LOG 1
Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen got up from the cave. Aquinas was stunning, absolutely stunning. "Walk with me?" Without waiting for a response, she walked a few feet away hoping that Aquinas would follow. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nodded and lifted herself into the air, flittering after Arwen. "Where are we going?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen stretched out her long full wings. For a moment, she soared enjoying the feel of each feather rippling in the breeze. "Somewhere I use to love." LOLTERNATIVE "Okay." Aquinas was a little suspicious. Not because she didn't trust Arwen; it was just how she was. She closed her eyes and breathed in the scent of the wind that rippled past her; a smile upon her face. Nyx Queen of Darkness With the swift beat of Arwen and Aquinas' wings, they had arrived in the mountains in no time. Arwen glided to a stop in the meadow. There was a lake at the edge of it, cool and dark blue. It sparkled like a surface of diamonds. "I was...created here." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas landed softly on the grass of the meadow; the stems tickling her skin as the wind brushed them. She ran her hand across the soft area, smiling softly. Looking at the lake she smiled. She'd never been in a lake as pretty as this. "What a beautiful place to be created in." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen's face was dark with pain. "It was our Eden." Her voice fell for a moment. "I was meant to love here, to be Queen to world of Kirins. We were to be Exalted, but I am fallen. Discarded by he who was made for me." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas moved to Arwen, a hand on her shoulder. "He who discarded you... Was not worth your time. For he could not see your beauty and compassion." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen looked into Aquinas' eyes. They were blue and deep as the ocean, but bright and free as the sky. For a moment, she couldn’t breathe with the beauty of it. "But I have failed, failed to mother the nation I was suppose to. I was meant to be royal and create a nation not to love." LOLTERNATIVE "You did not fail. You're just.. lost. Love can make anyone to strange things." Aquinas' eyes went distant for a moment, thinking of her creator. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen couldn't speak for a moment. "I loved him...and I have loved only him but he loved my sister." Her voice broke with pain, "But you,' her eyes turned toward Aquinas. "How could one not help but love you?" LOLTERNATIVE "I've only had one person claim to love me. Though it was more a love of a creation, not me. He was obsessed." Aquinas sighed. "It's made me scared of love; seeing someone like that." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nodded. "But however crazy, however distorted you were loved. I cannot say that." LOLTERNATIVE "I would have rather not love than be forced to love." Aquinas stretched out on the grass, staring up at the sky. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen stretched out beside her, her scaled skin touching the textured skin of Aquinas. "It would seem that we agree on that." She turned her face to stare into Aquinas' eyes.

LOG 2 LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas sat on the edge of the lake just outside her herd's home. Her tail dipped in the water and she swished it lightly. She ran a comb through her hair and hummed softly to herself. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen had struggled for days trying to decide what to do. There was an undeniable bond between her and Aquinas. When she had first felt a small inkling of what it might be, she had feared it. She had argued in vain against, laid awake anguished nights to figure out what to do. It was with that that she found herself quickly approaching Aquinas. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas heard the fluttering of wings and looked to the sky; a hand above her eyes to sheild them from the sun. Eyes widened as she saw Arwen; her beauty brightened by the sunlight. Arwen was beautiful, no doubt about it; but that wasn't why Aquinas was so fond of her. They were similar in a way; both wronged by love. Both created. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen landed softly on the ground, running a few steps to slow herself. Walking slowly over to Aquinas, she sat down. "I've missed you." She stated it simply but with a heart full of emotion. LOLTERNATIVE "Hello, Arwen," Aquinas smiled. "I missed you too." She swished her tail. "Sit with me?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen sat down nimbly dipping her feet into the cool water. She met Aquinas' bright smile with one of her own. It was amazing how beautiful she looked. "Of course. How have you been?" LOLTERNATIVE "Relatively peaceful." Aquinas continued to comb her hair; the sun bouncing off of it in sparkles. "Yourself?" Nyx Queen of Darkness "As peaceful as things can get with Arachne wreaking havoc." Gently she reached for the comb, "May I?" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas giggled. She knew Arachne all too well because she lived with her sister. Nodding, she handed the comb to Arwen. "You may." Nyx Queen of Darkness Gently Arwen blushed Aquinas' long lush hair. "Those girls miss each other. They seem devoid of loving anything really but each other. I think they just...tolerate us." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nodded. "I'm told the only person Casaquilla was close to was Ariluna and now she's moved.." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nodded as she put the brush down and started to braid a small strand of Aquinas' hair. "Arachne only like Aine and she's a bit respectful of Nite Owl for some reason." LOLTERNATIVE "Probably because Nite Owl's the leader. Regardless of how much of a Drow she is; he is still her leader." Aquinas smiled; it felt good to have Arwen play with her hair. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen laughed. It felt like ages since she had last laughed. No, that was only days ago when she had been with Aquinas. Yet it felt like such a longer seperation. Something in her yearned to be with her, to see her...to touch her. She stroked her hair idly. "It's just so confusing to try to understand her." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas smiled. It was nice to hear Arwen laugh; especially when compared to how saddened and hurt she sounded the other day. "Don't give up on her. She may need someone one day; someone who understands her." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen liked the lilt of Aquinas' voice, she loved to hear the musical rythym of it. "I wonder if she will ever love as others do." Her brow furrowed. "I could never help her with something like that." LOLTERNATIVE "Of course she will. She's only young." Aquinas frowned lightly. "You shouldn't underestimate yourself." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen sighed deeply, "But you said yourself she's a drow. They don't love like we do. They leave them, use them...I dont' want that life for her." Her eyes closed for a moment. "It is not underestimation." She turned her eyes full on Aquina, "It's from knowing one's self too well." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas shook her head. "Change is an amazing thing." She turned to look at Arwen; her eyes focused on her. "You don't know yourself very well, then." 'Nyx Queen of Darkness" Arwen sighed, "But change...If she changes, her people, they woudn't accept what she had become." Arwen touche Aquinas face gently. "And you know me better then?" LOLTERNATIVE "Casaquilla would. That's all that matters, in my opinion." Aquinas smiled. "I like to think I do. Or am beginning to."

LOG 3 LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas was flittering about in the sky above the same crystal lake Arwen had taken her to the day they'd met. She landed softly in the water with a slight splash and smiled as it cooled her. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen cam out of the shadows and for a moment thoughtfully watched Aquinas. "I'd knew you'd come back here..." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas swished her tail around in the lake; water dripping from her now wet hair. "I only came back because I knew you'd be here." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen sat down beside her and stroked Aquinas lush wet hair. She didn't speak, she was happy to see her. Emotions welled up in her at the sight of Aquinas. The emotions were intense, emotions she questioned and feared. But however much she questioned them, she did not want them to leave. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas smiled and and embraced Arwen. "I missed you. A lot." She breathed in; smelling Arwen's hair. It smelt of spices and flowers and Aquinas stored it in her mind so she'd always remember it. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen embraced Aquinas, loving the feel of her skin. She was...lovely. There were no other words for it. Aquinas was like sunlight to her...like fresh air to a suffocating soul. But she feared then as she always did, that certain beings were not meant to love. She parted from Aquinas, turned her head to watch the shimmer of waves. "Do you think that some of us are not meant to love?" She couldn't keep the painful note out of her voice. LOLTERNATIVE "No." Aquinas said, matter of factly. "I don't." She cupped Arwen's chin, moving her face so she could see it. "I think that everyone is entitled to love. Whether they are good or not. Confused or not. Everyone has that right." She smiled. "Even you." Nyx Queen of Darkness Her eyes looked into the clear, kind one's of Aquinas. "But why have I been unable to love? Why have centries passed and still I am alone?" She couldn't keep her eyes from burning with unshed tears. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas embraced Arwen again. "Don't give up. Above all things, you must believe in love." Nyx Queen of Darkness The tears fell silently down her cheeks. "I do believe in love, but it does not believe in me." She cluthced Aquinas as she would a lifesaver in a dark, tumultous sea. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas looked at Arwen and wiped her tears. "Love believes in everyone. You will find it; I promise." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nodded her head, feeling the trace of warmth on her face where Aquinas had touched her. "But what if she doesn't love me that way?" LOLTERNATIVE "Who?" Aquinas tilted her head to the side. She could't help the hint of jealousy in her voice and the blush on her cheeks. Nyx Queen of Darkness The moment was there and Arwen saw the shining opportunity to tell her how she felt. She could have told her how her voice was the one in all the world that brightened her day, how she made everything okay...Arwen shook her head, missing the blush on Aquinas face and only hoping at the twinge of jealousy. "It's nothing, only a what if." She was a coward. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas moved her hands from Arwen's face. She frowned slightly. It was obvious. Arwen had feelings for someone else. She was just her friend; nothing more. She slid into the water, going under for a moment before popping up. "I see." She mumbled, head poking out of the water. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen watched as Aquinas slid away from her. "Please don't go." She slipped into the water gently. "I..." She looked into the eyes she loved so well. The words gushed from her, "It's you." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas was speechless. The words she longed to hear had finally been said. Someone wanted her; despite everything she thought was wrong with her. "Arwen.." She mumbled before embracing her. "You don't know how I've longed to hear you say that." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen buried her face in Aquinas' hair. "I've wanted to say it for so long...But I was afraid that you love Synstale." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas laughed. "He was the first pony I met. The first pony that was nice to me. But that is all; I have no desires to be anything more than a friend to him." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen giggled as she sawm closer to her. "But I didn't know! But now...you're mine." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas smiled. "And you're mine."

LOG 4 Nyx Queen of Darkness Only moments had passed. They were golden, shimmering...infinite moments contained in a mere second. It felt like forever all in that brief eternity...seconds only and yet a lifetime. Arwen's heart raced as she looked into the eyes of Aquinas Seraphi. Mine...what a multitude that word meant...what a life it had given her in those seconds! She was alive! Her heart raced and her mind sped to ages spent in the arms of this beautiful "Water Angel" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas didn't say anything in the time that passed. She was sure there was nothing else she could say to make this moment anymore perfect than it already was. Finally, for once in her life, as small as it was, she was able to know what real love feels like. Not only that, but she was able to know how it felt to have that love returned. Such.. beauty, Arwen was. And while Arwen couldn't see her own true beauty, Aquinas could and she would show it to her. Nyx Queen of Darkness Her eyes could not part from hers and yet she feared those eyes. What if those eyes betrayed that this what not what she had meant? But no...She knew that Aquinas returned these feelings. Her body shook as she spoke, "I love you." LOLTERNATIVE "I love you, too." Aquinas said, clearly and audibly for all who were around to hear; though she was sure there was no one. Arwen was scared, she knew. Love had hurt her before, but she would make sure she knew how glorious it could be. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen leaned closer to her. "Maybe we should take this slow..." Her heart beat so loud she was afraid Aquinas could hear it. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nodded. "Though, I wonder.." She paused, her eyes gazing into Arwen's. "If it would be moving to fast if I kissed you.." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen leaned closer."If it's a mistake, I'm willing to make it..." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas couldn't hold back anymore. Arwen was so close it was driving her crazy. Her lips crushed against hers as she kissed her, a sigh of happiness escaping her lips as she finally got her fix. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen felt the warmth of passion overcoming her. Her hooves was in Aquinas' hair. She felt happier than she had ever been in her life. It seemed impossible that she could be loved by someone so..beautiful. She broke away breathless and blushing. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas smiled and pecked Arwen's cheek. "You're beautiful when you blush." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen blushed even more. "You're just beautiful." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas embraced Arwen. "I only feel beautiful around you. Because that's what love is. Beautiful." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen parted from her slightly. "I want to share something with you. I can't swim." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas covered her mouth and turned away, shoulders moving slightly as she giggled. "Really..?" She turned around, trying to hold her laughter in; mouth farts the result of the pressure. "I'll teach you one day." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen's brow furrowed as she pouted, "Teach me now?" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas giggled. "Okay. But only because you look so cute." She waded into deeper water, though it wasn't deep enough to drown in. "Come on, then, love." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen waded out, a bit worried about it. "Are you sure this is safe?" Her face was etched with skepticism. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nodded. "Trust me. You can float. Come out a bit further and let your legs relax a bit so you float." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen edged out a little further. "Are you sure about this?" LOLTERNATIVE "Of course I am." Aquinas swam to her. "I'm right here if you need me, okay? Now, just relax and let your body float." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen reclined backward taking a deep breath. She felt the panic in her body rising as she started to struggle. "IT"S NOT WORKING!" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas moved to Arwen and pressed her lips against hers, mumbling the word 'relax' as she did so. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen relaxed as her lips were touched by Aquinas. "Okay.." She relaxed and let her body float. Carefully, barely moving her lips she spoke. "I'm doing it!" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas grinned. "Okay, now, very slowly move your legs as if you were walking, but add more of a kick to it." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen slowly kicked her back legs. It felt easy and natural..."Okay, now what?" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas moved deeper into the water. "Using that motion, come to me. You should glide through the water." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen moved her limbs slowly. She was going over the top of the water to Aquinas. A smile lit her face, "I can swim!" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas laughed and swam the rest of the way to Arwen and embraced her. "Give it time and you'll be outlapping me." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen giggled as she pressed herself into Aquinas' arms. "I'm so glad I learned with you." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas kissed her softly. "I'm so glad that you're here for me to teach." Nyx Queen of Darkness The sun faded as Arwen kissed her again lightly

LOG 5 LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas was on a rock at the edge of the water; waves splashing against it. She hummed softly and ran a comb through her hair, waiting patiently for her love to come. Nyx Queen of Darkness Gliding down, Arwen landed softly looking about for Aquinas. Spying her sitting combing her hair, she came up behind her. Gently, she took the come, "May I?" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas turned to face Arwen and smiled. "You needn't even ask, dear." She handed the comb to her and turned back around, awaiting the pleasant feeling of Arwen combing her hair. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen combed through the silky coils of Aquinas hair, loving the feeling of it. It was like a live thing, different even from Aquinas herself. A few moments passed in blissfull silence, full of hopes for the future. Setting down the brush, she nestled closely to Aquinas. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas smiled and leaned against Arwen. "How are you today, dear?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen scootched closer. "Everything is wonderful when you're around." Her voice held a sleepy quality to it. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas tilted her head to the side, catching the sleep in her voice. "What's wrong, dear?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nestled closer. "I'm just tired, and it's so lovely to be in your arms..." Her voice trailed off LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nuzzled Arwen, smiling as she breathed in her scent. "You're lovely." She mumbled. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen pulled herself up and around. Her eyes looked into Aquinas' with an ardent fevour. "I want to make this known. I want to commit to you, heart and soul. Don't you?" The passion that had been lurking beneath exploded into words. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas was overwhelmed. She opened her mouth to speak, but no words came out. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen's heart stopped. The racing pulse had subsided in the agony of this moment as she waited...and waited. She could see Aquinas faltering, and pain filled her as she continued to wait for some acknowledgement. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas saw Arwen's mood drop and gasped. "Of course I do!" She sighed. "I'm sorry; I just got overwhelmed." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nestled back to her, a slight look of worry passing over her face for a moment. "I want to take this...further." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas tilted her head. "How much further..?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Leaning forward, she kissed Aquinas softly. "I don't wanna leave tonight." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas kissed Arwen back, embracing her. She trailed kisses along her cheek to her ear. "Then don't." She whispered

LOG 6 Nyx Queen of Darkness The late spring days slid into summer. And with it the heat of passion and of true love grew between Aquinas and Arwen. The months were bliss to them. Then the summer days began with the mornings becoming crisper.... LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas awoke with a stretch, turning to see the sleeping face of Arwen beside her. She leaned over and kissed her cheek softly, nuzzling it Arwen woke up giggling. Nestling closer to Aquinas she smiled, "How long have you been awake?. LOLTERNATIVE "Only a few moments. I was just enjoying my view of you." She cuddled Arwen. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen stretched more as she giggled, "What do you want to do today?' LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas sat up and looked at Arwen. "Whatever you want to do. I'm happy just spending time with you." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen blushed deeply, "I think we should talk." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas tilted her head to the side. "About what? Have I done something wrong?" Nyx Queen of Darkness "I hope you don't think so." She ducked her head. "I think you've done everything right." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas blinked. "I'm confused." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen hid her blushing face. "Babies..."she whispered, looking up from behind her hair to see what Aquinas would say? LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas' eyes widened. "Wh.. What?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Turning her head away, and ducking further into her hair she giggled. "Babies! Silly, babies!" LOLTERNATIVE "You mean. Me, you.. us.. babies." Aquinas blinked a few times before it actually sunk in. She paused to catch her breath and then grinned. "Babies." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas grinned and moved to Arwen, embracing her very carefully. "Babies," she breathed the word out, grinning. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nodded, shaking a little. "I'm scared but so happy." LOLTERNATIVE "We'll make it work." Aquinas nuzzled her. Nyx Queen of Darkness A few weeks had passed since the exciting news. Things had little changed, but Arwen had been in a fretful mood for days. She kept casting odd glances at Aquinas LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas looked at Arwen. "What's wrong?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Her brown darkened. It was time to have it out. "This, all this." : LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas tilted her head to the side. "What do you mean? What's wrong with this?". Nyx Queen of Darkness Tears fell gently from Arwen's eyes. It wasn't easy to say. "This...us...It's not working out." She sobbed, "It still hurts though I've already lost you." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas took a step forward, reaching out to Arwen. "I don't understand.. I thought you were happy with me.." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen looked past her. "I've always been happy with you...but you..." Her eyes were dead with sadness. "You never gave all to me. That day...you held back and you've been holding back ever since." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas bowed her head and said nothing. This was what Arwen wanted; she would not deny her that. "I will be there when our children are born." She mumbled before turning her back on Arwen and slinking into the water of the Ocean. She passed Arcenciel and Sushi on her way; they waved at her and she swam on. This was why the water was her friend. It ate her tears before anyone else could see them. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen watched as Aquinas left. She had given up...no fight, no nothing. Maybe she had never really cared or maybe...maybe Arwen herself dind't know. But it was over and she was empty...

LOG 7
Arwen felt sick. It wasn’t just the morning sickness either. Today, she was going to see Aquinas again. It had been a week since they had parted. Life was rough right now. Yongnian had noticed how sick she was. He had asked her what was wrong. And the one soul, she thought she could share this with had looked at her stonily and left the camp without a word. And he wasn’t coming back. All his stuff was gone. The days had dragged on but at times they flew. Rest wasn’t peaceful anymore. Chores and everything was not helping to take her off the truth that she was alone. Alone…maybe forever. Before long, the truth would be known. Everyone still thought they were together. She still was leaving daily, but instead of meeting Aquinas as she used to, she took the time to be alone. And as she walked over with the rest of the herd to meet Ariluna and Ember’s new children her body filled with fear. She would be seeing Aquinas again soon. It would be akward. Would they pretend? How much of the truth did the others know? She had been a coward not to tell them before now. Sitting down to rest for a moment, she felt someone wrap their arms around her. Aine was standing there, and for once in her life she was quiet. Her eyes were deep, showing an understanding she’d never seen there before. Then letting go, she walked on knowing that she needed a moment alone. Arwen composed herself then walked on, her face pale. At last they arrived. The thoughts in her mind had long became torturous. This agony was terrible, but even worse was the agony of seeing Aquinas. Her eyes looked toward where she stood. Proud and beautiful, her hair reflecting in the sun. She looked at the new babies and offered congratulations, but for all she had noticed, they could have been aliens. It wouldn’t’ have mattered. Her eyes filled with tears, she could not look at Aquinas anymore. It was too painful to see what she had lost.

LOG 8. Aquinas has not risen from the depths of the ocean since she had entered them the day Arwen left. It was as dark as dark could be, but she did not mind. She did not want to see the sun for she felt it was laughing at her. She did not feel warm. She did not feel hapy or bright or any of the other things the sun represented. So she shunned him, hid from him so he could not see her tears and laugh at her more. She sighed; sadly she could not have things her way. Today she was to go and visit Ariluna and Ember; both her herd and Arwen's herd was going. Meaning the sun would laugh at her as she gazed upon Arwen; all the memories flooding back. Aquinas shook her head; she would not think of that until she was in the same area as Arwen. Then she would worry about what will happen. She made her way to Ariluna's home; a short distance from where she had been staing for the past week. Her herd did not know that Arwen and her had parted ways; so that would be another hard thing for her to explain. Surely they will notice when they see how distant they are from each other. Aquinas exited the water and glared up at the sun who was yet again laughing at her. She held in the tears that threatened to escape her eyes to join the sun in teasing her. She made her way slowly to the cave and entered. She could not see Arwen yet, which she supposed was a good thing because she could actually be happy when she saw the children. Looking around for a familiar face, she saw the one she did not want to see and her breath caught in her throat. Arwen.. Memories of their time spent together flooded her mind and she felt like she was choking. She walked out of the cave and stood outside to wait for her herd to arrive. They would hopefully distract her from the sun, her tears and the love she lost. The love that she would probably never get back. Her first love. Her only love.

LOG 9 LOLTERNATIVE Gylden and her herd stepped into the clearing, everyone looking at Aquinas. "Hello, Aquinas." Gylden smiled and embraced her. "We've missed you. Where's Arwen?" Everyone tilted their heads and Aquinas sighed. "She's inside." She turned and walked inside, everyone following her. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen stood off to the side, Aine was being incredibly quiet. Nite Owl smiled at Arwen, "So where's your lover?" Turning her head away, she tried to hide the quick hot tears that came to her eyes. Aine promptly hit Nite Owl. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas pretended she didn't see Arwen's tears. She pretended it didn't hurt her; tear away at her heart. She caught Nite Owl's gaze and smiled awkwardly. Gylden moved to Nite Owl's side and leaned forward to whisper into his ear. "Something is wrong." Nyx Queen of Darkness Nite Owl didnt' know what to do. He dint' want to apologize and make it worse, so he did not hing as he stood there akwardly. Arwen kept her face turned as Aine wrapped her arms about her. "It's okay." LOLTERNATIVE Ariluna looked up, feeling the tension in the room. She moved to Aquinas and took her hoof, pulling her out of the room and into the clearing. "What's going on, dear?" "Arwen and I.. We aren't together anymore." Ariluna embraced Aquinas. "I'm sorry. Do you want me to say something?" Aquinas shook her head. "No, it's fine. I'll tell them when I'm ready." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen clutched at Aine for a moment, before she let go and wiped her face. "I'm fine. Just...I'm fine." ' LOLTERNATIVE Ariluna walked back inside. Gylden walked towards the door, ready to go see Aquinas but Ariluna simply shook her head. "Not the right time." Aquinas sat on the grass outside and sighed. This was where it all started; where they'd first met.. Where her heart had first skipped a beat. And this was the place it would officially end. She stood up and walked inside. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen approache Aquinas, her voice barely a whisper. "I'm sorry...I think, we have to tell them. Officially." She took a deep breath, holding back a sob LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nodded, turning her face away from Arwen's. It was too hard to look at her. Her ever-growing belly, growing ripe with life. Life they created together. "Everyone," Aquinas started. She faltered; it was hard. This was closure she did not want. Ariluna looked at her and nodded. "Arwen and I have decided not to be together anymore." Aquinas said and no one spoke until she was finished. "However, I will be there for the birth of our children so long as she lets me." Nyx Queen of Darkness Biting her lip, Arwen tried to keep from crying. "Of course...I'd never keep you from that. They're as much mine as yours." She had hated hiding it from her, and she knew now that Aine had guessed long ago. She'd been extra considerate, doing chores and such. Nite Owl looked slightly alarmed and shocked. Liadan cried a little while Ziva stood moodily in the corner. Yongnian had gone...already left the herd to be on his own. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nodded and turned, leaving the cave, the clearing and Arwen to enter the watery darkness that would become her grave. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen ran after her, she had to speak to her. "Wait! Please wait!" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas stopped and turned, tilting her head. "Yes?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen clutched at her stomach as it cramped. "We need to talk," she grimmaced. LOLTERNATIVE "About what?" Aquinas snapped. "What else is there to say?" She paused and sighed, a hand to her forehead. "I'm sorry. I should not be angry at you, this was my fault." Nyx Queen of Darkness Sitting down, Arwen cried. "Stupid hormones. I cry when I'm trying not to all the time now. I cried about kleenex yesterday!" She sighed, "These children need more than one parent. We have to figure out how we're going to do this." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas sat down. "I will be there for the children, Arwen. I'm not going to abandon you." Nyx Queen of Darkness "But what good will we do them if we can't bear to be around each other?" LOLTERNATIVE "We will just have to learn to keep out emotions in check." Aquinas let out an exasperated sigh. "I don't know what you want with me, Arwen! First you don't want me around and now you want me there." Nyx Queen of Darkness Her temper, so little in check these days, flared. "You! You!" She stamped her foot. "You coudln't even tell me that you wanted me! You had to think about it! How do you think that made me feel? I'll give you a clue, wanted wasn't it." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas glared. "I was shocked! How can you mistake being shocked for not wanting you? You're having my children, for goodness sake! You were the first person who loved me that I loved back and accepted me for what I am. I didn't expect to ever be in love. And for it to come so suddenly and from someone beautiful. I must've been dreaming." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen huffed angrily, then suddenly felt deflated at her words as her stomach cramped again. Silently, she bit her lip hoping this wasn't any type of contractions. "How was I to know? You never talked to me about it! You never talked at all about us, it was like you couldn't bear to mention it!" LOLTERNATIVE "I didn't want to mention it because I was scared it would leave me! It was too good to be true!" Aquinas stopped suddenly; noticing Arwen's face change into a pained expression. "What's wrong?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen breathed a bit deeply. "I think I'm having contractions." Her voice was softer. "But I didnt' know that." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas leaned closer to her. "I was scared, Arwen." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen was about to say something when she felt suddenly....wet. Her eyes grew large, "Oh my God...I think I'm futher along then we thought. My water just broke!"

LOG 10! Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen's eyes widened. "OMG! I'm not ready! This can't be happening!" She clutched her stomach as if that would keep the babies from coming. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas' eyes widened. "Oh God. What do I do!?" She looked around, fantically searching for an idea. "Gylden! Rosa! Ariluna! Quickly!" The three women ran out respectively and Ariluna's eyes widened. "Oh dear." Aquinas took Arwen's hand. "It's going to be okay, Arwen." Nyx Queen of Darkness Aine heard the frantic shouting and came running out. "Babies!" She squealed in a high pitch nature bouncing around. Arwen grimmaced, "If you come over hear right no-" She screamed as a contraction hit. Breathign deep she continued," I'll kill you!" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas shot Aine a glance and shook her head, signalling for her to keep her distance. It wasn't a good idea to get on Arwen's bad side right now. Aquinas kissed Arwen's forehead and brushed her hair out of her face. "Shh, dear." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen screamed as another contraction hit. "OMG! Don't shush me!" She squeezed them tightly as she screamed. LOLTERNATIVE "I'm sorry, Arwen." Aquinas mumbled. "Not just for shushing you. For everything. For us not working out, for putting you through this. I'm sorry." She turned her head away as tears filled her eyes, threatening to spill out and reveal her true feelings. Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen then started sobbing, "I wanted it so." She screamed again, "I'm so emotional right now." She bit her lip. "I wanted this to work! And maybe withsome time apart it will." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas gave a nod. "I think.. I think that'd be best. I don't want to fight you anymore." She looked into her eyes. "It kills me, knowing that I'm putting you through this." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen laughed a bit through the tears, "Let's not talk about killing right now." Her body relaxed for a moment. "Let's just focus on them and being friends and see where it takes us." She smiled a watery smile. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas simply nodded and moved to Arwen's side. "What does it feel like? Having them inside you, I mean." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen sobbed as another contraction hit. "Right now terrible." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas put her arm around Arwen's shoulders. "I'm so sorry." She nuzzled her. Nyx Queen of Darkness She sighed as she nuzzled her back. "No, I'm sorry. Before this it'd been wonderful. Feeling them move, and knowing what they're going to be. And I know you didn't get to experience that." LOLTERNATIVE "It's okay, I'm sure I'll be able to experience it one day." She paused. "Though judging by your reaction now, I'm not so sure I want to." Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen nodded, "Not this part you dont'!" LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas leaned against Arwen, holding her. "It'll be worth it soon." She smiled. "Everything will be worth it." Nyx Queen of Darkness "It will be. I'm just sore right now." She snuggled her. LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas nuzzled Arwen. "Is there anything I can do for you?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Arwen grimmaced with another pain. "Just be here with me. Just exactly how you are." LOLTERNATIVE Aquinas held Arwen's hand. "I won't go anywhere until you want me to. I promise."
