Well, we all need our daily dose of comedy, otherwise life would be horribly dull and boring.
So who are your favorite comedians, and why?
Mine are:
Demitri Martin.
Hugh Laurie coupled with Stephen Fry.
Jeff Dunham.
Brian Regan.
And while you're answering the question of your favorite comedians, go on and add what types of comedy you like.
My two favorites are sketch comedy and stand up, but I'm open to others, like ventriloquism. Thing is, you have to be really good at ventriloquism.

I also love this guy whose name I always seem to forget, he had this special a few nights ago called "Crooked Finger", which I found fresh in an old way.

Well, that's sort of ridiculously long for off the top of my head. To really make the point, I enjoy all kinds of comedy. From political satire to South Park to stand up and even physical humour that shows up in movies.

i would say my favorite is Eddie Murphy. I also like:
Demitri Martin, Dave Chappell, Robin Williams, Micheal MacDonald, Jeff Dunham, and I know he's not really a comedian, more of an actor, but Will Ferall.
