Ladies and Gents! Please allow me to introduce you to the common or garden BlackHand Lores. These people are the moderators and council members for all of Athear.
They help me fix any pending problems to the guild, help maintain the peace around here, and, most importantly of all, they help me make decisions on changes within the guild itself.
In total we intend on having ten BlackHand Lores, though this number may fluctuate from time to time. If they tell you what to do, or to calm your posts down, you should follow their orders. Keep in mind if you feel that you have been abused by their power, that you can do what they tell you and PM me privately about your problem - I will attend to all matters at hand. If I do not respond, please try approaching another BHL such as Valenarr DeMiro.
Please note that Teachers are also Crew, however they are subservient to BHL.

About Black Hand Lores
Hello members of this guild! If you are curious about what "BlackHands" are, keep reading. BlackHand Lores are the sercuity team and council within this guild - they help maintain the peace and order, as well as having a major say in guild-wide decisions.
They help supervise events or any thing that goes on, and have the power to distribute or extend punishments if they deem them necessary. BlackHand Lores are the main group that helps votes for changes within the guild during their time within the Ancient Ruins - this is why they are also known as Council Members. The cannot ban you from the guild, but if they feel a situation deserves a banning they can and will present the situation to Aiko - the leader of the BlackHand Lores. If she feels that a situation needs to be presented to the Headmasters of this Guild, then it shall be done. If she feels that it's a waste of time then the offender will remain in the guild.
Blackhands are a group of ten valued, trusted guildmembers - they are always there, when you do not expect them to be.
They will warn you, if you break any rules. Depending on the severity of the breaking of the rules, they may hand you a punishment, and it will be obeyed. If not, you will answer to the Headmasters of this guild.
They will help you, if you need any help. Depending on the amount of help they may give you an answer and link you to a particular thread that they believe should answer any more queries you may have. If you need more detailed help, feel free to approach a BlackHand via PM.

About Teachers
New guildmember, wondering what teachers are? Let me enlighten you.
Teachers are guildmembers who have created a character within the Academy and requested it be a teacher. Due to their position, teachers need crew abilities - for reprimanding students, deleting vulgar posts, and more. Due to this, we only grant teaching status to a few members who satisfactorily fill out an application. (It's not hard, please read this entire post first, and you'll find it at the end.)
Teachers are subservient to the BHL - what does that really mean though? It means that in a situation where there is an issue with a teacher, you approach a BHL or higher level staff member.
Within the Academy, a Teacher's word is the word of the law, except in cases where a dispute or abuse of power occurs. Each Teacher will own and run a classroom within the Academy. This is their lair, and within the thread they may have whatever rules they see fit (as long as they don't contend with the Guild rules or the rules of Gaia) and by signing up as a pupil for their classroom, you agree to abide by those rules. Currently, classes are limited to five pupils - however, once we get more members, this will be raised to ten.
As Crew, Teachers are expected to keep the forums busy - you must post as often as you can manage. Obviously double-posting is not so cool, so that is why we need everyone to work as a team! Another responsibility is maintaining order and being creative.
