Until this place is all set up and comfy, this will be the location of the rules of conduct or any important news, announcements, finances, etc.......

Rules

Just please remember all regular Gaian rules still apply, as do those of the mini shop forum when it comes to shop ettiquette.
There are a few tags that we use at the start of posts to help organise our threads, these are:

[MUSE] For the individual artist's museums
[SHOP] For users who use their museum threads as a shop

Editors Resources & Help Desk
[TUTE] Tutorial threads to help others learn to edit like you do!
[HELP] Express your concern or problems. meaning more than a general question
[QUEST] List of certain edits you wish to aquire. not apart of wishlists

Entertainment Lounge
[JAM] Edit jam, where we encourage editors to pitch in edits on a theme, like the Roman Empire theme we had during the Olympic games.
[GAME] Game threads contain editing games
[CONT] Shorter term theme contests
[TALE] Story tellers that want to RP edit characters
[PARTY] Gathering for roleplaying and/or edits involved
[WORD] Small word games, person above you, etc.

If any problems come up here in the guild, PM a crew mod or myself so we can help.

Finances

Just a reminder that the Guild Fund feature is still not up and working, so if you wish to donate to that, your gold will not be accessible till the feature is working. If you would like to donate for contests or guild events, you will either have to hold on to your items and gold or send them to me where they will then be held accountible for here in this thread.

Both stickies, Linklist and Profiles, have been ammended and cleaned for organizational purposes. Apologies go out to those whose posts were deleted. A chatterbox thread has been created for those who wish to comment on the other stickies, just talk, or exchange comments that otherwise would not fit else where at this point....

Organization on the tutorial thread continues....

And we ask that when making threads, to please use appropriate tags for organization in our quickly growing Guild Forum.

Our first guild event: a Toga party! (found in the thread "Toga Toga") This will be a themed avvy edit group submission and party for the success of our guild so far. ^_^ I hope everyone enjoys it, and its enough of a success to do more of them in the future.

We now have an internal linklist(in this thread) for Museum threads and Shop threads. If any more are created, or if any museums turn into shops or partially into shops, inform me and I will update the list ^_^

It has recently come to my attention that an upsettingly large number of members (in relation to the number of total members) have either not yet posted anything, or only posted once. We realize everyone has their own lives and this could be due to anything from hurricanes to just disinterest in the guild... but we would really really like ya'll to at the very least make a profile page for yourself, so you've one post count. sweatdrop

(So far we've had 51 profiles made. This is only about half of the users we have listed as members. We would like to bring up that percentage if possible.)

We are also loosely requiring new members to make at least 10 relavent posts within the guild as a way of implying potential active membership. We dont intend to make any retroactive rulings, but we would like all members to keep this in mind. 3nodding

At the end of September, anyone on the member list who has not yet posted at least once (and has not notified us of any absence or issues) will have their guild membership revoked.

If anyone is missing their museum/shop thread from the internal listing I have here in announcements, could they please drop me a line? The listing is very long and I am afraid I have now lost track of who I might have missed. ~My apologies. sweatdrop

Just please have a look through the listing and if you cannot find yourself, post the thread address here and your name and if you want to be under shop as well as museum. (I will delete them from announcements after I have added them to the list)

As warned before...........we are now doing guild clean up. Those with no posts at all, are going to have their membership revoked. If they are interested in coming back we'll let em, of course, as long as they follow the new member rule of 10 some relavant posts. 3nodding

Everyone on the member list with under 10 posts but more than one, we'll give you guys another week or two and then start sending out PMs to see if you ever intend to come back. If we dont get a response either way, we'll probably remove you as well sweatdrop

Its October and the season for Halloween and spooks and spirits..... (and not to mention dressing up and getting hyper off candy as we all tell scary stories to keep us up at night. blaugh )

To celebrate, this whole month we'll have a Halloween party. Potto was kind enough to take the initiative and set it up too! whee

So I invite everyone to take part, sharing halloween themed edits, and spooky stories round the guild campfire. whee

Starting up an early organized guild event for the winter season.

So please, if you are interested in participating, post in the sticky that'll be up later. We'd like to see a good turn out, so if enough people dont sign up in the next week, then we might not go through with it. It will be avvy edits as gifts only. And we are starting this now, so ya'll have plenty of time knowing that is always a concern. 3nodding

Due to GGN glitches, inorder to fix them.....the join request list was completely reset for all guilds. Those waiting to be accepted or declined or supposed to recieve notification will need to resubmit their join requests.......
