I went to Contact us on the bottom of the page then went to customer service and filed a report about my trading pass being disabled and I got my trading pass back a few days after.

I did that too. But that's not how I got my pass back. A lot of people have done this, and it's usually the first thing people do.

Mine was disabled on 9/26/09 and I'm still waiting for it to be enabled~ crying

I did that and nothing, no response, my trading still disable.
If this exceed to my 3rd month, i'm contacting them again...@_@

I did the same thing- and nothing happened. my trading pass was disabled on July 17th 2009 and I still don't have it back. On top of that I contacted several Omni-mods and they all said the same thing... "Your pass was disabled pending an ongoing investigation. When the staff is finished, they will re-enable the pass and notify you regarding the outcome. I have no time estimate as to how long will take. Further inquiries/feedback forms on the subject will most likely be met with a similar or no response." This is really starting to piss me off...and I will not stop fighting for my trading pass-even if I have to sue Gaia for it...

I'm already frustrated at the fact that doing the customer service thing worked for Ash Ketchum in just a matter of days!! So idk if I'll be able to handle knowing if contacting customer service works quicker for you than it did for me (happy for you, but super pissed at gaia). I guess their argument would be that everyone's cases are unique, but... does this seem right to you??? >.< *~

MODS ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS to help with this problem.

Well ive been "disabled" for almost a week now.
So far the only action ive taken was simply PMing a mod which doesnt sound too promising, so ill try Contact Us.
What else has anyone tried that Im missing here???

I've been telling people to PM a certain admin to deal with their trading pass issues and I've been spelling it wrong.
It's actually siskataya, the one who was interviewed today. I got my trading pass back roughly a week after sending her one brief and polite PM explaining my situation. It took her a while to read it, but she eventually got it and I'm assuming she worked things out for me smile
