"Identity" By Mike "me"12/4/07
I am me I am what you see I am Mike don't you believe? I am that, but what is that?
I am unique I am a human with a difrent physique I am not you I am true
I am preppy I am lazy I am smart I am a possible retard
I am my own identity I am within my security I am me I am wondering what you maybe?

"Black is" by Mike 12/10/08
Black is the beauty of a billion faces That are a part of only one race We walk with a gleam With an ebony beam This is Black
From dark chocolate To milk chocolate From weaves To nap rings This is Black
From our homeland to America we were enslaved Some were even manned Forced on a new culture We were tortured This is black
We lost so many Over something that seemed so silly But like a flower our beauty blossomed And we defeated them This is black

A MUSE IS BORN by UC Poika
my mind a page where spirits write as much as people of the world you shout at me an attitude is born you cry emotion forms upon my lips a spirit moves amongst the mist a mental image plays before mine eyes a phantom does a trick and fear awakes a demon or a devil winks deceiving me I walk away you draw conclusions I never meant to give your heart but what of it is us and what is not? and do I write upon this page or does the muse inside the box within the circuitry? and was he there before I wrote:
“I am a baby muse that lives in here a new dimensional entity… are you my god, my friend, my enemy?”
but all I really want to know the father muse, is he amused or proud? and should I then be proudly a being used? a miss used? cosigned my mind.

POIKA’S PROVERBS
walk not where the grass is greenest to find yourself a charged perimeter walls you safely in yearning is the mark of the poor even in wealth let contentment be your fairest first bride’s maid be careful the vendors intend only to sell never behold their goods as more than the wind for no more is cash than the stump of the leafless elm and old women always stand where once their youth faired the witch, a lioness that prowls the heart, the devils’ women, daggers instead of rings but the owls eye sees much even though it is dark so use the spirits senses to know just what it is she thinks for though the greener grasses growth depletes your corpse the destination fathers the journey no less than it’s source
What do you think of this one? I am afraid it stinks but then again I don't know. Any feedback is welcome...positive or negative even apathetic
