"Thanks Val! I will be back later tonight." Techno smiled happily and ran out the door, Beta following behind quickly. Val had granted her permission to go back to the city today. She had her allowance and was out to by a new part for Beta and some candy. It had been what seemed like ages since she had went to that candy store.
When she got the part, after three hours of searching, she went over to the candy store and looked at all the different types of candy in the window. She caught her reflection and couldn't help but to stare, she was taller and was taking shape now..Ethan picked on her because of it.
"Well Beta," Beta seemed to be acting differently, he clicked then raced off in a different direction back into the forest. "Beta wait!" She ran after him and then just ended up following him to where he was going.
He kept saying "Locating Lyric.." A lot and she started to wonder why he was looking for Lyric. Like the candy store it had been ages since she last saw him. She was more worried he wouldn't remember her.

Lyric was composing a new song, one about loss and sadness. He didn't know where it came from, but he let it flow though him. Sometimes he thought he was a vessel for music to use, instead of writing it himself.
He heard a sound then, but wasn't sure what it was. He got up from the rock he was sitting on a looked all around him. "Hello?" He hoped it wasn't something bad.

Beta stopped in front of Lyric and completely shut down after saying "Lyric located. Mission complete."
Techno walked over and picked up Beta. "I swear, Beta, if you ever do that to me.." She looked up and smiled at Lyric. "Lyric!" She ran quickly and hugged him tightly. "I have missed you.."

Lyric smiled ans he recognized the robot that sat in front of him. "Techno!" He said as she ran and gave him a hug. "You've grown!" He pulled away to look at her. "I missed you too." He looked at a teen chandra that didn't seem so long ago that she was a child. "How have you been?"

Techno stood back and giggled, "Yea, time does that to me while I'm still young." She winked then pushed the button to turn Beta into his box stage. "I have...been..." She sighed heavily, things were always so boring. They sent her off to school a while ago but..oddly enough she tested out of all the classes till her senior year in college and even that was a breeze. "How have you been?" She was happy enough just knowing Lyric remembered her.

"Well, you got me there." He chuckled. "Oh I have been good. Just listening to music and trying to get some inspiration." He looked around and then back at Techno, "Would you like to do something together?"

Techno instantly blushed and thought for a moment. "Umm..sure! Like what?" She smiled nervously and in case it turned out to be like a 'anything you want to do' kinda thing. She couldn't ever admit to Lyric that she actually liked him, it was too weird and with Val down her throat about love it confused her.

Lyric thought for a moment, "Well, I don't know? We could go for a walk?" He liked to walk around and look at the sights, it would be nice to have company. He smiled at Techno, he still couldn't get over her size.

"Umm...sure. Where will we walk to?" Techno looked around, she knew the area but not that well. It was so weird how she could go from her house to the city then end up lost, having to find her way home and then knowing the area. He was a ways off from the city, she could see the mountains here.

"Anywhere, let's just go and see where we end up." He smiled at Techno, "I'm glad Beta found me. I was hoping to see you again." He started walking up a path between the trees. You could hear some birds singing, it was quite beautiful.

techno felt way special for him actually thinking about her and seeing her again. "I was hoping to see you again too." She started to hum Soul Meets Body by Death Cab fr Cutie, Cassie found a new band that she is listening to constantly.

"That's a nice tune, do you know the words?" He loved hearing new songs and learning them so he could sing them himself. He was always trying to learn new music, but couldn't find it all himself.

Techno thought for a moment then nodded. "Yea, I know the words.." She didn't have much faith in her singing but didn't feel like searching through Beta to find the song, there were a few thousand of them in him. "I want to live where soul meets body and let the sun wrap its arms around me, and bathe my skin in water cool and cleansing and feel, feel what its like to be new." She sang the first verse then opened Beta and he was able to find the song quickly as she sung it. He played the rest to them quickly.

((That's so funny that song played on the radio as I am replying!))
"Oh, that's a very nice song." He said as it was finished, "You sang it very well too." That was a great song to walk to and once he heard it he joined in.

Techno smiled then blushed again, "Really? Thank you. You're not bad yourself!" She closed Beta, letting the song stop after it played over the second time. "Have you written any new songs? Or finished the one you weer writing when we first met." She couldn't really remember the lyrics to that song.
((Thats so awesome XD I have never had that happen.))
