M'kay, so I got a PM a while ago from Jan, the head of the zOMG Elites saying pretty much the same thing it did last time: "We suspect that one of your members is targeting our members".
Now, there are 2 things we need to cover about this: first off, if you're recruiting (and we could use some more people for that), ask if they're in a clan first. This will be our official policy: if they say 'no', offer them a place here. If they say yes, but they want to leave and join ours (who wouldn't, right? wink ), get a screenshot, quote, PM it to a VC, whatever. As long as you have evidence that the person said they wanted to leave and join us, great. If they say no, don't peer-pressure them or say something like "Cap'n Jack will give you gold!", etc.
Secondly, if someone from one of the other clans is pressuring you, tell us (once again, with evidence of what they said) and we'll handle it.
I don't care if they're in 1st, second,8th, or have every other member on Gaia, it's our responsibility to look out for one another. If you're conducting clan business outside, be careful.

As you've no doubt seen with their disappearing recruitment mule, they seem to be doing a little bit of....recon. So, I'd ask that our members show them the same respect and courtesy that we show our own members.

I don't care who said I was, I was sending out a lot of invites because I was happy to have gotten my job back and a couple accidentally went to some people in the Elites. I admit I should research a little more into the people I invite to make sure they are not in a clan but still I'm doing the best I can in terms of recruitment.

I admit I should research a little more into the people I invite to make sure they are not in a clan but still I'm doing the best I can in terms of recruitment. i believe you. everybody makes mistakes :3 if you keep making the same mistake, however, (like some other clans) then it's more of a problem then a mistake... but you haven't done that

I know. 3nodding He showed me the PM (I always ask for evidence in these cases; it's in my nature). Accidents happen, and you were apparently taking some strong stuff at the time (hope you're feeling better). We science-types have a very strict rule: Correlation does not imply causation. Other than that, you've done pretty good. We're proud of you 3nodding (even though there's been a couple bumps here n' there sweatdrop ). BTW, the thread Jack locked up is being kept for evidence.
