History:
Billys life on earth was one of short and brief time, Dieing at the young age of twenty one she never really experienced much. Life as a human was simple, short and sweet, Well not so sweet in her eyes. Dying was one of the best things she considered to of ever happened to her, now living as a shinigami she felt like her time had meaning an a place to be.

~Techniques~

Bakudou #9 - Geki ("Conquer") Surrounds the target in a red light that restricts movement.
Incantation: Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat.

Bakudo - 54 - Room of Damnation - Four giant wall surround target(s) then fire out millions of black chains from all directions and tie them up. The walls then disappear and leave the target(s) trapped -
Demonic Milita, ambush and trap the weak within your grasp for all of eternity!

Bakudou #58 - Kakushitsuijaku ("Call forth the tracing sparrow") Traces the location of a target soul.
Incantation: Heart of the south, eye of the north, fingertip of the west, heel of the east, gather by wind, and scatter by rain.

Bakudou #61 - Rikujoukourou ("Six staves of binding light") Movement of the opponent is bound by six bands of light.

Bakudo - 64 - Ultimate Shappire Barrier - Surrounds target(s) in a giant dome shaped blue barrier -
Sever the lines between light and darkness, trap all within the confines of your energy!

Bakudou #75 - Gochuutekkan ("Five pillar iron brace") An iron chain is fastened, then five pillars seal the target's whole body.
Incantation: Wall of iron sand, pagoda of priestly form, shimmering fireflies of iron, fill until the silent end.

Bakudou #77 - Tenteikuura ("Heavenly rickshaw of the silky sky") Directly relays a message to any number of target souls.
Incantation: Net of black and white, 22 bridges, 66 peerless domains, footprints, distant thunder, crest of the mountains, volatile earth, enshroud by night, sea of clouds, blue formations, rise into the towering circle and charge across the heavens.

Bakudou #99 - Kin ("Seal") Partly immobilizes the target's body.

Bakudou #99 Second Style - Bankin ("Complete seal") The first song called shiryuu ("halting wrap") constricts the target with a bandage-like cloth. The second song called hyakurensan ("100 joined locks") pierces the target the timber. The final song called bankin taihou ("final prohibition, immense seal") drops an immense boulder over the target.


Hadou:

Hadou #4 - Byakurai ("White lightning") Fires a bolt of lightning from the caster's finger.

Hadou 5: Black Thunder
Sends a wave of reiatsu at the opponent. The reiatsu is vibrating at a high frequency and emits a thunderous like sound as it pasts by. The wave of reiatsu also is normally black unless someone with horrible kido skills uses it, in which it is grayish in color, sometimes a very pale gray. Component spell in Spell Chain number 1: Sounds of the Storm.
May the black sounds of those that have felt death emit and destroy.

Hadou 6: Blade of Flame
Creates a sword shaped item of fire. The sword-like item maybe thrown, but cannot travel beyond 3 yards. The kido ability lasts as long as the user keeps his hand in a fist position. It cannot block a solid object and has limited attack blocking abilities.
Burn of the blades that have been lost.


Hadou #31 - Shakkahou ("Red Flame Gun") Attacks the target with a red blast of fire.
Incantation: Oh ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Scorching heat and disorder, evolve the transposition of the southern sea barrier.

Hadou #33 - Soukatsui ("Blue Fireball") Fires blue fire blasts at the target.
Incantation: Oh ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Truth and temperance, strike but slightly your claw upon this wall which feigns ignorance of sin!

Hado - 47 - Diamond Stalagmites - Pireces target(s) with giant crystal-like stalagmites from multiple directions. If pirecing the target(s) is successful, the stalagmites will shatter seconds later - Take no prisioners; surround, trap and desimate those who stand in the way of all that is light!

Hadou #54 - Haien ("Incinerating Flame") Completely detroys a target by burning it to ash.

Hado - 62 - Destructive Onyx Wave - User places both hands together, making the shape of a diamond with them and then aims at target(s) and fires off a large diamond-shaped blast -
Gather energy from the darkness of the universe; now take aim and obliterate!

Hadou #63 - Raikouhou ("Roaring Thunder Burn") Calls forth a wave of thunder that seeks the target.
Incantation: Bone of a straggling beast, spire, crimson crystal, disc of steel, when the wind shifts, and the emptiness ceases, let the clash of lances resonate through the relinquished castle.

Hadou #90 - Kurohitsugi ("Black Coffin") Summons a black coffin, which surrounds, then severly damages the target.

Hado - 100 - Storm Cannon - Charges an intense burst of reitsu into the users hand and then releases it upon the completion of the incantation or upon the command "Fire". The attack takes a varying amount of time to prepare but can be deavasting if charged to it's full potential. Has only been recoreded used once by Might Kyske in a fight with a Menos Grande, and as such is believed to be another ability given to him by his.

Shyunpa- A high level shinigami art that allows the user/shinigami to "warp" one's self (entire body) to another place.

~Zanpakuto~

Appearance: Hand Guard looks like a plus with small oval blades on top. Handle and blade are longer than average katanas.

Shikai name: Altitude Icicle Range.
Shikai appearance: Handle becomes longer for two handed combat. Blade turns dark blue, handle metallic black. Blades on hand guard point outward and are also larger. Can convert into a Naginata form.
Ability: Blade itself is below measurable temperature. Lowers the temperature of whatever it strikes, soul reaper, hollow, or even Zanpaktou.

Bankai: Glacial Horror Icicle Range.
Bankai appearance: Naginata turns to halbred as the blade becomes encased in ice.
Bankai attack: Darkness emerges off of handle and covers area. Along with the darkness is a bitter cold snow which slows reactions and causes drowsiness. The main attack comes when the halbred is spun, splitting it's image and then charging at the enemy further disorienting them.

~Vizard Mask~

Vizard Mask: Vizard Mask. (Speed)

Inner Hollow: Intelligent and conscious.

Hollow Powers: Her Speed dramatically increases making her almost impossible to track with normal eyes, and her strength also increases but only slightly compared to the speed.

Hollow Control: In hollow form Billy is able to be also fully conscious of her actions, but her mind set changes from one of strategical to brash. Her attacks rely on onslaught rather than positioning. ( Remains Unkown to her till vizards appear in Guild)

Sealed Appearance:
That of a small guitar pick with the shinigami symbol. Often on a necklace around Kenji's neck. When struck across the air it's able to send off a small blast of sound although comparitively harmless expect for a minor headache.


Personality:
A rocker at heart he refers to every battle as a 'gig'. He likes to show his skills improve and how good he is, espically to those he admires. A hard worker when it comes to fighting he is more laid back in general. Enjoying the fruit's of his shinigami life. He espically likes women as he cannot get enough of women often trying to get women to make into his harem. Loud and rude cannot begin to describe many of his antics.

History:
Knowing really nothing of his life 'before' expect that it was always silence, which he detested. He became a loud and noisy prospect in the shinigami academy after he had shown an attuned power in reiatsu and was always hungry as a result. When trying to see what squad he would join he saw th fight between Kenpachi's and was inspired to join Squad 11, as a result he does not view fighting as life or death, But rather as a show or a gig depending on the nature of the fight.

81.Danku-Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall.

31.Shakkahō-Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
Incantation-"Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"





Activation: "Let's get this party started, Yurasuro-ru!"
Shikai:
Yurasuro-ru glows and transforming into a red 1961 Gibson EB-0. By striking the guitar, powerful sound waves mixed with reiatsu erupt from it and get not only damage a person's ears but rip apart metal in close proximity. Depending on how he plays, if it's loud and harsh it can be destructive but also when he strums it, it can create a sort of sleep spell over oppenants to lull them into a trance. The guitar can be used for regular offensive and defensive purproses however Kenji dislikes using it that way, stating it as barbaric.


Activation: "Let me play your final song, Shuukyoku-Yurasuro-ru
Bankai:
The gibson transforms into a Gibson EDS-1275, double neck guitar. As well surrounding him are 8 (3x3) speakers that float around that can transfer the sound waves in any direction. Or group together and create a powerful blast of sound. These speakers can also block attacks albeit they would explode into a powerful explosion of reiatsu as a a result. Each speaker over time gather reiatsu from both user and anyone Kenji dubs as the 'audience' A select group he pin-points in his mind.
Formations:
The First Beat- A powerful blast of all the speakers togethers that comes from all sides.

The Lullaby- A more advanced version of his hypnotic song from his shikai. Whence played the entire area will be placed under the hypnotic spell, expect for those who are not in his 'audience' or are unable to hear the music. This can also be pin-pointed on one target rather than a large area and it becomes more focused.

The Finale- A powerful blast the speakers surround the target and then Kenji plucks a final note causing all the speakers to erupt and engulf the target in a destructive blast.

Encore-From the remenants of the explosion the reiatsu that was stored into the guitar, funnels into him and heals any injuries or goes those who he wants. As well this can also be act early one albeit much weaker.
