Well, yes, I know we have a sub-forum in the Main Forums bottom 'Topics'.
What I am thinking of, is making it with the Sub-Forum.
Where it would be with the Squads and all that.

I am sorry if you can't see it, but I'll get a picture for everyone if you can't.

This could actually be more organized and help us with profiles and RPers.
RPers will post their profile, and wait for approval.
Hopefully they won't wait too long. (Been waiting in Bleach RP: Dawn of a New Era for 2 days for approval)
A different person will approve different profiles.
1-3 for Shinigami, 1-3 for Arrancar/Espada, and 1-3 for all the others.

Those who accept the profiles will have to read them carefully, know how to say 'HELL NO' when it comes the time, and see when the person is bordering along the line of 'Eh, this is god-mod at minimum.'

This may also be more clean then the Topics profile page.
Making it easier to find a person's RPC and read it over.
And help with weeding out the people who need to remake their profile before they begin RPing.
Because we may see a good RP sample, and when they make the profile, they begin RPing.
And then as we see them roleplay, we say 'Hm, their profile needs to be changed', or 'Mm, they aren't RPing like their profile said he/she would, was it a fake?'.

I thought it could possibly help us a little, but, I dunno. Up to you all.
If the project is accepted, I will move all profiles to the forum
that have been created.
And I will pay for the forum to be installed.

I think I get it... my brain is so off lately. D:

Looking at the link made more sense though that did seem to be disorganized, what with all the extraneous "approved" profiles hanging around.

The only thing that I don't quite approve of, yet, is categorizing the profiles via alphabet. I believe we have too few members to do that, although that's just my opinion.

I this should also coincide with the profile clean-up. We could post an announcement that we would be moving all of the main forum profiles to the crew's archive sub-forum, and those who are still active could just PM us to post their profile in the new sub-forum. I think this would also be an effective way of weeding out the inactive profiles.

I like the profile approval system and I think we should implement that as soon as possible.

Yea, they aren't the more organized.
Well, we don't have to have it alphabetized.
We could simply just put 'Approved' in after their profile, and leave it so.
That way it wouldn't be too strenuous, and you could still find them.

Though, when we get more members, we may need to implement the Alphabet system to help categorize the large amount of profiles, so it wouldn't be too clumped.

Yes, stuff may be lost. That is why we will not get rid of the Topics Profile Page until we have made sure everything is transferred, and transferred fully and correctly. As I said, I will take full responsibility for this over-haul.

That's a good idea. We could do that once the profiles have become over-bearing for small forum (Around 50 or so.)

Getting this from New Era are you? I have been in this guild for quite awhile now and this is very effective and I do think this guild could benefit greatly from it.

To begin this, we need a higher up person in the guild to create the subforum.
After the subforum is complete, I will be contacted.
After being contacted I will begin the transferring of profiles.
When the profiles are transferred, we may remove the old profile thread.
After all of that is done, we will see how the profile business goes with this new profile section we have created. ^^

To be honest I'm not completely sold on this idea. I've been in many a bleach guilds that have this idea in their guild and over time as it gets more members it became nearly impossible to keep track of things.

I think we should just install Dante's idea of A-M and N-Z for both Shinigami and Arrancar right away. Though it may seem sparse at first, there wouldn't be a need in the future to change the Sub-Forum. I mean, we have plans of growing, so why not start of as if we have already grown.

Also, Veer, if you need any help I'd be glad to offer my assistance. I enjoy making things organized so they aren't messy. It stems from being a grammar nazi in my other guilds...

Goro, that is a good point to put out there. If we do not keep it organized, it won't be organized. As Dante said just above, if we can organize the profiles into the sub-forum profile, then maybe we'd be able to weed out those who aren't active. In weeding out the active, we gain space, and in turn delete the inactive and get more space for possibly active members to join, and help our guild thrive. This will kind of help with finding a person's profile as well, being that'd it be marked up a name, instead of under a large list of pages, where you'd have to look through all pages to find a profile that may be on the very last page.

And it'd be wonderful to have your help, Rene. ^^
