Ok, I have finals at the end of the month, then I get to go home for the summer. Unfortunatly I won't have 24 hour internet access like I do now, and is a pretty good bet that I won't be one every day. (I still don't think we have internet at home. Matter of fact, I think my photoshop computer is the only one that works besides my laptop.) I'd have to make a 15-20 minute trip to the nearest working internet, that's gonna cost gas, which is going to involve a summer job, which will probably lessen my internet time.
That said, I do have an idea for a project for the guild. Since I won't be on everyday, I thought I'd make something for the guild so I'm doing something...
I don't have flash, but I do know how to work moviemaker...and depending on how much free time I'll have, could make a small music vidio / commercial / intro for the guild, featuring some of the major happenings and characters. It will probably be in black and white because summer usually flys by, and photoshoping every scene I draw out would take more time.
I could also work on picture requests and such since I'll probably have a lot more access to my photoshop.
So, couple questions, and please let me know before the end of the month.
1. Anyone interested in this idea? Depending on how I get it uploaded, it could be put on the main page, or used as advertisement or whatever you'd like.
2. What song would be good for the guild? I'll probably only have time to make one movie, so we'd need something that eveyone likes / I can find and download somehow so I could use.
3. What scenes and characters you would like to be featured.
If a character you're RPing, what you would like them to be doing.
4. Any drawing / character requests you have so that I know what else to work on while I have access to photoshop. (I loooove coloring with my photoshop heart )
And that's it. If I get a good one made, and everyone likes it, I may do black and white movies for other characters or anything else anyone would like. Unfortunately these will probably be commissions instead of freebies. Price will probably depend on how much is wanted / how long it takes me to make it.

I think you should focus on the unique encounters created by our guild like Supergirl with the Blood creature or Scarecrow's new appearance, you know, stuff that isn't in the comics, but we created ourselves. Try to determine the greatest scenes this guild has had as in the RP section that seemed to be the most epic. In my experience, songs used with an orchestra often can go good with action scenes. The Commissar and Greed are characters I wouldn't mind seeing put in a trailer or even the new Scarecrow. If anything, you could always just skip the individual scenes and do a big battle like the Ultimate Showdown video. I would like to see Greed fighting one of the other Symbiotes or the Commissar fighting another hero (doesn't matter who.) I would also like to see new Scarecrow laughing since a burn victim laughing would be awesome to have in a trailer, especially for the part I have coming up where Scarecrow first sees his new face due to the burning by War Machine.

I agree with Minron, why don't you just do two pictures for me, one with Sapphire and Chaos fighting [for your long undated Deviant Art! wink ] and one of X vs all the heroes and villains like my first major plan or just X holding a mixture of two worlds.
Akuma fighting Wolverine and Scorpion fighting Batman would be pretty cool to see too.

gonk I knoowww...I haven't had much time to draw, for my deviantart...I'm glad to hear that someone's still watching me though. 3nodding
As for the fight for the pictures I'd started for you...I had the one of X holding the worlds done, but I forget if I uploaded or not. I have a feeling I started to photoshop it, and if I did then it's in wierd file that I can't get into because my laptop doesn't have photoshop.
I couldn't get the one with chaos and Venom to lookright, I'll try and re-do it at a different angle...and I can't decide on a pose for sapphire and chaos. gonk Do I make it an even fight, do I give chaos victory, a comic scene...can't decide. What you think?

I have some experience with Windows Movie Maker. Like my Rogue AMV is very popular. Almost 43K views, about 80 rates ranking up to 5 stars and always talked about in comments by fans of Rogue and Ms Marvel. Here's the link to my video. I can't do any voices though because well I'm still recovering from Oral Surgery, plus I can't voice act. For work status, Florida is pretty bad with job openings so I can start anytime. If you want me to do it, it would help having details of anything specific to add to the ad, like music, pics and movie scenes, ect. I do recommend X-men characters since they seem to be the rage at the moment thanks to Wolverine's movie.

You know, most I can do is pictures or drawing them out bit by bit and put them together to make them look like they're moving. (like a flipbook kind of)
I really don't know how to get / download movie clips onto my laptop or anything. that would help.

Hmm we could always team up and do a video. Some of the best vids I saw on Youtube involved people teaming up. Like since I got recording programs on my PC I can record various scenes and videos, Make it like a combination of Slide shows, and actual show clips maybe. (I've seen this work before, it worked pretty well with some of them.) There's a website where you can download videos from Youtube in case you wanna roll solo. Like you can download Marvel/DC shows through this, chop it up to be anyway you want it. I used this thing once to get my videos onto the new pc of mine. (Sadly some were removed before I had the chance to make copies crying ) If we were to work together we can make sample pieces, upload to Youtube and compare which would mix best, use the site below to download each others goods and combine them. This sounds awesome. I agree with what everyone's said about epic scenes that are specific to this guild... Maybe I can commission something... Except that I'm probably not going to have a lot of time, either. xp

Anything that is kind of featured in the guild character wise. I can work on stuff with original characters and things that would be hard to find in movies/cartoons and such. Whatever you can put together. smile

Ok I managed to record and collect some clips of this and that. Here's a list of what I got so far.

Just as an Update I threw this random stuff together. The idea I had for this piece was to make it like an advertised commercial Question saw on the Internet. So I'll probably try to voice act for the first time in Questions spot and mention a few things about the guild. Since this is a Test post, I'll of course add more and edit a lot more. Anyway You guys tell me what you all think, I'm always open for suggestions for the advertisement. Here's the thing.
