I've read tons, and I want to see what other people have read. And also, I really wanted to point out how it pisses me off when a manga is different from the animein a major way.
For example, the anime Monochrome Factor came out first, and that was slight yaoi. But the manga was made to be more action than romance -.-#

-Not A Cynic_Just Bored- For example, the anime Monochrome Factor came out first, and that was slight yaoi. But the manga was made to be more action than romance -.-# I started reading Monochrome Factor a while ago, and realized that there was absolutely no BL in it at all. And then I went on to watch the anime, and it made me freaking pissed (and slightly delighted) that they added in the shounen-ai factor to it all. I don't think they should've changed the anime so much. Shirogane turned to be such a freak in the anime, though he was lovely in the manga. And what the hell was up with Akira and his blushing in the anime? =|
Anyways, I've been into one shot yaoi mangas at the moment. All of the long, chaptered ones either have recurring themes, a plot that goes basically nowhere, or are just so freaking long that you lose the point of the whole thing. =|
I'm starting to lose faith in mangakas. D:

I like Ouran High School Host Club and Rurouni Kenshin.
Ouran is easy to come up with yaoi parings since it has so many characters. It is about a girl who gets into a rich peoples' school on a scholarship, but breaks a vase owned by a club there. The club makes her pay back the debt by working for them. It is kind of a slice of life, gender bender, and romantic comedy all in one!
Rurouni Kenshin is about a samurai who killed a bunch of people in a war. It is harder to find pairings in that one, but they are still there none the less. It is pretty action packed and towards the end has romantic touches.

I don't watch anime, but I have heard that the anime for Ouran High School Host Club is WAY different. Partially because the manga is still ongoing.
As for manga, I've read over 700 yaoi (and some shoujo). Muwahaha, fear the yaoi.

Recently, my biggest interest was in Junjou Romantica. It was amzingly sweet, but I've already finished the first two seasons. The manga hasn't really gone any farther, but I still hope she will create an extra part.

My current obsession is Aitsu no Daihonmei. heart
It's so adorable but there hasn't been any updates in a while.
I've also just started to read Little Butterfly and it says it's a completed series which is good because i'm sick of reading any type of mangas just to find out that they haven't updated in months or it's just stopped altogether.

Ive read The Lily and the Rose. man that was some fun yaoi. i rp here yaoi but other than that i haven't seen much or read much. stupid rules around here gonk why do there have to be rules that forbid me to read what i love? crying wahh...
i almost want to go back to Job Corps to view some really fun stuff from Enzai and Loveless and a whole bleep load of yaoi yaoi and more yaoi
but then i wouldn't be able to rp on here sweatdrop stressed

I can't say I watch a lot of anime, but I have seen quite a few in my time. Currently, I'm not watching anything :3
I am following a couple of manga series though; Vassalord (this is probably my favorite manga of all time) , Wild Adapter and the Togainu no Chi manga adaptation as well as Yami no Matsuei, FAKE (both the original and the sequel) and the Finder series. That's pretty much it, though. I read the occasional BL or try a new volume but I haven't really been drawn in by anything other than those I mentioned.
I'm very excited about both the Ai no Kusabi and Togainu no Chi anime though. I can't wait to see those!
Has anyone watched Ristorante Paradiso? It seems pretty sweet smile - Oscar Wilde.
