Mister X has brought up a good point. Should one of the Guild Crew members do something naughty, is there/should there be any way for them to get a second chance at crew status? Some great act of goodness? A waiting period? A judgement call? Or should the offender be banned from the guild for betraying all of us? I'd like to hear my fellow Shrine mates views on this, if anyone would be kind enough to share.

Crew members have been given a privladge of being a crew member, thus you screwing up will shoot you down to a member and I think you should stay that was as a way of saying "hey you screwed up so your demoted, next time you screw up your out"

And my thought of banning a member is, if you do something horrible then get out and stay out.

I voted: Respected. If one abuses their power, they shold be busted down to crew status, and stay there!

I guess I'm a crew member whee and basically I know I can delete posts, make stickies, make announcements, invite users, and ban people. That what I can do as far I know. So if a crew member uses any of those abilities in a questionable way then the rest of crew and Anuella should discuss it via PM I would think. Or if the crew member simply abuses the standard rules of Gaia withen the guild itself then those acts should be called questionable as well.
So I doubt this will happen but if another member or crew member sees anyone of any status doing anything wrong record the incident, copy any text/images the user may have used as evidence. It could also be that the person is deleting posts, threads made because they are abusing thier privilege against another user. Lets say I'm mad at Xero so I start to delete all his posts. Discretely asking another crew member to moniter that his posts where made, then later they are no longer there(same could go for threads made)would be evidence that someone is abusing thier power. Evidence of who it was could be gathered such as messages in the main hangout like, "I'm not talking too blahblah because I'm pissed at them", could be considered.

Innocent until prooven guilty? Gather evidence and prosicute.

Well for hacking botting most likely they will get banned from Gaia for doing that. But if not then I wouldn't see anytihng wrong from banning them from the guild for hacking/botting anywhere on Gaia. Or using the guild to spamming. Cause most posts should involve conversation so thats more easy to spot then other things.

Being a Troll/flamer. That can could be caused by miss understandings so just put them on warning. Or if they are a crew member demote them for the time being. I would think anyways.

As for scamming in the exchange I don't have much say on it. I avoid the exchange at all costs and due to the Market Place I doubt I'll make a stop to there ever again.

I believe anyone who messes up should have a chance to redeem themselves and I think it would apply for this as well.

But either way, I think the crew we have right now are responsible and know that there is a reaction for every action.
