Weyrborn Nandeli isn't called The Nose without reason. Renowned for knowing the dirt on just about everybody in the Weyr, Nan lives and breathes gossip. Heck, she probably starts half of it just based on snippets of conversations she’s heard when she’s eavesdropping. Wait, did we say eavesdropping? No, no, she doesn’t eavesdrop (the nerve!). She collects information. It’s a fine art it is, and one she has a great deal of practice in. Nan puts new meaning to the phrase ‘the walls have ears’, and with her vivid imagination she’s a walking nightmare for anyone who’s got something to hide (or just anyone really).

Any new arrival to the Weyr, especially a candidate, is subjected to her version of a ‘welcome party’, which consists of her talking their ear off and asking a lot of questions about their life. If she seemed genuinely interested it’s because she is. She likes knowing about people. She just likes knowing about their secret scandals better. And she admits it. She's also a total sucker for any sort of forbidden romance, and will even go so far as to play the role of matchmaker herself. Nothing beats hooking up two people who were just destined for each other.

Now that we've got the intro out of the way, we'll get right down to what is offered.

What Nan will do:
- Start rumours about your character
- Follow up on rumours
- Try and pair two people (or more) together she thinks are destined for each other
- Share information with other people
- Attack unsuspecting candidates and demand they tell her all they know
- Be incredibly silly
- Be a fangirl
- Be able to recognize anyone who was born in the Weyr and grew up with her

What Nan will not do:
- Start nasty or slanderous rumours; the majority of her gossip is about secret relationships and trivial information – she doesn't go out of her way to hurt people
- Stop talking about people because someone tells her not to (XD)
- Know all of your character's secrets and their whole backstory because I read it in their profile; chances are she'll recognize people and know their names, but only people in her own age group would be the ones she knows well enough to identify

- Kiriwar and Davian? Fact not rumour! Don't they look just adorable together? >w<
- Attention all adorable boys! (And maybe adorable ladies). Are you looking for a boy that's tough, rough and thinks he's straight? Well then keep your eyes open for Bevan. Find the love of your dreams beneath that tough outer surface! (You know you wanna~)
- Klah-Off Romance? Does Nelioa really have a crush on Sovann? You heard it from us first! She stopped choking to death after the noble Sovann swooped in and kissed her on the cheek. Make of it what you will, but we think something's going down!
- We're also looking for some girls and boys of all different types to try out Sovann's sexuality. The bolder the better! Find Nan in the peeling corner to discuss the details.

Also, I heard it through the grapevine that some eyebrows are being raised over the apparent familiarity between Emori and bronzerider S'kagi. He's much too old for her, amirite?

Lawl... I have no idea what you could do with them, but Annelie and Ferris are both usable for any needs of THE NOSE.

@Lumenne - Oooooh, definitely. <3 Nan would be all over the Emori/S'kagi thing, especially if she gets wind that Emori was picked as a demonstrator for the Weyrling lessons ;3

And she would love to meet Kaskel, especially since he's on the older end and he's got an interesting background. Don't meet a male who works with kids every day.

You're free to include Gawyn and Zarine in any Nan related gossip. She'd have grown up with Gawyn, and he's a horribly big, flirt so I'm sure she'd have something to say about him.
