My head is pounding. I'm feeling cranky and irritable. My mouth is dry, and my chest is tight.
WHY?
Because Gaia just removed all the tobacco items from the stores! The ones in our inventories have been soulbound, as well.
What the hell is this crap? Gaia finally gave in to the tiny minority of whiners who wanted them removed? I... I seriously... have trouble believing that this is even happening.

Next thing they'll do, is delete all gun items... and dude, we have a lot of those < _<;
Is Gaia trying really hard to bring more people? This will make them go away < _<

I wasn't too pissed off about it, since the only cig I ever had was given to me by the Overseer. Which I took a screen cap since it was supposed to be the 'all knowing' Overseer at that point. xD
And one of the threads in the GCD said that it might not be permanent. Gaia might just be doing this to just go along with 'Great American Smokeout'..which I never knew even existed >>;

Yeah, same here. I usually try to find a way to stand up for them too..but yeah ._. As I keep seeing others' posts on this, the less I feel like trying to make up reasons. It's times like these I drift off of Gaia and go draw things >>

I'm kinda split on this. I'm all for eradicating smoking, and it's a fact that seeing other people smoking will make it harder for a smoker to quit or control urges.
But I really hate having items removed or restricted. Especially without warning! Gah.
The Carol of O'l Ebeneezer has a cigar pose. If they change it I will be annoyed. x:

I HAVE AN IDEA.
WE CAN POST IT IN THE GCD, AND PROLLY GET SOME PEOPLE IN THE GD TO DO IT TOO.
what we all do is take pics of us with fake cigs or cigs or pipes or whatever, and then make it our sigpics. thus, we get our tobacco products on gaia, and then they decide that since it's happening anyways, why not just bring it all back?
