Well?
You've seen all those kinds of proposes on television with the ring in the cake, the billboard at a baseball game, or the traditional kneeling on one knee in the restaurant, how would like to be proposed to? Or if you were going to propose, how would you do it?
For me, I would want to proposed in the most random way possible. I don't like the traditional stuff, like the food, billboard, or kneeling because you expect it. If you haven't gone to a fancy restaurant in awhile and then you all of a sudden do, come on, you have to expect something. No for me, it has to be random, like we're taking a walk or we're in the car, you know something we often so I wouldn't see it coming. Somewhere I would least expect it. And I don't want him to be all fancy. I would just like it if he just popped the question. No blimps, no streamers, no kneeling.
Just random. xD

A casual proposal for me.
I don't want a fancy ring. A simple silver band would be nice. I don't know what's with people and "Diamonds are forever".
We would remember the day as the day he proposed and not the day he did something outrageous to propose.

I know right. I always noticed how the girl was always looking at the ring, never the guy. What the hell. Seriously. Are you looking at it because you never had a ring on that finger?! xD

I love buildup. Buildup where you didn't expect it and then a little before you kind of maybe a little bit expect it but you're not sure completely and THEN it happens before you've had time to really worry about it or think about it too much.
that said, I really really don't want to plan being proposed to and making up the perfect proposal would. I just want something unique and adorable and not forced.

I want him to throw a ring in my face and say "wanna do this s**t?"
And I'll be like "what the ******** are you talking about? What did you just ******** throw at my face?"
And he'll be all "It was a ******** ring, you jackass! As in you wanna go do that wedding s**t, so we can go ******** in the Bahamas afterward"
And I'll be like "Whatever, as long as my a** doesn't have to pay for this s**t"
And then he'll be all "Yeah, I'll pay for everything, I don't care, I just wanna tap that a**"
And I'll be like "Fine, lets go get something to eat..."
Or something just as romantic, I know, you're all like "WOAH! I didn't know Buzz was such a romantic"

This isn't specifically the way I want proposed but I thought I saw the word for it and it wasn't really there. It'd be cute to be proposed (or do a proposal) over scrabble. Playing a game and all the sudden they notice their letters spell "marry me" (scrambled so they have to do a little work to notice it. Hopefully they'd notice it that way rather than just continue playing.) or have it on the board.
Incredibly nerdy, yes, but so adorable.

TootsieFruity Buzz, I was going to say something but I completely lost my thoughts after reading that. I... Agree. Buzz, you wouldn't get it because you forgot to put a ring on it.

S H O Y K I N G TootsieFruity Buzz, I was going to say something but I completely lost my thoughts after reading that. I... Agree. Buzz, you wouldn't get it because you forgot to put a ring on it. I'm being truthful! I don't want some special moment that you build up in stories for years to come and then all your friends have to compete with YOU about who had the best, or most romantic, or most meaningful, and all that s**t. When people ask me I'll tell them it was nothing special, I'll tell them the story, and then tell them, "it wasn't special, meaningful, thoughtful, amazing or sentimental but it was perfect".

I don't know how I'd like to be proposed to, but I do have a story for how I would NOT want to be proposed to.
A local politician was on a yacht with his girlfriend when police helicopters and boats surrounded them, and police stormed the boat. It was a drug raid and the girl was terrified... until the politician got on his knees with the ring.
I'm surprised she didn't say no, call him an a*****e, and kick him in the nuts.
