Well my last attempt at getting to know you guys and girls better failed because someone had already taken that topic, so I"m doing this instead. What is your favorite Pokemon type, and why?

I like Psychic pokemon because they can learn almost any move and they are really strong! But I also like Flying pokemon because they are also strong. I also like Ghost pokemon because they're just really cool and hard to get a hold of. And Fire Pokemon are awesome!
Let's just say I like a lot of Pokemon Types, lol

Dark. Because they can beat psychic and have few weakenesses. I also like how most of em have another type along with dark like dark/fire or dark/ice.

I want to say I'm inclined toward Water and Ice. I really do. But not a lot of Pokémon in those types really interest me. Just...Vaporeon, Suicune, Articuno, Glaceon...and that's it. ._.;;
That aside, I find I like the Dark and Psychic types a lot. Most of them seem pretty strong to me, and I especially like how there's a nice selection of dual-types among them.
I wonder if there will ever be a Dark/Psychic type. I think I'd become so attached to that one, LOL.

I always liked the element of ice and some ice type pokemon are pretty adorable biggrin

My favorite type would have to be water or electric. It's mostly because I think that a lot of my favorite cute pokemon are of these types ^^;

It's a tie between fire and water. I've been in love with the raw power presented in the fire type Pokes (and the element in general) when I was younger.
Now that I'm a bit older, I've found myself falling in love with the water type Pokes, who like their element have incredibly wide ranges, shapes and sizes, as well as abilities. They've added all sorts of fun to making a mono team and a lot of them are fun to use in battle (because they're either incredibly: strong, cute, weird, or just ftw...? XD)

Well, ever since I got my chikorita, I've been in love with the Grass type. I just love the element and the color isn't too bad either. (GREEN PWNS ALL! BWAHAHAHA- cough) If I were to make a team of Grass Pokemon, I'd go with Meganium, Bellossom, Maybe Venusaur, Celebi (I wish), Jumpluff, and Breloom.
Second place would be psychic.

I like grass and bug types, but as fire is the single most popular type out there (don't deny it) I have to find many ways around this glaring weakness. Namely, Earthquake (mwahahahaha).
I also love flying types, but it also seems like a glaring weakness to be so weak to rock and electricity. On a similar note, I am habitually afraid of using dual-type pokemon because of the occasional x4 weakness (my poor, poor scyther. Never saw those sliding rocks coming).
Also, I have a certain fondness for ground, and have since I caught my first Sandshrew. Such a cute little sand-ninja. Too bad I replaced my started with him and forgot about the first person in the original Elite 4, who specializes in taking down my sand ninja sad .
