I'm 23 years old if no one knew but I have to say I have a love of the old music. and I mean OLD. I have an old rap song as the last song on my playlist on my profile called "Planet rock". Do you have any favorite old songs fellow geezers? surprised

I prefer older music to a lot of the stuff out now. I like Heart "Barracuda", The Police "Every Breath You Take", and I love that "Planet Rock" song, too! lol... Those were the days *remembers dancing to "planet rock" and "push-it" with friends as a kid*

You guys are so cute, calling this music old. wink My oldies are Monteverdi's "Corona di Poppea," Hildegaard of Bingen's, "O virga ac diadema," and loads of Jewish liturgical and folk music (nigunim, chants, songs to the Sabbath) simply called "traditional" because they were created so long ago that there is no known composer.
But for what you guys are calling oldies, I'll take "I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine" as sung by Patti Page.

sweatdrop I love Simon and Garfunkel. I love their happy, mellow sound. Actually, all the old music like that I love. All the "Hippie" music. xd I dunno, I just think it's pretty and nice. I just saw "Watchmen" and they have A LOT of old music in it. It was amazing.
