I wanted to ask something too. The headhunter technique and this one i asked to be revamped a while back are not my techniques, they are property of the now inactive DA. Do they still add for My total? cry If so, not cool
Ninpou: Orochi Akumu Kaihen (Ninja Art: Orochi's Nightmare transformation) Description:When an Orochi embraces his wild instincts He is able to mix his chakra erratic chakra with his wild DNA to turn into a nightmare like snake monster version of himself acquiring great power but putting his body into great stress because of the transformation. Appearance may vary by user but mostly their features turn more Snake-like than ever as well as their movements. Their sense get somewhat enhanced as well. The problem is the person looses himself into the animal and will attack friend and foe until he turns back again to normal, lowering himself to basic instincts. The technique itself is dangerous because of the damage it deals to the user and the possible danger to allies. Cp cost: 30 to activate Hp cost: -( character lv x2 -End Mod) damage to Hp per Holding Post Damage: n/a Requirements: Orochi lv10, 20 in Endurance, 20 ranks in Control, 10 ranks in Focus,10 ranks in Fortitude Avoid: Person will only turn back to normal when his Hp gets to a critical lv (20% or lower) or if a person manages to calm him down using The Handle Animal skill but this may be tried just once per person. Heikou Weapon, Technique and Item Approval
Needs Approval: Technique: Warrior's Attack The Mehos are known for their brutal attacks with heavy weapons. By exspelling a burst of chakra at the same time they strike their weapon, the Meho inflicts damage that will continue to harm the opponent and cause them heavy bleeding until the blood begins to clot and stop bleeding. The bleeding can only be stopped by a medical shinobi before the amount of time is up. Cp Cost: 10 Damage: -10% Continuous Normal Attack damage for 1 post per Ninjutsu Bonus. Requirements: Heavy Weapon, Heavy Weapon Skill 10, Ninjutsu 10

Cp cost: 80 + 5 per holding post Hp cost: Character Level x 2 - Endurance modifier per holding post Requirements: Stage 2 Orochi, Endurance 30, Control 20 ranks, Focus 10 ranks, Fortitude 20 ranks Special: + Character Level to Dodge, Escape, Intimidate, Detect and Hide. - Character Level to Sense, Persuade, Spy, Focus and Control. Intelligence drops to 0 (Intel Mod -5). Can not use Jutsus while transformed. There is a similar technique of the Heikou's known as Demon Transformation. Due to the fact that the other technique has many requirements other than character stats, this technique's difficulty has been upped. Negatives have been changed to balance the technique, especially due to the fact that the negatives applied will not be used in this technique since the user has lowered himself to animal instincts (Skills not in the animal profile will not be affected by negatives/positives for this technique). I'm going to add on the cost for all skill bonuses, unless you come up with a pre-requirement besides Stage 2 of the clan. On a special note, remember that you must fit the requirements of this technique when holding it. I've upped your fortitude requirements since you need a total of 50 ranks of skill(s) in order to have your bonuses. Also, since you are in an animal state, you can not perform any of your techniques, since animals are incapable of performing such techniques.
Example: Stats of: Level 10 Focus 15 Fortitude 20 Use Technique: - Level (10) to Focus Focus: 5 Which would mean you can not hold the technique. Therefore I have upped your Endurance requirements.
There has to be ownership of techniques, otherwise they are the guild's and open for anyone to learn. Baylu has to take over Ivory's techniques as she is now leader of the Tenmoki Clan. You'll have to choose a technique that will be inactive until your clan gains more members and you have resume ownership of the technique or donate that technique to the guild. A revision of techniques and clans is underway in the crew area. It can be something for you to think about currently, but it will not be addressed immediately.

Ok so basically Ill have to choose one technique to remain inactive or on Hiatus. Ok then The technique i understand all the changes very well , i only have one thought. Isnt the Cp cost a tid high considering that it also has an Hp cost PER post also?

I tried to use the formula but im not so sure how to do it , Also i had no idea what to do with the seals,This is officially the clan's first active technique
Name: Shinra Tensei / Bansho Ten’in Description: Using its chakra to manipulate gravity, the person creates a center of gravity on themselves and use it to either repel objects or attract them towards themselves. This technique is mostly used as a defenses technique to block incoming attacks but it is laso used sometimes to pull someone into and impending attack you might be performing or to speed up ranged or throwing attacks, making them really hard to dodge or block. Cp Cost: 20 Damage: 25% of blocked attack. Requirement: Ninjutsu 20, Control 20 Seals: Avoid: Dodge or Ninjutsu Other: Can only be used once per post Special: + Ninjutsu bonus to attack roll if used to aid an attack

Isnt the Cp cost a tid high considering that it also has an Hp cost PER post also? Not when our transformation technique requires two people, big requirements to wield the weapon and the cp cost of two people. >.> your requirements aren't high at all and they practically do the same thing. i tink yours should even be higher....

Also while most of your requirements for weapons and technique are commonly used skills for other techniques I have as requirementsskills that for my character arent needed for anything else except this technique. Basically i have to go out of my way to train if i want this technique while your technique youll get eventually along the way.
Either way ill stick with it that way if so. And i guess ill set on hiatus the Skin Bushin for now since i really dont see either me nor Katz using it any time soon.

The Demon Release Technique The Meho's take pride in killing opponents stronger than them. By finishing off a worthy opponent by chopping their head off with the demon blade, the special chakra that the user feeds into their blade eats the last remaining breath and drop of chakra from that which he has killed. Once killing 5 opponents of a higher level, the blade can be released into its true demon form. The release has to be done by Heikou, each paying their half of the chakra and each paying their price. A Jio cannot move while holding the technique. Cp Cost: 500 [Split Between Two] Damage: To Self 60 HP per holding [Meho] 60 Cp per holding [Jio] Requirements: 100 Fortitude [Meho], 50 Ninjutsu [Meho] 100 Control [Jio] 50 Fuin [Jio], 50 Focus [Heikou] Meho Special: Demon Stats added. (See Weapon.) Jio Special: Must roll control roll with every holding post for every post Meho does. If you fail a DC of 10+Control, double Damage to Meho/CP holding cost applied. And you think your Cp/Hp cost is high? The CP cost is high due to the special's of returning back to transformation.

Kuuki no Kabe (Wall of Air) Wind chakra is used to create the mashing together of slicing wind many different times that would slow or even reflect an areal attack. This clashing of wind causes a massive sound wave similar to a sonic boom. Can only repel flying objects, not ninjutsus. CP Cost: 15 + 20 per returned attack Requirement: Wind affinity, Ninjutsu 20 ranks, Control 10 ranks Seals: Bird, Ox, Rat, Dog, Bird Special: Technique can repel flying objects back at the opponent. There is a technique currently that speeds up throwing weapons.
Projectile Weapons [Tobidōgu] In order to store and use items or weapons that the user would never be capable of carrying normally, the user can keep them contained within summoning scrolls. Puppets commonly have such scrolls attached to hidden compartments to produce extra arms and other similar features. Its a very basic sealing technique. A scroll sealed by this technique can be unsealed by anyone as long as they have a higher Fuin than the Seal DC. When unsealing the scroll, the user can launch throwing weapons at targets. Cp Cost: 10 Requirement: Fuin 10, Knowledge 5, Control 10 Seals: Monkey, Hare Special: + Fuin Bonus to Throwing Attack. Base Fu: Ajna (Ice)

Ok, so maybe the technique can like repel or attract things that have chakra in them. Like say a person or a Jutsu but not weapons. So basically say like what he uses to create that attractive or repelling force is the chakra in those things. And if the person uses the Jutsu that adds chakra into the weapon then that would be the only case it would work on the weapon. Is that possible? Cause the idea of the technique is mostly defensive in nature.
