TIME: Valentine's Day (Feb. 14, 2009)
COLORS: undecided...
*could be Valentine's themed (more red/pink/white)

Additional Ideas/Suggestions/Random:
JUN - have event Bytes be wedding cake Bytes, some kind of registry to sign to be eligible for one?
SHIMY - for "photography", have people do drawings based on rough concept ideas, maybe some sort of signups (ie, it's okay if multiple people want to try doing the same scene, but also have signups visible so people can see which concepts haven't been getting as much love, or generate your own concept) ie. (Formal wedding party picture; Mena shoving cake onto Colton's face with her usual smirk; Georgie molesting groomsmen, etc type things ^^ )
SHIMY - have a lot of RP threads...at least one or two for bachelor/bachelorette partying, maybe a rehearsal dinner, the ceremony itself of course, and a nice reception~ Since this would be a codensed event with heavy RPing, definitely have some kind of posting order system, and maybe pre-write all the "main character" posts and let people engage in the ceremony by responding to those?
Basically, post whatever you think needs to be addressed in the short time we have to address it. Go~

Gyasi and Isoke had talked about traditional white/black tux, HOWEVER, if we want to go Valentine themed, they can go with my other idear - white tuxes with the black undershirt/vest and red tie. Looks kinda mafia-ish in my head, but color coordination = win. rofl Or a red undershirt/vest with (*gulp*) pink ties? Or just white ties. That would look good too~
EDIT: Actually, I think the boys would look good in old style victorian or english suits! O: You know, the type with the caravats and tails? What do ya think about that?
Hmm. Poor Gyasi is very "o_o..." about all these roles, I don't think he was anticipating such a huge affair! XD That being said, I'll offer up my suggestions. :3 I'm just putting what I'd think, not necessarily what Enikil is thinking of! XD
Maid of Honor: (Gyasi) Ginmei/Xin Yue/Belle/Jules, (Isoke) Femi/Belle
Best Man: (Gyasi) Julien/Maxwell ( twisted ), (Isoke) ??? (mebbe Jun/Maxx?)

Bridesmaids: Amara, Noe, Jules, Quincy, Belle, Missy?
Groomsmen: Ciaran & Lancelot, Ekene & Saleem, Eli & Zane (three on each side?)

Ringbearer: Jun/Maxx OR Julien/Maxwell ( twisted ), Belle/Jules also if they'd like to spare them. lol
Bytes: Wedding Cake Bytes! rofl I love that idea, really. :'D PERFECT.
Photography: Artsie~! I'll be trying my hand at this...mebbe...good idears thar! A formal wedding picture would be adorable (wouldn't it basically be a cast of HyTech? *giggle*). First dance, exchanging rings, cake feeding (SMASHING in Colton/Mena's case, I'm thinking Gyasi might be wearing some too with playful Isoke XD), candid before-the-event jitters (COLTON), opening funny gifts (I see a riding crop in Mena's future), toasts (Maxwell >D), AND! I think a picture of the staff dressed up would be faaaaaaaaabulous.
Additionally...I think we need to plot a...ORP HONEYMOON. Because privacy is totally over-rated. twisted

And there must be rings as well! Oh yes...I shall have to try to hunt some down if the bride and grooms want them! :3
And yes, Xin Yue would be happy to help out as best as she can, as well as her small hare..em, group of Lytes/Bytes. :3

Put me and Lilith to work. You made me squee with joy to see Lilith being Mena's bridesmaid since at one time she may have been a parent with her. ^_~ *lol* Poor Colton, she could have been the 'other woman' *lol*

Byagane - you and I can dwell on that! I was just gonna assume Aulis would go half mad trying to prepare, but I'd be happy for the help! xd Do you have any ability to create graphics? My ability is severely lacking, I'm afraid. sweatdrop

You could do some game about banging the glasses (to get them to kiss~ xD). Roll a d6 - 1 doesn't take effect (like, people ignore it xD), 2-3 is Mena + Colt kiss, 4-5 is Gyasi + Isoke, and 6 is both couples.

The Japan kids should all be kids by then, yeah, so we should definitely try and work them in somehow.
Missy'll probably pitch a hissy fit if she has to share being a flower girl with Kamiko though ^^; (Felyse is permitted because he's been 'trained' >.>; )
We should pin down the basic ceremony mechanics...I mean, probably just one big thing walking down the aisle (ie, all flower"girls", then all the bridesmaids/groomsmen in pairs, then probs the Maids of Honor with 'Best Men', and then each couple? :3 )
