Been hoping to maybe cosplay as Rinku from Yu Yu Hakusho at next year's con, as well as Rally Dawson (Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds), but so far those are both looking like I might not be able to afford them... (waaah)
The only costume that I'll definitely be sure to have for the next con is the "Konoha Gakuen Den" version of Choji Akimichi from Naruto.

My brother's going to be Fursuit/Mascot Snorlax from Pokemon. @_@ If we can pull it off, it's our first time making a fursuit, and have NO clue what we're doing.

I'm planning on going as Lightning from FFXiii on Friday, Fate Testarossa from Nanoha, and Gir from Invader Zim on Sunday. I have to start planning ahead because I am making two of the costumes and Lightning's sword is going to be a hell of a challenge. Then I have to make Fate's Scythe... yeah that is going to be tough.

sadly i didn't rly cosplay as any1 last year…v_v…BUT…i'm most def. go'n as Karin from Naruto Shippuden cool
*edit*: tho, i was originally gonna cosplay as Haku from Naruto, but idk how to make the mask dat he wears…>_<

I am actually not making one for myself yet... me and my mother got too involved in a amusing endeavor... one of our guy friends saw the lolita panel I filmed and was like "well I could see myself in one of those maybe" and we jumped at the chance smile so we are making a frilly lolita dress for him. A ton of lace is going on this dress and it is well under way. WIN

I'm being very ambitious because this is my first year I plan on cosplaying and I want to do three different characters, one each day. I also might just use one for AkiCon (Everett, November) if I can get my things together and find my own place before then. Then I'd only do two at SC.
I want to cosplay as Real Mayer from Ergo Proxy
Gene Starwind from Outlaw Star (I saw a guy this last con dressed as him an I instantly thought "yes, that's going to be me next year")
And Amon from Witch Hunter Robin.
Too ambitious, perhaps?

I plan on finishing Ion Fortuna (Trinity Blood) for this year, and prolly bringing out Charlotte (Magical Cat Girl Taruto) again, once I re-vamp the ears and tail.
