WARNING: THERE "ARE" GOING TO BE SPOILERS ON THIS THREAD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Okay if Lelouch had no intention to make a peaceful world for Nunnally and "somehow" (don't ask how its possible) took over the world (like in the series), and wanted to stay as a ruler/dictator over the world (without a planned "Zero Requiem") ...would his leadership lead the whole world to shambles or would everyone bow down under his reign (with the exception of a couple of rebels)?

"good" As in You have to like him or else you're dead, "good" as in Lulu made everyone like him with with Geass, or genuinely "good."
If it was the last option, then probably so. Lulu has been a dictator pretty much to everyone with his Geass, ruling a nation wouldn't be very different.

"Good" as in if there was someone rebelling or not following the law they would be executed without warning or use geass on them. If the whole world would suddenly rebel against Lelouch he is either gonna die or "somehow" gonna survive by using geass and his mind. And if he "somehow" wins he will recreate the whole whole with everyone under his geass.

i actually think if he actually had the desire to rule the world he would be a good ruler and everyone would like him. but he lacks that desire

Lelouch definitely has what it takes to be a powerful dictator. However, Lelouch isn't that kind of guy- he wouldn't want to live life as a dictator. He was only doing that as a part of his zero requiem plan. If Lelouch were planning to remain as emperor, he would probably be loved by his people and wouldn't have to run a dictatorship anyway. After all, he is the type which believes the strong and the weak should be treated equally, if I'm not mistaken.

It depends how he got to that position. No matter what he would be a good dictator but it really depends on how he got to that position. If he forced his way in like he did in the show then there would be a ton of rebels that he would smite with an iron fist burning_eyes . But if his ascent to power was a peaceful one that the public liked then there would be very few to no rebels and the world would be a happy place biggrin

If lelouch ever did fall from power it really wouldn't matter because he could just pull a trump card and take C.C.'s code...

Here is how I see it. If he actually had the intent of ruling Instead of just becoming emperor to die and unite the nations against one enemy. Like the saying "Then enemy of my enemy is my friend." Lelouch wouldn't be a malevolent ruler. He's seen too much crap from his childhood to be like his father.

He'd be a good dictator, people need to be controlled, just look at the real world, we're killing people for no reason now.

Yes, he would be good, but it mostly depends on who you’re asking. If you ask the Britannians, they will probably disagree, but if you ask the rest of the world, they would probably agree. However, Britannians would most likely not because they for the most part have become used to being on top and would most likely resent being “pulled down” or draw level.
And I mostly agree with all the posts above me.

I think that Lelouch would be a great dictator. After all you just need to know the fact that he hate his father, the representation of the politic of "pax britanniana" and the politic of "british superiority" that even the british royal house of our world had since the queen Victoria. This is demonstrated when he abolishes the nobility, the biggest symbol of the politic of the strong suvives and the weak die.
