This is Gaara's office. He's the Kage of Suna and no longer has his bijuu (tailed beast), but he can still control sand outside  inside

Temari and Roy were just outside Gaara's office. She knocked.
"Come in," a voice called.
The blond opened the door to reveal a young teen around 15 reading a parchment. A flacon sat at the open window. The boy was distracted by what was on the paper that he didn't even look up. "Who's that with you?"
"General Roy Mustang. He say's he's from some place called Amestres."
Gaara looked up when she mentioned Amestres. "I just receved a leter from Lady Tsunade. She was hoping I knew where Amestres is. She didn't go into detail, but somone wanted to know where it was.

"The leader of this village, yes."He looked out the windo to observe Suna. It was almost as big as Central. "My name is Gaara. It's a pleasure to meet you Mustang-san." His eyes wandered to Roy's. Eyes that held feelings of pain, sadness, responsibility, joy, and happyness. They also told of experiences beyond his age and a calm demure (sp?). He gave the General a small smile.

Roys training kicked in and he snapped off a salute, then held out his hand. "The pleasure is all mine sir." Roy said with a small smile on his face. His eyes held the story of one did untold deeds for the 'progress' of his country.

Gaara took his hand and shook it. Gaara could see the man's own experience.
"He was found outside the village in the desert."Temari leaned against the wall folded her arms.
"Tell me. How did you come here? And this Amestres...is it another name for one of the smaller territories?" Gaara asked, pulling out a map from his desk drawr.

"I was pulled through a large door, and fell from the sky." Roy looked at the map, and his eyebrows furrowed. "Thats not correct..." Roy pulled out a small map from his jacket, and laid it down. "I thought I was in the Great Desert between Ishbal and Xing..." Roy pointed to his map.l

"I apolojice, but your map is the incorrect one. Suna is right here." Gaara pointed to a little dot in Wind Country. He then pointed to Konoha in Fire Country. "This is where the letter came of somone else looking for this Amestres. I can take you there if you'd like. Maybe you're friends with the person looking for your home. One group is better than two. Temari and my brother can look after the village in my absence."

"I wounder appreciate that very much sir...to tell you the truth, that person is the only reason I decided to come here." Roy took of on of his gloves, and held out his palm with the transmutation circle on it. "I risked having my entire body torn apart for her." Roy said softly.

Gaara nodded. "Her? She must be very precious then. If you don't mind me asking...is it somone you love platonicly, or somone you're in love with?"

Roy was slightly taken back by the question, but he smiled. "Im not sure to tell you the truth." Roy laughed cheerfully.

Roy was about to say today, but he thought it over. "Tomorrow would be fine. It would give you time to get ready." Roy said. "I was curious though, your soldier called me a Medicine maker when I told him I was an alchemist...is that all alchemists can do here?"

"It's generally what they do. Alchemists were the ones who invented chakra pills, which help restore energy while on missions. Some make cameras, though those are considered fine unless they use humans. I can name one person who, though isn't really an alchemist so much as a mad man, who uses humans in his expriraments. His loyal ninja is a medic who's just as twisted."

Roy nodded. "I knew someone who combined a human with an animal..." Roy let his voice trail, then he cleared his throat. "What exactly is chakra?"
