The [Avatar Styles] thread is empty.
Do you think you have a good avatar? O: You can be a model. Current Goal: Fill the posts with images of avatars dressed in the different types of styles.
That thread will not give detailed instructions on how to create those styles. That might happen eventually, but not right now.
What do I need now? Models. You.
I need lots of models per post. You may post more than one image (for one style or for different styles).
If I use your image, your username will be included with the image.
I might have to turn some outfits away, but I hope to accept most of them.Please follow these instructions: No tekteks. I want saved avatars, not screen shots of avatars.
Don't save the avatars from the dress up screen, they're much larger than the avatars that appear in the forums.
Please post in this thread and an image of your saved avatar in your post. (I will later host it on my own photobucket account).
Post what kind of style it is:
matching
non-matching
blob
themed
cosplay
cluttered
realistic
halvatar
rainbow
color splash
monotone
other - Please name the style
If you have more than one image, please make sure you say what style each one is.
If you don't know how to save images of your avatar, this might help. If it doesn't, please don't hesitate to ask questions! [x]

XD So I'm guessing the half and half avatars are called "halvatar"? That's awesome.
That'd be included in other since I didn't know the name of it. As you guys add styles, I'll add it to the list in the first post. > <

I saved those avatars. Right now I have no limit on the amount of avatars people can submit. I want to have room for a lot of people, but then again, I don't have a lot of people yet. XD;;
Soo... bring 'em on whenever you have the time. If it's not too much trouble for ya.

Are you going to include the avatars that change sitting/turned/both? There's some spiffy avatars that really work in specific poses, My Mana Tree from Spring Nymph for example.

I like the one I have atm.
It's apparently 'colour splash'
I'll be keeping it for a while if you want to nab it.
I have no image programs right now, so I can't really save any pictures (I don't think)
But when I do, I could get my funny 'halvatar' one out too? Thats an awesome word btw, almost as good as wanklets.
I really like abstract blob avvies, but I'm useless at them >.<

I wouldn't receive very many good examples of inanimate objects or blobs if I said all avatars had to be standing and facing forwards. x .x;;
As long as it looks like an avatar you'd see right beside a post they made... not with the dress up background. ^^;;And thank youuuuu~~~ everyone. <3

I was about to say that i can't use the gothic lolita outfit since it shows the dress up bg in it.
But then I noticed that i can't use any of the outfits. TT ____TT You saved them all from the dress up screen, right? They're larger than the normal size of forum avatars.
I really hate to make you do more work, but can you equip and save them? > < A lot of them have EIs, so it might not be possible at this time... You can always resubmit them after the EIs are done evolving. @.x;
I think photobucket has a resizing tool so I can always play with that later. Maybe I'll try resizing them first before I make you resubmit. ^^;;
