The boyfriend and I are going back to college, and can't afford to keep our accounts up and running. I might be getting a job soon, but I have car insurance and rent to take care of before videogames.
I suppose this means I'll have more time for console games again, but I'm gonna miss my guildies. And Cataclysm gonk

I know how you feel. I had to cut some things this month in order to pay for my books in particular, because medical books are recockulously expensive. WoW was one of them.

It's not even really WoW that I'll miss, it's my guildies on Ursin. They're some of the sweetest, most amazing people I've met online.
Plus they've got the most amazing ADD ever xd We've had games of Twenty Questions that ran for a week.

Well, there's always AIM and guild forums. I still talk to my guildies on the guild forums and my guild disbanded a month ago. xp

Yeah, my boyfriend can't afford the 15 a month for each of our accounts. He's losing most of his hours at work now that we're going to school, and I have a lot of bills to take care of before I could pay for our accounts.

evilboy_667_13 it sliek 15 a month and i knwo they dotn close it casue of none us or else mine would be closed. You meant to say: It's like $15 a month and I know they don't close it, or else mine would be closed? I buy my textbooks from amazon.com. The money I save from not buying my text books from the University bookstore pays for my WoW. Good luck with school!

Well school is definitely more important than WoW, though, while playing WoW, it seems completely the opposite! xp
Good luck with school! I feel ya, my fiancee has to pay for my account when he can, and I'm getting ready to go for my RN, so.. I'll have to suck it up without the pixelated love! whee
Note: $44.95 for a simple basic nursing manual... failcakes. sweatdrop but it has pictures.. so.. it's worth it.. right? o.O

And my account's down. My guild leader and her boyfriend, as well as another highly active member, all gave me their e-mail addresses. They've also all got YouTube accounts and at least one of them has facebook, so hopefully we'll stay in touch until I can get my account running again.
For now, though, it is probably for the best not to have WoW as a distraction from my homework.

Don't know how deep you are in, or where you are going for your RN, but gl with your sciences books. They are horrible with pricing because they milk the editions. Change a sentence, redo the cover art, tack $50 extra on for printing those changes. rolleyes Buying online didn't help me any with books. I had to buy both my big ticket books at the campus because of WebAssign, which tacks an extra $100+ on to the already high book cost. ******** you webassign.

My husband and I got our taxes back and paid for 6 months of game time for each of us with part of it. Priorities, right? mrgreen
Anyway, my time will be running out in October, and my husband just got laid off so my account will be temporarily closed too. I feel for you. But at least when we can afford to play again, our accounts will still be there. smile
Good luck with your schooling. smile
