Surrounded by the cylindrical buildings that litter Kirigakure, this is the center of the village. It is the widest, and tallest tower within the entire village, and houses the office oft the Mizukage himself on the top floor. The roof, is flattened and used for personal conversation, as well as duels which may take place.

LT walked into the office after knocking and peered around to see who was inside. After noticing no one was there LT slipped in and found a chair stack on the side of the room. He pulled down a decently comfortable one and set it to the left of the Mizukages desk. The chair was positioned to be next to a brand new coffee maker, and yet to be able to intercept any object thrown at the kage from several feet in front of the desk in time. LT had to take such things into consideration if he was to be the ANBU captain and Jounin of the mist. After several minutes of organizing paper work LT stood and left the office to head out toward the village. He grabbed a cup of his fresh hot addictive coffee to take with him and he took and file of the members of the village with him.

The clone of LT walked into the office, and once again looked around. Seeing that no one was there LT sat down at his chair again and started another pot of his world famous coffee. He leaned back in his chair and began filing through the paper work awaiting him. stare

Kai finally made it to the Mizukage's tower, his chest heaving with every breath. He made his way carefully up the stairs, keeping his arms steady with chakra, but he could tell he wouldn't be able to keep it steady much longer. He finally made it to the top and carefully took the bowl in one hand as he rapped on the door with his knuckles, then entered the room bowing to the kage as he held the bowl towards him, "I've brought you your ramen Lord Mizukage, just as LT-sensei told me to."

Kanzuki had been following behind Kai for sometime now after he had wandered around the village for awhile confused," So why exactly did you bring ramen to the Kage?" Kanzuki asked Kai as he made his presence known.

"Ah is that our teacher?" Kanzuki asked who had been out of the loop for awhile.

Kai walked over to the desk and hesitantly laid the bowl down on top of it... then collapsed onto the ground with a thud. With his eyes closed Kai answered his friend's question, "Yes, you should go back to the academy so he can give you the test."

Kanzuki wondered why Kai was so tired but shrugged it off, "Ok see ya later then." Kanzuki said as he waved bye to his friend and headed towards the Acadamy.

Yamatano crawled up the stairs to the kage's office, one hand pulling , the other balancing the bowl. He had used up absolutely all of his energy on that last run, and his legs could do nothing. He simply had to pull his way there. Thankfully the door was open so he wouldnt have to get up and open it. He crawled in, and lifted his arm up, placing the bowl on the kage's desk, giving a very wheezy and weak "D-delivery." before he passed out from exhaustion.

The clone sitting next to the coffee maker in his chair, smiled widely as he got up from his chair and walked over to the mizukages desk. "The kage is not here now, but..." LT smiled as he pulled one of the bowls off of the desk and sat back down on his chair. "takes for the free lunch." LT laughed. "Im glad both of you made it here, but im sorry to say that both of you failed that test the same way i did. None the less, are you ready for your first lesson?"

Kai looked at LT in confusion, "failed? But, I didn't think that I tilted the bowl at all." Clearly there was something he did not understand here, but he had no idea what he did wrong.

LT laughed, then in one second immediately came serious. "Look at the bowls, they soup is both below the line. This is not the first time Nikko has participated in one of my tests, so i know he filled it to the line. But where did all of the soup go? Why did you fail? The answer is simple, as a ninja of the hidden mist, you will be taught, not only how to kill, but how to use your brain to think. You will learn how you to wield a sword, and how to use science to your advantage. So the answer why you failed is due to evaporation." Crinkles formed on LT's kakashi like mask as he smiled. He then stood up from his chair and walked over to the students ad showed them the bowl. His three headbands flowed quietly behind him. "There was no way you could pass this test, that also brings us to our second lesson. Do you know what that is?"

"How to accomplish an impossible task?", Kai questioned, of course he had no real idea, but that seemed like a good a lesson as any, in fact a lesson like that would probably be one of the most important lessons he could possibly learn.
