Welcome to the Coven's little party thread. I think the title is, uh, self-explanatory, but anyway. MAIN THREAD OF ALL PARTY EVENTS FOR PARTY 2005. Where party-chatting will happen. Since Aylia is lazy and busy and stuff, I, Sybex, will be... doing... things like this. Anyway, we still neeeeeeeeeeeed:
- Two or three people to send out notices to members to tell them of the party.
- Someone to run the avatar contest.
- Someone to run the writing contest.
If you can't scrounge up any prizes for a contest but you want to manage one, tell me, and I'll just draw avatars as prizes but you'll be running everything.

Oh, and, the main point of this party is to bring the guild together and talk about, 'ya know, what you did for Samhain and things like that.
And since it's kind of boring to just chat about snow and leaves and metaphysical happenings in a plain, dull thread, a wee description of the thread in an RP-like manner (actually role-playing is entirely optional).
The building is a two-story brick house. A small pentacle hangs on the ornate wooden door, long purple curtains hanging in the iced-over window next to it. Inside, the first room is small and warm, with dim lighting from a fireplace and candles, and a smell of cider and burning wood. There are two cushy chairs by the fire and an old red sofa backed against the wall. The next room is meant for dancing, taking up the rest of the first floor (with the exception of the bathroom). The floor is hardwood. A long, food-and-punch-ladden table is placed four feet from the wide glass doors at the end of the room. The upstairs is, uh... whatever the hell you want it to be. EXCEPT what you always see in horror movies where the chick and dude are "messing around" and then the creepy guy comes out of the closet and kills them.
