It is assigning the crew members jobs around the guild. As we all know each crew member moderates all the guild constantly however I think it would be very beneficial and take allot of stress off all the crew if we were assigned jobs.
Now jobs could include many things from..
Looking out for god-modding members
Watching over all profiles posted
Sending reminders to inactive members/semi-inactive.
There are many jobs that could be listed, even the smallest tiniest job that someone does is a great deal because it makes it so no one else has to worry about it. I really honestly think that if we were to implement certain jobs for the crew members to uphold more then everyone else then it would make the guild run a hell of allot smoother then it is. If someone lags behind or cannot complete their duties then there is always backup.
Anyways if this were to be accepted by the crew I would want to take the duty of sending out reminders/warnings to inactive members.
Though I haven't elaborated a great deal on what the jobs could be there are allot of little jobs here and there we could work out for everyone, I have a few systems in mind for what I want to do.
Thoughts anyone? Help me grow this idea.
Side note: I've taken the liberty of sending a reminder to every inactive member currently in the guild, give or take a certain select few.

Now here is what I think.
My personal thoughts are that there should be a number of crew members doing the same job, for instance, a certain number of crew would have a main job of watching over user posts to make sure they aren't you know hurtful, against the ToS blah blah blah. This does not include RP posts necessarily but it can, but more just OOC posts. While the other crew members could be assigned jobs like..

Moderating Profiles Posted/Making Sure Any Extra Profiles From Existing Users Are Posted On A Mule
Someone In Charge Of Moving Outdated Threads To The Archival Sub-Forum
I think this would be a great idea. So lets see, we have about 11 active crew members right now (Excluding The Guild mule and -I- Vermillion -I-) Now I think we could assign about three crew to the posting idea above and the rest would fill in various jobs, we could make it so there is two to three crew per job, or just find more tasks.
Well what do you all think?
