To be an Elite you just have to do one simple thing.
Recruit. The more people you recruit, the higher up you'll get.
10 people= Crew
100= Vice Captain
There are clauses to this as well.
1) There has to be no penalties against you. Meaning, if I had to tell you to stop something then you are automatically disqualified for this.
2) Those you recruit have to be active. If they have any reason to not be active, they run it through the recruiter and then forward the message to me if it is legitimate.
3) You have to show good leadership skills and be active within the guild. If I don't think you are active then I'll tell you so. Just ask me in a pm.
Questions you might have.
Q:How will you know who I recruited?
A:If they fill out the request form correctly it will have a spot for who referred them. Thats how I'll know.
Q:Is this the only way to get promoted?
A:No. I can and will do random promotions. If you ask, you won't get it. Period. So don't ask.
