I was really suprised with Phantom. I was like, didn't you guys win last year? WTF happened?
And Devils getting a near perfect score?! Absolutely amazing.

GoddessOfTheGods I was really suprised with Phantom. I was like, didn't you guys win last year? WTF happened? And Devils getting a near perfect score?! Absolutely amazing. Phantom has always been an up and down corps with the judges. I didn't see bd but i can say I don't believe crown should have silver medaled

I went to the semi finals, and the only team I reallllly reallly wanted to win was the Cavaliers. They disappointed me a little this year, I liked some of their other past routines (like machine OMG that was amazing lol) more. Blue Devils were fabulous though, when I saw the semi finals, it was clear they were going to win.

Gosh BD's show was so boring
I was really disappointed in it
Crowns show was by far more entertaining visually and musically
All BD did was run around much like their B corps
and if they weren't running they were sitting on a chair
Phantoms show just... well... their placement reflects it hah
Other than Crown and BD I think everyone got where they deserved
But don't get me started on open class

What was the Blue Devils' show this year anyway? I didn't see it myself, but a lot of people I know that were marching in the Open Class finals said if they didn't know any better they'd just call their show "Folding Chair"?
So now I'm very interested to know... Haha....

Mizz-Neko What was the Blue Devils' show this year anyway? I didn't see it myself, but a lot of people I know that were marching in the Open Class finals said if they didn't know any better they'd just call their show "Folding Chair"? So now I'm very interested to know... Haha.... It was called "1930" It was depicting a time when the states were changing and happy, and music was revolutionizing.

haha I loved BDs show this year.
My sisters friend was the tuba section leader so when we were in the theatres i was like
"AHH! Thats Daniel!!"
I was mad that santa Clara didnt get a better score though
when people in the theatre saw their score for the quaterfinals everyone was like "WTF??!!!"
Also i was disappointed in Phantom Regiments show
but hey, not every year can be Spartacus right? lol
