Angela was was in the middle of an annoying dream when she heard an alarm start blaring. Since the alarm was also annoying, it very nearly blended into the dream seamlessly but somewhere in the back of her head she realized that she was asleep and that an alarm clock was going off.

It wasn't until it shut off and she heard movement that she jolted awake, bolting upright and looking around groggily.

She realized there was a man standing not far away and sidled away from him, managing to fall off her bed in a tangle of sheets. She hit the floor on the opposite side with a resounding thump.

"Ow...."

Angela recognized that voice. She pulled herself up over the side of the bed and glared at him through her mussy fringe.

"What the hell are you doing in my....room?" She realized when she finished that, that they were not in her room but in a place she didn't recognize in the least. "Ah...drat."

She stood and looked around. "Where are we?"

"Ugh," Angela groaned, rubbing her bum, where it hit the floor as she continued to glare at Asaiyo because he was staring at her. "Why is it that when something weird happens, Zen is always involved. Or my father. It's also one or the other."

"So...I assume we're not going to stay in this room the entire day wondering where we are?"

Angela lifted an eyebrow. "My father doesn't really have any ambitions. He just likes to send me to annoying places against my will. But since you're here, I would say I have to kick Zen in the shins for this one and not Father."

She sighed. "I...shoot lightning out of my hands. I don't really need a weapon." She joined him at the window and her eyes went wide. "A--Are we underwater!?"

Angela was feeling a bit too nervous to do much of anything. First of all, she couldn't swim. Which made being under water a bit nerve racking. And secondly, water and lightning did not get a long well. Which made her nervous for obvious reasons.

"Did you find anything yet?" she asked, moving away from the window just to get away from the sight of all that water looming over head.

"How the bloody hell am I supposed to know how to work that thing?" Angela demanded. "And if I speak with anyone just now I'm going to verbally rip their head off so it might be best if you do it."

And just then the little....thing...rang at her. She glared it and then gingerly poked a button with a green symbol on it and said, "H--hello?"

There was silence on the other line and then, "Angela! Oh my Gods! How did you fit in that little box!? How do I get you out!?"

Angela stared, immediately recognizing that voice and then she promptly hit the button to hang up. "Wrong number," she stated firmly, refusing to believe he was here.

The device rang again a moment later. "Drat." She looked at Asaiyo. "You answer."

"Oh!! Hey, you sound like that prince with the weird hair!" Des said. "You got trapped in this little box too!? I'll get you both out! I have...no idea how but I'll save you!"

Angela snatched the box from Asaiyo. "Des, you moron--this is a communication device. Like--like spell crystals!"

There was silence for a moment. "Ah. That...is somewhat relieving. Where in the nine hells are we by the way? I'm in a room somewhere. And when I looked outside...are we under water?"
