And to be honest, most of the games I like are made by Japan Studio AND/OR Level 5.

Well, I played a grand total of one game made by Brownie Brown, and I damned their names for making such a pile of *ahem*
Anyways, Level 5, on the other hand...
I'll go check everything about this game.

The weird thing is, if a game acknowledged that it was nothing but side quests, and embraces that, it could actually do a very good job of it.
