Before you get better, you must accept where you are. Allow me to explain.

You, mean, nothing. I am not writing this for you, rather for the collective whole. Everyone is bothered by what is going to happen to me, what is going to be of my life and of my times, but this is not the question and not the meaning and the reason. You think your so special and me writing this paper is all about you.
lllllllllll But it’s not. You are nothing. You are not a unique snowflake. You are not your job, not your life, not your little desires you decided to pass around to everyone around you. These are not the defining characteristics of your life. These things do not make you special or what you want to become, and unfortunately it will take a lot of work for you to get to that point.
lllllllllll
Do not think for one second that the cataclysmic end of the world will be based around you, do not even think that you will be involved; this is not about you. This is about the end of the world and everyone in it except you, and though you may be a part of this world it is not about you and rather about the collective whole. You are nothing.
lllllllllll Do you know how small you are? Do you know how tiny you are compared to the rest of the universe? 99% of the universe we are in is made up of black matter and dark energy. There is 1% matter. And of this matter, 99% of it is hydrogen. And of this 1% of all matter, around 0.05% of this is carbon. And of all the carbon in the universe, only 0.00000000000000000000000000000000001% is on earth, and of all the carbon on earth, only 0.00001% is life. And out of all the life on earth, only 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% is human. And out of all the humans, you are only 1 in six billion. You want to know how small we all are? You are only 1/6th billionth of 1 million trillionths of one billion quadrillionths of 0.05% of the 1% of all the matter, and the rest of the universe is 99% of what is left.
lllllllllll Do you know how small you are? Well now you do. You are not even spec on this universe, when the aliens come to see the planet, they will not see you, even from one hundred miles above the earth, even though if they did see us we would be a slight star or possibly hundreds of thousands of miles away, if they could see the slight twinkle of earth anyways. From the vastness of the universe, I don’t think anyone or anything could even pretend make out there was a planet earth somewhere here. And even so. When we expand all the way out to the rest of the universe, our galaxy won’t even appear. Imagine celestial bodies hundreds of billions of galaxies huge, of which, look like stars from far away, and create billions of super galaxies made up of “stars” all of which are made of galaxies. Now imagine limitless amounts of other universes, and clusters of universes, and even more clusters of those clusters of universes.
lllllllllll You are not even spec.
Now we know how small you are, now hopefully you know.

Life is horrible, but we have to get used to it, in order to get better we must be able to drop our egoes and realize who and what we are, and then improve from there!

We all have to start somewhere, it's starting that's the hard part.

And in order to start, you have to know where you are starting.

That is why we must not simply except or fear where we are, but know, know exactly where we are.

In a way, you are right.
But I disagree with you all at the same time.
Yes, some humans are worthless. But we are individual and "unique snowflakes". We all hold some purpose in life. Some, not as noticeable.
For example: A man is walking down the street and he sees a baby crawling into the road and the mother isn't paying any attention. He then sees a truck heading straight for the baby. He immediately jumps up into the road, snatches the baby, and returns her to her mother.
Is he then not an important person?
Yes, you might say that a firefighter is the most important person in a city or town. But at times, all they are able to do is put the fire out. sometimes, saving no people. Though, that doesn't make them any less important than the man who saved a baby.
Yes, no one deserves the life that has been given to them, but we all are very important.

You fail to realize the meaning. You ARE not special. And you are not unique.

You want to be unique? You want to be special? You have to work for it.

Obviously, none of us are extremely gigantic world changing people. So obviously we're the same decaying organic heap as everyone else.

If you feel bad by admitting to yourself that you need to improve, then you have a low self esteem. The last obstacle to getting better is beating yourself; once you don't care about yourself, you can do anything you want to do.

As long as you think it matters however, you will be an obstacle to yourself. It's the last step to start getting better; and the first step on a long journey ahead...

We are not important, and you cannot consider yourself as thus; drop your school teachings of "people are all special in their own way" it's bullshit.

People are all different in minute ways; It does not make us special. Saying that being different from another person makes us special is ludicrous. Rocks are different from each other, animals, rocks are different from us, does that make it important?

No, every human being is just as worthless as everything else, and the sooner we can realize this and drop our arrogance of "Humans are simply supreme" we can improve.

There are forces of nature even on this Earth that are vastly superior to any kind of energy output we could even dream of creating... and some that we don't even know exist yet. We as humans have only had recorded history as a total for 25,000 years, and even still, our information is very little in regard to the whole earth, let alone the universe.

You must understand that just becuase you exist, this does not make you special. One person can make a difference, but this does not imply that you will, or that even if you did if that made you special.

The first step to realization is understanding that your small.

Now, what isn't small? What isn't as weak?

A GROUP of humans. A group of human beings increases the strength factor multiplicative with new brains, hands, and bodies willing and capable of producing so much more energy and power than any single human alone.

You might disagree that one human can be much more powerful, but this makes you arrogant, and stupid.

You've got to realize that a group puts our more work than any single human can; groups change things from powerful, to forces of nature.

To put simply, a single rain drop does not change anything. A single drop of rain does not take down mountains, a single drop of rain does not fill up oceans, a single drop of rain does not destroy buildings, and towns, and demolish entire forests...

However, enough drops of rain, can form erosion, can form giant storms, or even better yet, hurricanes, that in single events, take down other forces of nature in single precise swipes.

As easily presented, one drop of rain does not change the world. It takes millions. The same applies to everything else in life.

Whether or not you agree is up to you. However, this must be your mindset if we are to improve.

You took a message of nihilism and turned it into motivation, no small feat that. Tell me suicide, are you a reader of Nietzsche?

No Civ, actually I am not a reader of Nihilism or Nietzsche.

Yup, just dusted off the old account. You should really pick up Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche, you might like most of it's points, I know I do.

YAY!

Aight, I'll read some, but, his name is strikingly similar to "Natzi" and I read somewhere sure that the Natzi's took a lot of points from this guy, although, I'm NOT 100% sure on that, just his whole philosophy and the idea of the "death of god" and whatnot, and possibly the uber man, or super man.

Ah yes, the Übermensch, quite an interesting thesis. Although I would like to point out that the Übermensch is a mental state, not a physical status such as Aryan. It has nothing to do with the so called "master race" and in numerous works he rants about the idiocy and evil of anti-semitics. He gets blamed for a great amount of evil though. No doubt thanks to his book A Geneology of Morals, he's more Machiavellian than Machiavelli.

(Hehe, I'll shut up now, I just enjoy philosophy and this syphilitic madman captures my attention better than most)

I must say that was rather... depressing. I'll have to think about it for a while.

Haha, it's only depressing because you feel problems about small.

Size is all relevant. Besides, being worthless means that we're all equal. Being equal is a positive notion. Due to the negative connotation applied to understanding, this what makes you feel depressed, when you should not! blaugh
