Located on one of the cliff sides of the surrounding mountains, this well hidden graveyard is where all fallen shinobi of the mist lay to be remembered. When one dies, a squad mate or family member may inscribe his tombstone with his memory.

As the funeral procession finally ended at the graveyard, he now had everyone alive in the village following behind him until they formed a large circle around the special site the ANBU had dug out the night before for the victims of the Gobi. Luo then stepped in the center of the crowd, amongst the graves. He looked at everyone faces and finally spoke, his voice raised loud enough for everyone to hear. "People of Kirigakure. We have suffered a great tragedy recently, and that is not the attack of the Gobi, but the loss of our brothers in arms. I understand there are many who may hold resentment towards me, afterall I am your leader. However, we cannot move forward in this manner. We must take our hatred, our anger, our strength, and turn it towards a stronger future for Kirigakure. If that is what will rebuild us as a village, I implore you to scorn me from now until you die. I would rather remain a hated man, than have such a tragedy befall my people ever again. Let us remember this day for the rest of our lives, as the day Kirigakure was reborn from the ashes of our latest attack. Let us not mourn any longer, let us rejoice. For these are the people who brought us towards a brighter future. It is with their ultimate sacrifice, that we can strive for so much more. Remember them well." Luo then stepped back into place with his grandfather, all falling silent as families began to lay flowers and other articles of remembrance on the graves of the countless shinobi. Picking up a large bouquet his mother had created from their garden, Luo laid a flower on the grave of each shinobi, signifying his relationship with all of them. He then let his umbrella fall to his side as people began to slowly filter out. Kirigakure was closed for the day, nothing was open and no one was to work, except for Luo of course. He stood and waited, willing to be the last to leave the graveyard.

Fordon arrived with the Ushio clan. he was holding an umbrella over himself and a young Ushio girl who had been to busy fighting back tears to remember to bring one. Fordon did his best at trying to calm her but that was not one of his talents and he was doing a poor job at it. in his mind he thought 'its easier to kill someone then it is to comfort someone grieving over a loss.' he looked to the Mizukage and knew he was taking it harder then he was letting on. Fordon shook his head at his lords words to scorn him. it would not happen. Fordon would not and nor would the rest of the village. Forodon followed the Ushio girl over to a headstone where she began to sob. he took out a small bottle of saki and poured some onto the grave "here is to you my comrade." he muttered to himself. the girls tears began to get worse so Fordon put his arm around her. She turned and put her head into his chest and sobbed and screamed. he held her there close and felt the front of his shirt become wet from her tears. with no other solution Fordon just held her.

Kaizen Minoru 改善 山崎實 Demon Host of the Mist Fire | Lightning | Earth | Water | Wind
Kaizen walked slowly to his parents graves, kneeling down to place flowers on their headstones. He then clasped his hands and said a short prayer before rising to his feet. He leaned down and kissed the top of each headstone then said, "I will never forget the sacrifices you made for me, and for this village. And one day, I swear, I will see the future you gave your lives for realized." As he turned to leave he stopped in front of the Mizukage and bowed.
Looking up into his eyes Kaizen then said, "You once asked me what I hoped to gain from walking the Path of the Shinobi. I couldn't tell you before, but now I know. I want to become strong... strong enough to make sure something like this never happens again." With that Kai gave the Mizukage another bow before making his way to stand by LT once more."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

Luo's face was unyielding, straight and seemingly calm and focused. Turning towards Kai, Luo bowed back from his position. He gave the boy what believed was the respect and acknowledgment he would need to accomplish his goal, to uphold his nindo.

Walking to LT, Luo stared at the graves while standing next to him. "You alright," he muttered while staring forward. He knew the answer, but for the sake of talking to someone Luo asked the question anyway, hoping LT would respond.

LT nodded to Luo, "Do you know why i like the rain so much?" LT sighed as he looked to the pouring heavens.

Luo was silent, staring at the rain as it rippled the many puddles on the ground as he shook his head slowly awaiting an answer.

LT then slowly looked toward Luo with red eyes, "Its because no one can see you cry." LT then patted the head stone next to it, it was the stone of his lover, also one of his squad mates, Ezra. He leaned over and kissed the stone, but still no one could tell if it was LT crying, or the rain.

Luo put his right hand on LT's shoulder before handing him the last flower he had as he tossed the other on Ezra's grave. He knew these were the ones whose headbands he wore proudly from the squad before Zane and Luo. "Give the pretty lady a flower," he muttered with a soft smile, his hair soaked and covering his eyes. Luo did not cry, or at least tried his damnedest not to keep up the appearance of being strong for the country's sake.

Yamatano and the other Hatakes stood at a small plot in the graveyard where Yamatano's uncle and two of his cousins were buried. Not many of them showed much emotion, they just stood there respectfully, but on the inside they were torn apart at the loss of members of their tightly woven clan.

LT took the flower from Luo and smelled it, it would be the perfect flower for her, she always loved this kind. LT's family came up and put hands on his shoulders, he almost felt like crumpling. LT's knees began to shake as he looked down the long row of stones, most of those people he knew personally, Ezra loved playing with her animals. Saja, loved both of his sons. Yuka, her flowers. Yohei, he loved painting. Saka, he loved his family and village. And so so many more. LT then just straighten and hugged his family.

After the girl had stopped sobbing Fordon looked her on her pretty young face. "i think it would be best if i walked you home now. ok?" there was something in her face that reminded Fordon of the little girl who he was once in charge of guarding. the girl who had been he first friend. the girl who was also the daughter of the land of waters feudal lord. The young Ushio girl did not not even notice his words and looked down at the stone. she sank to her knees and just sat there. "here." Fordon said holding out his hand in front of her. she looked up at him "it will be alright. i promise" He said and hesitantly she took his hand. he helped her stand and began to guide her out of the graveyard. he nodded to Lord Luo-sama and LT-sempai on the way out. he did not talk to them because he did not want to interrupt their conversation. Fordon and the young girl passed out of the graveyard heading for the Ushio compound. EXIT

Luo finally raised his umbrella over his head, covering his eyes as they welled up with tears. Luo fought incredibly to hold them back, even going so far as to use water manipulation to keep them at bay. He then walked over to the Hatake's, shaking their hands and rubbing Yama's head. He then looked at his sister and nodded, bowing his head slightly in respect. She was one was of the chuunin who fought bravely along side him when the Gobi attacked and survived. He recognized her skill with this simple gesture. Waiting to see if Yama wanted to ask him anything.
