had last been here.

Axel nodded as he put out the flame in his hand. It had been a while since he had scoped out the village so he decided to do so. Closing his eyes, he let his mind wander as he began to feel the chakra signatures inside the village. "Hm...Z, Estellise and Kai are at the dojo, and it seems that new guy is with them as well, the one with the Rinnegan eyes," he stated as he continued searching. "The Mizukage is over with Estellise's body Zaiaku, and Outou...and then...what the hell...?" he asked as his eyes burst open. A sinister chakra signature was come from the beach. It wasn't something that Axel had felt too many times...the only times he had felt it was when the other mist shinobi was here with the Five Tailed demon. So there's another demon host in the village...? Great...he thought as he had a rather annoyed look in his face.

Sosay gave Axel a puzzled look. "How do you know where those people are?!" she asked, trying to be polite about it. She then studied his face as he opened his eye's. He suddenly looked annoyed about something, so she quietly asked, "Is something wrong?!"

Axel looked back at Sosay and shook his head. "I'm sorry, it's just a chakra signature that I sensed," he told her. "The previous Mizukage performed vast experiments on me when I was younger. It wasn't until he died that my brother managed to get me out of there. These experiments practically turned me into a walking radar. I can sense every chakra signature, and not only that, differentiate them in the area that I'm at. Basically from this spot I can sense where every single person in this village is at," he explained.

"I'm sorry...about...your past. I didn't know. she stated not sure if what she said made any since to what he had said. Sosay studied Axel's expression for a few minutes then quickly looked away. "Hey...umm Axel I was wondering if you wanted to go grab a bite somewhere?! That is if your not too busy. I was going to go grab myself some ramen anyways." she nervously asked, avoiding eye contact, because she knew she wasn't the best on asking these types of things.

"Hey it's okay, if anything, I should be glad. I'm the best tracker, no one can ever get the jump on me, and my medical skills are top notch. Wish it hadn't hurt so much though," he laughed at his own past. Frankly this is the reason why he was so, cocky, self confident, even arrogant. Because if he wasn't, he would be haunted by the nightmares of his past. "Uh..." was all that he could mutter. He was taken aback by the request, not expecting it at all. "Love...to..." he smiled embarassingly, trying to not blush profusely. "After you," he said

Axel's response surprised her. She had been waiting for a 'No, I'm busy at the moment', but he actually agreed to go with her. She smiled softly then turned and walked the other way. As she burried her face half in her scarf she suddenly felt happy that someone would be accompany her when she got something to eat. Origainally she was going to ask Kai but she knew, from the facts that Axel gave her, he was busy training for the chunnin exams. "Thanks for coming along with me. You really didn't have to." she laughed sweetly.
