Okay guys, it's Tony.
Here is the low-down for this week's meeting. We need to discuss:
- Jeddi's Wing Ding shirt idea. Those participating need to collaborate, talk to Jeddi, etc. I've noticed that zOMG! participation is slightly back up, especially during evenings, so maybe it could be even more substantial a promotion than we originally thought. Jeddi's thread in the clan isn't getting many visits, so if you want to do it, be sure to go
here. Also, Jeddi made a thread for people to announce when they go on hiatus (go
here).
- Banner contest. We want to see this happen, ASAP. Those who want to see it to fruition should make a thread in the clan. I know Rora wanted to be a part, as well as some others (who I cannot remember specifically right now). So, we need people to voice interest in the contest, and then organize plans to get it going (i.e. appropriate threads, samples, etc.). If we can get this going by February, that would be awesome, guys.
- zOMG! The Lord Haplo and I made threads to try and get TRoGK re-involved with zOMG! We want to help every member get to the end of the game, CL 10, and whatever else they need. That is, after all, our function as a Battle Clan. We want people to tell about their progress and ask for help.
Tony threadHaplo thread- Mules. We all have them. Sometimes they get a little bit confusing. To help alleviate this issue, -Darc-1 made a thread for us to post the usernames of our mules, so that if we post in the clan with our mules, nobody (me) goes berserk and blacklists them. But also it is good to know each others mules. Please go

- Participation. Lately, as is a recurring problem, we have lack of member participation. I think this needs to be addressed again, as do some other crew members. Inactive members are going to be alerted and, if necessary, weeded out from the clan, again. It's not too much to ask to say hello in the clan thread every once in a while, and meetings happen every other week for an entire week, so there is no reason why everyone cannot post at least once in every meeting. Part of the issue may be that not everyone is kept up to date with clan happenings directly. Therefore, Kain wants help with the newsletter. Volunteers should tell her in the Newsletter thread,
here. We love having lotsa members, but it is more important to have dedicated members, or at least members who do the bare minimum.

blaugh Be sure to welcome her back warmly, as she was sorely missed and we worried for her. It is great to have her back.

I have some Wingding shirts (4) that people can borrow if needed, but they must give me an item equal to the shirts value that I can hold on too, so I don't get scam or anything. ^^ Btw, how is that idea going to work, since they evolved? o_O Are we using 2nd gens? I only have 1st.
