Ever since I raided Hogger with a bunch of lvl 1 - 3 gnomes, I like him a lot heart
As for a real raid boss, I actually liked Attumen the Huntsman. At the beginning of Kara, he made people think a bit from the very start of the raid.

Hogger is by the most villain of the villains.. Just look in your statistics and you'll see under deaths "Death by Hogger" and if that doesn't just make him the worst of the worse, the villain of the villains, I just don't know what does.
On another note, I like General Drakkisath, Baron Rivendare and Darkmaster Gandling.. I spent many a time preBC fighting those guys. I came to know 'em and love 'em a lot... I actually kinda miss 'em now 'cause I've not seen 'em in so long.
I want a Beast plushie. Yeah, I said it.

Hmm...
I'd have to say Grobbulous because he's a challenge and i was raiding him yesterday and we failed XD it was really fun though... then out friggin huntard walked up to the boss and wiped us.. but we called it quits for the night because 2 of players DC'd and they have connection problems D:
