Jes’s suite of rooms within Las Noches has been converted into dark chambers of carved obsidian, dimly lit with blue-tinted lights. The entrance leads guests into the main chamber. This central chamber is a large open space. There is a dais at one end with a rough-hewn obsidian throne on which Jes generally sits when she holds court. The floor below the dais appears to be a dance floor, worn smooth and glasslike by the pounding of many feet. The floor is ringed with carved-obsidian furniture, complimented by dark blue cushions.
If the main chamber is the central hub of Jes's rooms, there are many corridors that branch off, leading to back rooms and private chambers and small alcoves. The corridors honeycomb the rock, so the complex becomes almost maze-like. Jes knows her way around, but she may be the only one.
Don't get lost. She's not going to rescue you.
Many rooms are filled with her servants, hollow guards, arrancar followers, and mortal toys... er... "human guests," that is... She calls them her Dark Court, and she rules them like a queen.
When Jes "holds court," her chambers become a club of sorts. The lighting swirls in a dizzying array of colors (usually shades of blue) whose source is unknown. Music pulses through the floors, but, again, with no recognizable source. The rhythm is something inhuman, intoxicating in the strangest way. It pounds out a rhythm in the listener's blood that makes them looser and freer (like a drug ^^). There's always dancing at court, but other less savory things happen in the back rooms.
Other arrancar (yes, that means everyone in Las Noches) are welcome at court. They're free to indulge themselves, here, and there are a wide variety of refreshments and diversions for everyone.

((First post as an arrancar for me ^^)) Rakey opened the door hoping to find somewhere to be. She had been walking around Las Noches trying to find someone to talk to, so she can start to feel she can belong. As she poked her head and stepped in, a large space of obsidian. "Woah..." she mumbled in surprise. For all the hallways were a white-ish gray, color. "Sorry to barge in, anybody home?" She asked poking her head to her left and slowly to the right looking to see if anyone would come.

As otosi was walking down the hall, from the throne room, he saw a room he had never seen before. Also, in the door way, was some girl. He walked up behind her and put his hand on her shoulder. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" He had not seen her face and not known that she was a new arrancar.

Startled she jumped, and turned around quickly. Her onyx hair spinning along with her body, and her skirt wrapped around her waist. "Oh! I'm Rakey Lamilton, uhhhhmmmm, oh yeah, Arrancar.." She said nervously as she pointed to her stubs of horns on her forehead, that sat like a crown. "I was walking around hoping to meet someone, mostly Triox-sama, because I was requested to be his Fraccion...but stumbled here, which is your domain, no?" She questioned.

Otosi smiled at the new comer and took the other hand, which he had been holding on his zanpaktou, in his pocket. He closed his eyes and gave a small chuckle. "Triox-sama.... I haven't seen him around in a long time, you are very lucky to be a Fraccion of the first Espada." He opened his eyes again to see the face of the new arrancar. "I'm afraid not, this is not my domain. I have no domain, for now." He looked at her onyx hair for a moment and the back at her. He then continued. "I don't plan on getting my own domain until I become an Espada."

She smiled in relief that he wasn't the type of person who seemed to get angry a lot. "Oh, I had assumed you were an Espada, I'm sorry," She said tapping the black rock under her, wondering how hard it was. "And thank you...for calling me lucky, you see, I'm usually the total opposite," She laughed a soft laugh. "I wonder when the person who lives here will get back," she turned towards the throne, that stood at the end of the room. Walking slowly to it. "I'm guessing this is where they sit," She put her hand on it and ran her hand across the black throne.

Shadows slithered over the obsidian of the throne, skittering away from Rakey's touch. They climbed the high, rough-hewn back and settled into the cracks and divets in the rock.
"That's mine," Jes emerged from one of the many dark corridors that pockmarked the rock. Her white hair and pale skin glowed strangely against the black of her surroundings. The blue lighting gave her a strange cast and lent her eyes a purple tint.
She folded her arms, giving Rakey an appraising look. Her expression was one of calculating boredom. Her eyes flickered once to Otosi before settling on the girl who was touching her throne. It was difficult to read her mood.

((My first post as Artemis, the older version of him that is.))
Walking through the many hallways of Las Noches Artemis found his way to this exact room purely by chnace as some would say, but he wasn't thinking about he was thinking about how much sugar was in his system thanks to the younger version of himself.
Moving into the room Artemis took in everything, and found nothing nothing. As he tok in every detail around him he also took in nothing of what he wanted to find.
Leaning against a random wall his focus diverted from what furnished the room to those who were in the room namely Rakey. looking at her he took in a breath and watched her.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I was walking around and happened to come here is all, then I saw the room was just black, but the blue light, where does it come from? I mean, there are no windows," Rakey said, full of questions, the room was amazing to her. She looked around her as her orange zanpakto on her back clinked against her as she circled in place.

When she turned to face everyone she noticed there was an extra person there who wasn't earlier. "Oh, Hello, May I ask your name?" She smiled softly.

Jes offered a small smile. Rakey seemed such a happy-go-lucky type. It was difficult to believe she was an arrancar. With a soft laugh, Jes slid into her throne, sitting sideways. The shadows descended around her, twining around her arms.
The girl seemed to be interested in yet another arrancar who'd entered the room. Jes's gaze followed hers. This newcomer was studying her chambers intently enough. Or rather, he was studying Rakey intently. Looked like she might have an admirer.
"Who are you, then?" The question was open for any of her guests to answer.

"Rakey, Rakey Lamilton, umm...oh, Triox-sama's fraccion, so watch out," She joked. ((Admirer...that's a first for Rakey... 3nodding ))

Jes snorted at the half-threat. She wasn't planning on being anyone's fraccion. She didn't like the idea of serving someone else, unless it was absolutely manditory.
"Alright, Rakey Lamiton, I'm Jes. Jes Morinozuka," She said, calculating expression back in place. "What do you want?"
She was never one for tact. Everything about her was sharp and succint. She hardly moved if she didn't need to.

Rakey looked at Jes' face unemotionally, and smiled again. "You shouldn't be so blank faced, you should smile, I'm sure you'd look even more stunning," She said. As she was about to walk out since it seemed she didn't need to be around. Stopped in her tracks at the door, and turned her head slightly "I tend to be clumsy and get lost, so be sure to see me again," She smiled again as she walked through the door swiftly with grace.

Yes, Jesi-chan, Irial piped up. You should smile more. You'd look lovely.
Iri, -- here she suggested he perform a physical impossiblity on himself.
You're so uptight, Irial replied, clearly unruffled by Jes's vulgarity. You should go play with your toys.
Jes smiled slightly at that one. Only Iri could guess her moods. When she was this grumpy, she was usually hungry. No, I think I'm going out to feed. She decided, rising. She assumed the other two arrancar who had followed in Rakey's wake would similarly follow Rakey out. They didn't seem to actually have business with her.
"Is there something either of you want?" She asked, hardly civil. She didn't care for pleasantries, nor did she have the patience for them. Not on an empty stomach.
