This is sort of and action/adventure thing. I want you honest opinions on where i should improve as I post these on another website and my friends like them. But i dont know if they are just being nice. So give your honest opinon please and thank you :3.

Also no need to point out spelling mistakes or such as i will change them when i see them myself

Chapter 1: All that glitters

Now many beleive me to be a jester for telling such a tale. But I must confess it is quite true. Just listen because this isn't you average tale! In a world similiar to ours is the Kingdom called Terra. It rules the largest contanent in the world and the King; King Agnus 6th was a man who wished to rule everything. However he had no Idea of a kingdom within his own. one that was larger then the others. Simply known as Tasophon. The entrance is through a cave, but when you enter a stunning and buetiful sight awaits you! a great blue sky and two suns while at night their were three moons. Its not sure if this was another dimension or not but it was a buetiful sight none the less. If you could take your eyes off the sky you would notice that you would be on a large cliff and in the distance was a large castle. Large from any distance. Inside lived was the royal family with the Devil's name. The king Lopal Lucifer. The Queen Lucia Lucifer. The crown Prince's Zarin and Lowel Lucifer. And The Princess Hiyana.

These were the rulers of the Tasophonian kingdom. A kingdom with silver haire people with green facial markings on each cheek. Usualy dpending on their emotions the colour and shap of the markings would change! But the marking only appeared during puberty.

Now the Tasophonians were warriors to put it simply. They conquered all their world's countries in the begining days of what should have been the great war which started over 200 years ago.

This story concentrates on the Royal family who were enjoying the peace of their world. However there were half human half wolf demons living in the kingdom which were a problem. The Wolf-Claw. Killing and stealing from the Tasophonians villages for food, it often ended with alot of bloodshed.. Lopal, the king knew of a world other then theres. Beyond the cliffs there was a gate with the riddle with no way to open it. However Lopal would soon learn that it would be the biggest mistake since he was crowned.

"Did you see the Wolf-claws that tried to get in here?" The young prince Zarin told his friend Sinda. "No... I heard the guards put up a great fight though... We can't let them get in here can we?" She replied. "A Wolf-Claw I saw once tried to steal the food I was holding in my hands once! He scared me!" Sinda exclaimed with what sounded like excitement.

"Brother! Brother!" A small boy ran up to Zarin, seemming eager. "Mother wants to speak with us!" the child informed his brother, jumping up. "Oh okay Lowell. Lets get going. See ya Sinda!" The five year old answered and ran off with his younger brother.

In a chamber somewhere in the castle awaited Lucia with two year old Hiyana on her lap. "Oh i'm happy you came! We got our portrait back! See?" Lucia said to her sons. They saw a large painting of the entire family. "I have a smaller version in my pendant so i can see your faces everywhere I go!" Lucia smiled.

Zarin blushed but smiled back at his mother. His younger brother smiled too. "So are we gonna leave Tasophon?" Hiyana asked. "Well... I don't think so... Why?" Lucia replied "Well dad wants to know how to leave... Why?" Then Lucia said nothing. Unsure of what to say. "I don't know I'm afraid. Ask your father later if you have a chance" She replied with a nice smile.

"I have things to do though now so please excuse me children." Lucia told them and walked out. Zarin walked out too not caring for his siblings at the moment.
"I want to see outside Tasophon!" Zarin said to himself with a glitter in his eye

"Are you sure you have tried everything?" Lopal asked his men. "Sorry your Highness but we can't figure out how to do this! This is written in the human language and the only word I can make out is blood... We have cut ourselves and put it on the pedastle but it still won't open.." One of the scholars answered. "I'm sorry but we're not openeing this door today..." The scholar said and lowered his head. He began packing his things when a glass he had in his bag fell out of a hole in th bottome and smashed and cut the King's had quite badly. "Your highness are you okay?, Sir is everything alright?, It might be infected get a doctor!" the scholors fussed. "Relax! Relax, it was just a cut nothing major, it hurts like hell but it's not as bad as what i have felt in the past." He said and lent on the pedastle. It suddenly moved and sunk into the ground. The wall slided open revealing a plane of green with a blue sky above. This was not Tasophon. "it's open... HAHA!! It's open!" One of the scholors shouted. "How?" "I dunno! But it opened!" another replied.

"I get it... It must of wanted the blood of the royal family..." One scholor said picking p the broken glass. "A mystery... I wonder who put this here and why? Maybe one of the Human kings?"

"Haha! Does it matter now? We know how to open it so lets go back" The king to said energetically

"C'mon Rosie I missed supper! Just let me have a bit!" Lowell begged to the chef. "You know the rules! It's your fault for not coming for supper!" Rosie replied. "but Roooooosiiiiiie!" Lowell begged again "No, your mother have my head if I gave you some!"

"Yeah Lowell wait until dinner!" Zarin said. "Now c'mon lets go and do something while we wait for dinner!" Rosie raised an eyebrow. "Zarin... Put the bread back." Rosie said seriously. "GAH! How does she do that!? does she have eyes in every corner of the room?" Zarin said and placed a loaf of bread on the table "Good. Now off with ya' and let me make your dinner!" Rosie ordered. "Yes ma'am" The boys said with their heads lowered and walked out.

Later the boys were on the ground starving theselves when slices of bread landed on theiir heads Zarin looked up. "Sinda?" He asked."I saw you were hungry so I snuck some passed my mum." She said. "You snuck food passed Rosie? HOW!? TELL ME!" Lowell said. "Nah I had to figure it out so you have to!" She laughed playfully and stuck out her tounge. "later!"

"That girl is evil...yet nice at the same time.." Lowell pointed out and took a bite out of the bread. "Yeah I know..." Zarin replied

"Really? That's wonderful news!" Lucia said to her husband "I know! And I want out family to visit there in a week! To see what it's like! What do you say huh?" Lopal explaimed, his queens hands in his. "I'm sure they'd love to!" She laughed! "Of course we would!" Hiyana said from the door but her brothers covered her mouth and pulled her bhind the door. "It's okay.. We're going to the human kingdom in a week! look forward to it!" Lucia laughed.

Zarin smiled "Oooh this will be sooooo much fun! I can't wait for it! I wonder what it's like!" Zarin said feeling giddy with excitement Lowell was so happy he could almost burst. The same with their sister.

"So did you see it Papa? What it looked like?" Hiyana asked. "Yes I did. It was the most beutiful thing I ever saw..."

"Your leaving now then right?" Sinda asked Zarin. "Yeah... Don't worry, dad said we'll be back in a month... We have Menos and Manos so theres no need to worry!" Zarin replied "Yeah I guess.... Oh and I got you something! Close your eyes and hold out your hand!" She laughed. Zarin hesitated for a moment but then he did as he was asked. He soon felt it in his hands and opened his eyes. A piece of bread. "Did you sneak this passed Rosie?" Zarin laughed. "Is there another way?" Sinda laughed back.

"Hey big bro! Moma says its time to leave!" Hiyana ran up to Zarin and said. "Okay..." Zarin replied. "See ya in a month Sinda!" He said and ran off. ".....Bye...." Sinda said.

Lucia smiled as her children ran up to her. "Alright are you all ready? Then lets leave" She said. "Alright we're leaving now!" Lopal told Menos and Manos and they began moving. Outside was a crowd of Tasophonians cheering for them and their safe return. Soon they left the city limits and camed to the entrance of the cave. Lopal stabbed his hand and placed it on the pedastal. The blood ran off his hand and the wall opened like a door. It opened slowly and Zarin watched with anticipation and when the door finally opened. They where at a grassy plain. It was a buetiful sight, just as Lopal had told before.

Lopal smiled "Here we are... In Terra..."

They walked out and Zarin rubbed his eyes. It was alot brighter then in Tasophon.

"You'll get used to it in a second..." Lopal said. "Just wait a few minutes.. But we should figure out where to go...." He said. Lopal glanced around. Not a soul in sight. However a woman stepped out of the shadows. Her skin pale and wrinkled. She wore a red dress with a golden amulet with a sapphire in the center. Her hair was tied back and she approached the Tasophonians. "Why hello... You appear a little lost... My an old woman like myself be of any assitance?" The woman asked. A guard readied his spear. "Calm down Menos...." Lopal said. "A woman has offered her help and I beleive we should take it.... Yes... Is there any... Civilasation around here?" Lopal asked her. "hmm... Yes...Yes there is... Just north-west of here you will find the will find the town called Akeboshi. If you wish to stay there then I suggest you hide those unique charicterisations... Humans fear what they don't understand... But an inn keeper will let you stay if you have the money... They are rather greedy there...." The old woman informed them. "Will there be more pretty flowers?" Hiyana asked. "Yes young one... There are many beutiful flowers there... All in bloom... I'm not sure where you came from but here its the middle of spring. There are lovely flowers called dafodils... Like this one..." The old woman got on her knees and plucked the plant with its roots in-tact. "If you place it in this pot with the soil and water each day it should continue to be beutiful... I'm a florist you see..." "Look mom! A Daf-oh-dil.... It's pretty!" Hiyana laughed. "Oh my! It's gorgeus!" Lucia said and held the pot. "Water them each day? That shouldn't be a problem..." Lucia smiled.

"Yes well now that we have the flower shall we move on the this town called... Akeboshi..." Lopal told his family. "Alright let's move" "But sir... Where are Zarin and Lowell?" Menos asked. "hmm? Zarin? Lowell?" Their father called. Lowell ran into Lopal's leg with Zarin in pursuit. both filthy. "Hmm? Oh there you....are... Do I even want to know why you are covered in mud?" Lopal said putting his index and thumb on his eyes as a sign of his frustration. "We were chasing each other! And I won!" Lowell said. ".... *sigh* when we get to Akeboshi you are getting bathed... C'mon lets move..." The king said and walked off everyone else following.

The old woman smiled. "I finally found this kingdom... After 30 years..." she spoke to herself and walked into the cave.

The hours passed and Lopal's face turned to a frown. "I think the old woman lied to us...." He growled. "Possibly..." Menos replied. "But then again what shoulld we expect from a random stranger who just helps someone for no reason..." "I think those are called, ' Good Samaritans ' brother" His brother Manos said. "I mean geez bro you take things waaaaaay too seriously... Just relax a bit... you can't protect them if your so paranoid..." He said rather cheekily. "Hmph... what a load of rubbish... I am not paranoid" Menos replied. There was then a rustle in the bushes Menos held his spear up amd wacked the leaves away. A bunny rabbit then ran off. "gasp! You scared the bunny away!!" Hiyana cried. "Paaaraaaanoooooid!" Manos once again cheekily said to his brother and laughed. "Why you little-" "Easy Menos... Your brother is right... For once... You should relax...What's the worse that could happen?" The king told his bodyguard. "We have no enemies here so relax... I's not like we'll find a wolf-claw up here right?" Manos said.

Menos smiled. "yeah I guess so..."

As they walked into town people gave them strange looks. Almost like reject. "Father... Why are they staring at us?" Lowell asked. "I don't know Lowell..." Lopal replied. Lowell looked at his mother but she shook her head. Zarin noticed people started to whisper. Soon crowds were whispering. "I thought they were a myth..." Zarin heard one man say. "....Why do they have those green markings...." A woman said. "Are they some type of Albino?" a man asked his friend. "didn't you know? Apparently around 50 years ago someone who had those exact Markings came here chasing something. He didn't care what happened to anyone else... He was just chasing something... or someone..."

Lopal heard this one. But how could it be? The Tasophonian never left there home until now! That was what he thought but it would explain why they were whispering... But what really made him confused was the fact that only the blood of a royal could open the door.

He looked at his bandaged hand from when he had to open the door. Suddenly a rock came flying towards Lopal and Menos jumped in front of him and sliced the rock in half with his spear. The man who threw it looked into Menos' eyes. He froze. He almost looked like a statue. Menos' glare didn't shift. A girl started shaking the man. She kept on trying to make him move. No luck. She put her hand on his chest. His heart was beating but at a very rapid pace. Menos just smirked and turned away. The man fell to his knees and tears poured from his eyes. He had never felt fear like that before in his life. Soon after he quickly ran off.

Lucia kept her children close to her. Not trusting these people. She put her hand up her sleeve and pulled out a dagger though Lopal stopped her. "We are not here to fight.... " He told her. Lucia nodded and put the dagger away. "Keep an eye on these.... Humans.... I don't trust them..." Lopal told his guards. They nodded in agreement.

They walked up to a building with a sign that read 'inn'.

Lopal slowly opened the door only for everyone in the inn too stare at them. Menos and Manos returned the stares, causing everyone to go back to what they were doing but watching at the corner of their eyes. Lopal walked up to the owner. "I'd like to rent a room" He said. "I don't think so... Your disturbing my guests.... however... That lady there seems.... My type... Maybe if she and I-" Suddenly a gold bar dropped onto his desk. "I will give you this much for a room for 6." Lopal said looking very angry. "Holy- O-okay sure.. Y-you can have the best room on the top floor at the end of the hall.!" The owner said and handed them a key. He piked up the gold and inspected it. It was genuine. "Hey Aaron!" the owner called his son. "Watch the inn for a few minutes! I'm going to go exchange this for cash! Ho ho!" He said and ran out. Aaron just shrugged and went to the desk and started reading a book.

In the room Lopal was angry. "He DARES to try such a thing? Like I would let a filthy pig like him touch my wife! I swear If he tries that again I'll-" "Lopal!" Lucia shouted as an interuption. She then pointed to the children. In Zarin's hand was the hand of his sister. "Oh....right...." Lopal said blushing slightly.

Downstairs the inn owner was sent through the door. Three thugs were standing at the door. The one in the middle had a giant sword. "Okay now I'll ask you again inn keeper.. Where did you get this gold?" He asked and stabbed his sword next to his head on the floor. "T-there are a few people upstairs, they payed me with the gold...." He said said, trembling.

"Really?.... Well then they should have more then. You can keep this I want to see what these guys have..." The man smirked.

"Alright then you two come with me" He said to the two beside him and walked up the stairs.

Hiyana and Lowell were fast asleep, Zarin was on the balcony with Menos and Manos, while Lopal and Lucia were in the other bedroom. "Menos, Manos... Why did my mom and dad want to be alone?" Zarin asked. "Oh well because they're going to-" But Manos received a smack across the back of his hea by his brother. "We'll tell you when your older Zarin." Menos said and Manos was tempeted to wack him back when he heard a crashing noise from downstairs. Lucia ran in in her underwear. "What was that noise?" She asked. "Relax your highness it was probobly just some drunk downstairs" Menos said. "Just go back and enjoy yourself!" Manos said and nudged her slightly. Lucia blushed slightly and went back into the room. "....Why was she-" Zarin said "WHEN YOUR OLDER!" Menos interupted. THere was then a knock on the door. "I'll get it" Manos told them. When he opened the door his was punched into the wall and Hiyana and Lowell woke up suddenly and backed away from the man. "Why hello... I hear you have gold... I want it... Now!" The man said. Lopal ran out and hastily put on his jacket and grabbed his sword. "Why should I give you gold eh? Baldy?" Lopal said and held up his blade. A vein popped up on the mans hairless head. "....Oh your dead... I just wanted the gold but I guess I'll have to kill you" the man laughed and held up his large sword with one hand

Lopal charged forward with his sword pointed forward. The bandit blocked using his sword like a sheild and punched Lopal forward. Lopal hit the wall with a sickening crack. Lopal tried to get up but the man put his foot on him. Menos grabbed his spear and jumped into the air and hit his spear downwards. The bandit didn't see Menos and Menos put a slash down the mans eye leaving a scar but his eye generaly unharmed. "Gah! Son of a- Alright your next!" He growled. He lunged forward at a surprising speed considering his weight and the weight of the sword and was tackled ff the balcony. "MENOS!!" Zarin cried. "A kid?" The bandit smirked."Well I guess a hostage would be great to get gold!" He said. "We'll be at the statue at midnight... And don't try any funny business because I'll have all my men there and we outnumber you. Cioa! HAHA!!" The bandit laughed and jumped off the balcony and his men followed.. Lucia ran out. She saw them jump out the window and was about to jump after them until she saw Lopal and Manos on the floor in pain. "Oh my... Are you two alright?" She asked. Lopal nodded while Manos the groaned: meaning no.

Lucia bit her thumb. She was worried. Her eldest son was being held ransom and she couldn't go after him. "We have to wait til tomorrow midnight... So I guess we need to get some sleep...." Lopal said. "Your just going to let him take your own son then give him what he wants?" Lucia said. "What do you want me to do? He has Zarin and if we want him back unharmed then-" "That gold is for supplies to bring back to Tasophon! There must be another way to save him without losing the money..." Lucia bit her lip. "look I really want to but right now we can't.... We should just get some sleep..." Lopal said and limped to the bed. Manos was helped up by Lowell and Hiyana and put to rest on their bed. A tear went down Lucia's eye as she walked into the bedroom.

A few hours later She came out again, wearing a cloak with a hood to conceal her face she jumped off the balcony and landed on the ground without a sound. She took out her dagger and ran into town.

She searched through the town hoping to find clues. After she nearly gave up she stepped in a puddle with. She looked down to see it was blood and the trail went into what looked like a run-down old house. She looked through the boarded windows though it strained her eyes since it was so dark inside. She rubbed her eyes and looked again but instead of seeing something she heard something. A young man screaming in pan and another man laughing. She strained her eye s again and saw that the man being hit was Menos holding his right eye as blood went down it and Zarin tied up to a chair. Menos' spear was snapped in half and his legs were broken.

Lucia putt her hand over her mouth. It nearly made her throw up, but she swallowed it and looked for a good way to sneak in. She saw that the chimney was large enough for her to fit into to and climbed in. She held onto the bricks on the inside, carefully lowering herself slowly and silently she could hear Menos' screams of pain again, they has started to beat him again.

She stopped just before the end and tuend herself upside down. She could see into the room clearly now and Menos was coughing blood. "You should have stayed dead" The bandit from before sneered and kicked Menos.

Lucia couldn't watch, she wanted to help but had to wait until they got away from him. They beat him for another half hour before they left. She didn't pay attention to what they said and jumped down when she heard the door close. Menos was trying to stand up but was bleeding too much. He kept his eye covered and he crawled towards Zarin when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He saw Lucia there. "Relax Menos, I'm here now" Sha said. Menos sighed in relief. "Your brother will be happy to see you are alive." She said. "I'm barely alive" He replied. She went over to Zarin and untied him. She turned to hear the door open.

"Sorry guys I left my... Dagger in.... What the- BOSS! Some woman is here trying to get the kid out!" One of the goons said and picked up his dagger. The bandit ran in. "Well well.... Im geussing she must be the kid's mother!" The bandit smirked. "Oh ho ho! Two hostages! This will be fun!" He laughed. Lucia took out her dagger,jumped into the air and slashed down at the bandit who blocked the attack. she jumped to the ground and kicked the bandit off his feet and he threw the sword into thw air and it stuck into the roof. Lucia then jumped on top of the bandit and put her knife to his neck. "Now you know I'm not some helpless woman... And you do not touch my children!" Lucia growled. "Alright, alright lady! You win...." The bandit replied. "We'll leave right n-" "Not an option! I'm going to kill you!" Lucia shouted before he could finish. "pity, We could have ended this without bloodshed... But Since you insist..." The bandit then smirked once more. He raised his fist and slanmed it against the floor. The swor then fell the bandit threw the woman off him upwards and the sword impaled her.

She fell to the ground with the sword in her back, she coughed blood and tears running down her eyes. The bandit pulled his sword out and she cried in pain. Menos was speechless. He tried to stand but his legs would not obey. Was it the pain... Or fear?

He had no idea. all he knew that this man dealt a fatal blow to the queen. Menos saw Zarin and tears pouring down his eyes. He would surely be screaming had he not been gagged. The bandit grabbed the queen by her hair and tears and blood were running down her face. "Not so tough no huh lady? It's your own fault. Although I would have killed you anyway... It would have been fast... Now I'm gonna watch you bleed like a pig!" The bandit laughed. He smiled like a cheshire cat only more sinister.

Back at the inn Lopal woke up. He saw his wife was not beside him and he jumped up. "Lucia? Lucia?" He called and put his clothes on. He left his room and tricked on what seemed like a brick. Under it was paper. He picked it up and read through it. It told him that Lucia was going to find Zarin and get him free. "Oh no..." Lopal said and dropped the note. He woke up Manos. "Manos, Stay here and keep an eye an Lowell and Hiyana... I'll be back..." He said and ran out.

Lucia was in extreme pain. She never had a wound like this. She coughed more blood and tried to push herself up only to fall into the blood she spat out. Her vision was blurring and her hearing was dulled. She looked at her son and cried. She mouthed the words 'I love you' but she couldn't speak. She lost the energy. THe bandit then kicked her ribs and she coughed more blood. Zarin tried the scream but the gag just made it sound like a mumble. Tears were flowing down his eyes. Menos couldn't watch the queen in such pain. He had to do something but his legs wouldn't move. "COME ON!!" He shouted trying to ignore the pain. One of the goons jumped on his legs and he let out a painful cry.

Lopal was searching for some clue of where his wife had gone. He then saw some dry blood on the ground into the house. He broke the door in and saw his wife on the ground; dying, Menos; with one less eye and two broken legs. and Zarin; crying his eyes out, watching the torture.

Lopal took out his sword and lunged at the bandit. The green markings turned black and started spreading across his skin until it was a dark colour. HIs hair turned black and his eyes turned red and the white part turned black. Inside his mout was now blue. He looked like a demon. He moved at almost frightening speed at goons and killed them within one strike. He then started fighting with the bandit. The bandit could hardly keep up as he was constantly being slashed at. Lopal kicked him in the head into a wall. The bandit got up but nearly fell back down from the kick. Lopal roared like a wild beast and lunged at the bandit with his sword The bandit swung down with his sword and cut Lopal's arm off.

Lopal almost instantly turned to normal. He coughed out blood and grabbed his armless shoulder. He glared at the bandit and coughed. It sound as if he would cough up a lung. "So you can go all PSYCHO then eh?" The bandit said. He grabbed his chest in pain. "all my men are dead, i'm in agonizing pain... And I still don't have my gold... But your missing an arm! And you seem to be sick... Haha! " He said and raised his sword. He grinned minacly. "Hehehe... I'm going to enjoy this so much!!" the bandit yelled and slanmed the sword down only to be stopped by a spear. The spear hit the sword away and slashed another cut on the bandits eye. "GAAAH!!" the bandit cried in pain. Manos stood there almost as menacing as Menos with Lowell and Hiyana standing behind him, The bandit spat. He was at his limit, he was already wounded he couldn't fight anymore. Then... he ran.

He just ran. Manos ran over to Zarin and cut the ropes off. Zarin just ran passed him and to his mother.

Lowell and Hiyana ran over to her when they saw she was on the floor.

"Listen carefully you three... I.... I won't be coming back with you I'm afraid... You'll be with your father, Menos and Manos... I... I want to give you something..." She smiled. "Here.... Take my dagger Lowell.... I planned to give it to you when you turned 13.... It was given to me by my father when I turned 13... Hiyana... take my ring.... it has magical powers, and a only royal blood can discover what power it bestows upon them... Zarin... Take my pendant... It makes you tire less in battle and improve you insight... Great for a warrior such as yourself... These are my prized posesions... Which is why I am only giving them to you.... Please.... Live well..." Lucia coughed. A tear went down her eyes as she laid her head to rest.

............. Then silence...........

No one said a word. Zarin gritted his teeth with anger and pounded the ground. "She came for ME! if I wasn't so stupid I wouldn't have been caught! and she would......" Zarin cried.

Lopal said nothing and left. Manos put his brother's arm around his shoulder and they left the building.

The next day they returned to Tasophon. many people greeted them with happy smiling faces.. However.. They saw the wounds... And they DIDN'T see the queen. Sinda ran up surprised to see them back so soon. ".....What happened... Why are you here so soon?" She asked. It was silent. "Zarin... Zarin please speak to me!" "MY MOTHER WAS MURDERED!" he shouted at her. Sinda jumped back. "I...I'm so sorry.." She told him but he walked passed them and ran to the castle.

As the years passed Zarin learned to fight with the sword and grew to be a great warrior. His fighting skills by far one of the strongest in the kingdom.
As he stood from his balcony one day he opend the pendant to show th picture that had been made.

"I'm going back..." Was all he said
