My thinking and the story:
Her dream is to become a star! So there she is! She is singing for her fans (who love her of course heart ) However, Artemis is always there, reminding her of her duties! xd I found it amusing. What do you guys think?

It didn't come out as original-looking as I wanted, seeing there weren't many skirts and such...:/ But eh. My versions of Eternal Sailor Venus. Which one do you guys like best?  Magical Girl-ized version  Not-so-great layering to me, but less cluttered/bubbly-ish? Or is it just me?
