If you could train basic form pokemon to be just as strong as their evo-forms, which pokemon would you use?
Example:
Bulbasaur
Pichu
Cubone
Electabuzz
Totodile
Evee
Mudkip
Skitty
Spoink
Bonsly
Mime Jr.
Gabite
And I wish Phione was strong. e_e

And I'd probably continue keeping Pikachu, even though I dislike its popularity.
And Squirtle and Charmeleon and Pidgey/otto, Seadra, most of the non-piggybackers. XD

DRIFLOON  Honorable mention goes to Teddiursa and Skitty. Why so adorable, ffffffff. I agree with Phione, too. I like it much better than Manaphy. Manaphy creeps me out somehow. IT STARES INTO MY SOUL, sob.

I was trying to train my Torchic up and go through the league with it like that, but my then step-mom distracted me and my Torchic evolved before I turned back to the game. I almost was gonna tell her it was her fault, LOL.
Others:
Teddiursa, Buneary, Buizel too. And I think the non-evolvers [as rare as they are now] should count, too.
I also feel like randomly doing math to see if Rowan was accurate or he overcounted, or if it was excluding legendaries....
