Kakashi sat there bored and unable to eat, all he had to do was sleep and read. RIght now he was reading one of jiraiya's pervy book (ichi ichi violence) that jiraiya gave to him.

The door burst open. "Kakashi! How's my eternal rival doing?" It was obvious who it was.

((nope. right before yamato and tsunade came jiraiya laid two of his books on the side table and said: "you may have read them already but the still may be of some use" or something like that. (i'm not sure which type it is though.) ))
Kakashi slightly turned his head and saw a man in green spandex, it was the one and only Gai. "Hey gai." Kakashi said as he attempted to sit up.

(oh, yeah! Now I remember.)
Gai sat in the chair next to Kakashi's bed. "Have you been told about your former student's new teammates? Yamato is one of them, the captain of Team Kakashi. Ebisu said that Sakura and Naruto wern't happy with their other teammate. He's one of Danzou's ANBU roots."

Gai shrugged. "I think he said something to anger them. Not to mention he attacked them in the village. Or maybe it's because Naruto and Sakura think he's trying to replace Sasuke. Oh, and there's two alchemists in the village. Ebisu said they were lost or something."Gai scratched the back of his head.

"Yeah. There are alchemists, you know. They make medison that Konoha buys for their hospital. Plus they were the ones who came up with the chakra pill we all use on missions. Sakura told Lee, who told me."

"Hmmm...." Gai thought for a moment. "Ino, Genma, and Shikaku returned from their mission. They failed to capture the last criminal who has recently been spotted near the village. Also Jiraiya is still hanging around the village. And lets not forget! My star pupil, Lee is finaly starting to surpass me! I'm so proud of him!" Gai did a thumbs up and smiled. PING!

Kakashi got a frightened look in his eye when he heard that Lee was surpassing gai. "are you serious?" Kakashi asked in his casual calm voice.

"oh i see." Kakashi said as he started to stand up. He was in his normal blue log sleeved shirt and white hospital pants.(like sasuke when he was in the hospital)"good i can walk now." Kakashi then looked at gai. "gai. You have that look on your face as if you are being baffled by a universal question." Kakashi said calmly.
