INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Vampires & Wolves 2: Clan Life! The once-peaceful forest is in peril, and it's up to you to either help or hinder its inhabitants. What path will you choose??? Read on to learn more... The vampires and wolves have lived peacefully in the Enchanted Woodland for centuries, but now an evil greater than ever before has risen in the forest: shape-shifters. How will you save your homeland? Will you join the dark forces? Or perhaps you'd rather stay neutral? It's all up to you in this exciting new RP. Some features of this RP:
Play as a wolf, vampire, or shape-shifter
Completely customize your character
Be part of a pack or coven, or just live by yourself as a loner
Choose whether to be good, evil, or neutral
Is more organized and has a better plot than the first Vampires & Wolves RP
It's incredibly easy to join in on the fun; just fill out a quick profile skelly and put that in your first post
Check out the Updates from time to time to be informed about any important developments, such as new characters, exciting happenings in the plot, and rule changes

STORYLINE
No matter what species your character is, the plot remains essentially the same. However, there are many different sides to every story... If you are a vampire...Coven: You and the rest of the vampires in your coven have lived peacefully in the Enchanted Woodland for many years. Although the wolves, your natural enemies, are residing nearby, you've had no conflict with them and stayed off their territory. In return, they've let you be. But lately, strange things have been happening. Prey is disappearing. Plants are slowly dying. Less water flows in the stream. Worse yet, the wolves have been attacking your coven for no apparent reason. You've finally had enough. What will you and your fellow vampires do to get to the bottom of this??? Will you fight back or negotiate with the wolves??? It's a life or death decision...Loner: You've just come to the Enchanted Woodland. Somehow, it seems as if it is dying and plagued with an unseen evil. You hear menacing voices coming from nowhere in particular. "JOIN... US...," they say. "TAKE... OVER...." Will you help these evil forces destroy the forest??? Or will you stay neutral like you have for most of your life??? Your choice.If you are a wolf...Pack: You and your pack have resided in the Enchanted Woodland all your lives. When the vampire covens arrived, your pack agreed not to hunt them if they stayed off your territory. The treaty has been honored without question, but now, centuries later, odd things are happening. Prey is running out. Plants are withering. The water supply is dangerously low. You and the rest of your pack have assumed that it is the vampires' doing and have been attacking them, but nothing has been solved. Will your pack continue to raid the vampires??? Or will you convince your pack that they aren't the cause??? How will you solve the crisis???Loner: You've lived alone in the Enchanted for many years, with no communication with other wolves. You are well in tune with nature because of this. Lately, you've sensed great tension throughout the forest. You also sense evil. Many things are dying and fading away. Voices are trying to get you to come to the dark side. "JOIN... US... OR... DIE...," they threaten. Will you join them??? Or will you keep your relationship with nature and fight for justice???If you are a shape-shifter...NOTE: In this RP, shape-shifters are evil. Sorry, but that's just the way it is. We need bad guys. BTW, you're the voices.For countless years, you've lived in this h***, bound to stay here in the Enchanted Woodland for all eternity. You were banished here long ago, doomed to suffer for the many terrible crimes you committed in your previous life. You're under a curse that renders you utterly helpless and alone, so you're constantly having to dodge thirsty vampires and hungry wolves, as well as other creatures. You've finally reached your limit. You're ravenous for revenge, so you strike a deal with Death. If you can get rid of all the vampires and wolves, you'll gain complete control of the Enchanted Woodland. You've been killing off prey, vegetation, and water with your newly found powers in hopes of causing a pointless war between the vampire and wolf clans. Your plan worked. Now you must somehow kill them off, using the chaos as a disguise. But some members of the clans are coming to their senses and trying to rebel against the real cause of their misery. How will you finish your job??? Or will you be defeated in the end??? Your fate (and other shape-shifters' fates) rests in your own hands...

RULES AND GUIDELINES
Time for rules! Yay! ...Not. Okay, nobody really likes rules, but we all have to follow them whether we like them or not. Otherwise the world would be full of death, dying and destruction. So lo and behold the rules of the RP! 1. Follow these rules and guidelines, RP rules and guidelines (which are almost identical to these), guild rules and guidelines, Gaia rules and guidelines, Gaia ToS, and Gaia safety tips. 2. You won't be banned for inactivity, but please try to be as active as possible. 3. No cheating, phishing, scamming, flaming, trolling, etc. 4. Post your character's profile in your first post. You may post ideas for other peoples' characters in the Library. 5. Be respectful of others. Follow the Golden Rule. 3nodding 6. Punishments for breaking rules go in this order: -warning -blacklist -temporary ban -permanent ban 7. Doing something extra good (donating, posting a lot, etc.) gets you on the whitelist. whee 8. NOTHING ABOVE PG-13!!!!!!!!! That basically means that violence and romance is allowed, just don't go overboard, please. Nobody wants all the tiny (and sometimes gross) details of a relationship or a war. Especially me. xp 9. It's a good idea to bookmark this role play before it's lost in all the other role plays. 10. dont use a bunch o txt talk. it drives ppl insane. *screams at u*

I encourage you to spread the word so more people participate!!! 5/8/09 at 7:36 PM: What's Happening in the Story NowSo far, Eclipse has been worried about the food and water shortages. Meanwhile, Zoey is fretting over the loss of her coven. Marcus peers at her from behind a bush and plots his revenge. Zoey sees him and they have an argument, then Zoey stomps off. Marcus flies away to find the pack he'd been staying with. Later, Shadow wanders into Eclipse's den. Eclipse demands to know why he is there, but suddenly notices that Zoey is there. Zoey taunts Eclipse and dodges all of her attacks. Eclipse, filled to the brim with rage, wants to know why the vampires are stealing away all the wolves' resources. Little does Eclipse know that it was the shape-shifters' doing. That's the story as of now. How will it develop? Time will tell... 6/10/09 at 9:21 AM: Holy Shiz!!!When the guild was spotlighted, this RP exploded back to life! Now there are tons of pages of nonsense and the like. A few RP veterans (including me) created new characters because they were left in the dust. New plot developments are taking place and exciting occurrences are taking place all over the Enchanted Woodland. What will happen next???

Name: Eclipse Species: wolf Gender: female Clan: Moonshadow Clan Rank: leader Bio: The Moonshadow pack was one of the first wolf packs to live in the Enchanted Woodland. They helped to create the treaty between wolves and vampires and make sure it is followed. Eclipse is the leader of the Moonshadow pack and is compassionate toward all living creatures, but she can stand her ground and defend her pack if necessary. She has no family and is currently single. Pictures:

She watched the treaty agreement, then let her self be known. She has gained respect from Eclipse, so she is now beta.  Name: Marcus Species: Shape-shifter Gender: Male Clan: N/A Clan Rank: N/A Bio: Originally had a mate, but she was killed by vampires. Marcus no longer trusts vampires and often sides with the werewolves. He aided the werewolves in the attack against Zoey's coven, angered by his loss. He had no reason to beleive that her coven held the one who killed his mate, and so he searched for them even now. He holds a pesonal vendetta against all vampires, and can often be found taking shelter in a pack, hiding as a wolf, or as freinds with the pack. Pictures:

Eclipse sat down in her den and twitched her tail anxiously. Everyone in the pack had been rationing the remaining food and water in order to survive the extreme shortages. Eclipse hadn't eaten any meat in two days and was worried that she wouldn't have the strength to defend their territory from vampires. They had recently raided a nearby coven and killed off most of the vampires there, but some had escaped and probably were thirsty for revenge. To make things worse, nothing had improved. How could this have happened? We've lived in peace for centuries, but now blood is constantly being shed. But how can we negotiate with the vampires? They'll attack us on sight...

((Aelita, you know this, but since my computer is ten years old, I need to ask, is cussing allowed? 'Cause my computer won't show the recap, and I forget from page to page, especially when pages load in a span of five to ten minutes. Also, I'm really mad at my science teacher, making us spell deoxyribonucleic acid! now it's stuck in my head. Thanks alot.....btw, on the 26 through the 29 of this month, I'll be at camp with all the students in my grade! boo-yah! so, i won't be able to post. sorry! but, on the bright side, for me, i hear that there is a huge water slide and diving board there! so that's sweet.))
Zoey was sitting on a rock, thinking about her family and friends that were lost. Those wolves, they killed them. The most important people in my life. I'll get my revenge, I swear on it. she thought, starting a dry sob. "I can't believe...that..." she stopped mid-sentence and burst out a wail as a branch from the tree she was under fell. It didn't hurt her, but it really was shocking. "Omigosh....omigosh....omigosh"
